"This is an excellent hotel with a pleasant atmosphere and polite staff, almost all of whom speak good English. A positive impression was formed even before check-in: the staff promptly responded to emails, helped us choose a room, and informed us about promotions. The company has a convenient app, and during our stay, we could easily contact the staff via Zalo or WhatsApp. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a welcome drink and driven to our room in an electric cart. The room was clean and spacious, with a comfortable bed, a pleasant scent, umbrellas, and even flashlights. The Wi-Fi speed was perfectly adequate, and there was a semi-open parking area for private vehicles. There are two hotels from the same company in the valley—one more expensive and one more affordable—sharing a common reception. You can move around the beautiful grounds, which are effectively lit up in the evening, using free electric buggies. There are fish ponds, a deer farm, and stands with free drinking water, which is a lifesaver in the heat. The infrastructure is wonderful. There's a Japanese-style spa center with separate male and female onsens (four hot pools, one cold, a sauna, and a hammam). There are also several outdoor pools, hot tubs of various temperatures, and two water slides. For active guests, there's a rope course with three routes and an excellent, long zip line across the river with stunning views. Full gear, including gloves and sneakers, is provided before starting. Workshops, yoga, and bike tours are offered according to a schedule, but they need to be booked at least an hour in advance. As for the food, the Vietnamese-style breakfast at our hotel wasn't particularly impressive, despite the wide selection. However, everything we ordered à la carte at the restaurant was delicious. Food can be ordered directly to the room and paid for upon checkout. There are also small cafes in the surrounding villages, but they are only open in the mornings and evenings. The only downside worth mentioning is the shortage of sun loungers at most of the pools—they are only plentiful near the bar. Otherwise, our stay was wonderful, and the memories will last a long time!"

"A really lovely and beautiful hotel! The interior decoration is so beautiful! It is in a great location close to every thing and the hotel staff were very friendly! There is room to park your moped at the front and the breakfast was very nice! The room was clean and the internet worked well! It was quiet at night and I slept very well! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"
