I wish I could give 100 stars to this accomodation. It was perfect, spotless, brand new, fresh, just amazing. The bed is soft, I sleept like a baby. My room also had a big balcony. I arrived late in the night and the aunty was still waiting for me. Smooth communication on Whatsapp in case you need anything. Every day clean towels and new bottles of water. The area is quiet and close to the city and the Imperial Palace, couple of minutes by bike or car. I will definitely come back again, I love Hue, this time I stayed only 2 nights, next time I will stay longer.

The hotel is relatively new and well maintained. The only thing that I didn't like was the shower is not instant heat water heater. So you need to wait for the hot water and there's limited supply of hot water. Others are all very good. Breakfast is beyond my expectations for a small hotel, with diversified food choice. The staff are very helpful. They have drivers and cars that you can book. The driver is very friendly and speaks some English. We used the da nang to hue transfer and a day tour in Hue with airport drop off. Was very pleasent experience with the driver. The view on the terrace is also very good.

The location is quite good because it is close to many restaurants and night markets. The minus point is that there is no elevator, the staff has luggage but it is also a bit inconvenient to go up and down. The single bed is integrated but because the iron bed or something is integrated, the decoration inside the room is a bit half-great (there is a high shelf but to cover the hair dryer below, in general it doesn't look beautiful but it doesn't have much use). There are seats outside the yard to take pictures, the trees are quite beautiful.

A really lovely and beautiful hotel! The interior decoration is so beautiful! It is in a great location close to every thing and the hotel staff were very friendly! There is room to park your moped at the front and the breakfast was very nice! The room was clean and the internet worked well! It was quiet at night and I slept very well! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I stayed at this hotel for three nights during a weekend trip to Hue and absolutely loved it. The house and grounds are decorated with great style and taste. The staff greeted me warmly and were very courteous throughout my stay. It felt more like a cozy guesthouse than a typical hotel. My room was on the second floor with a view of the inner garden. The room was stylish, clean, and very comfortable. After checking in, I received the house rules and learned that toothbrushes are not provided, though toothpaste is. Keep this in mind, as I didn't know beforehand. Luckily, I had my own. Breakfast is organized a bit unusually. You need to choose one of three dishes in advance and message your selection to the staff. Everything was delicious, especially the soup. I enjoyed the breakfasts, but the choice is quite limited if variety is important to you. You can use the kitchen to cook whatever you like. The location is good, but you'll need to drive to get to the city center. If you're sensitive to noise and expect a perfectly quiet morning, be aware that the soundproofing here is quite weak. You can clearly hear birds singing and chirping, as well as people talking. Sometimes, it feels like you're sleeping outside rather than in a room. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay. It's a very cozy, stylish, and atmospheric place. I would gladly recommend it for a weekend trip to Hue.

Nice small cozy family run Inn. The room is furnished to a high standard, our room was quiet. Breakfast order were taken each night and freshly prepared the next day by host. We chose this place due its close proximity to the citadel and walkable to nearby attractions. Host were helpful and flexible to let’s checkin early.

The location is a bit remote from the main streets, but it is within a 10 minute motorcycle ride. It is truly a homestay, there is an auntie who lives there full time, who is relatively friendly. It is shown in the pictures, but I didn't notice that the bed doesn't have a proper frame, it basically lies on the floor on a wooden pallet, but the mattress is decent. The room has lots of electronic devices, such as a dehydrator and an insect killer. The TV is huge. The bathroom experience is also good. The huge issue I had, that made my experience poor is a curtain, that doesn't properly close the window, so it's possible to clearly see the room from the yard. The management provided a makeshift half-solution, and assured me they will fix it in future, but I share my experience. There are some other small issues that should be fixed, but after they complete I think guests should have a good stay.

The hotel is very nice And the staff were the best I had in Vietnam. Although the location was around 3.5 km from the night walking and food street of Chu Van An, it was a beautiful, relaxing and quiet place with assisted bike for rent. For me it was very pleasant to reach all the destinations (Empirical city, two mausoleums and the pleasant border of the Parfum River) on a bike. I ordered vegetarian breakfast and the hotel provided me great, fresh and Vietnamese food. The room and the bed were awesome (clean, new and stylish) for relaxing after three very intense days. I especially thank My that took very good care of me, and also Trang for her helpful and kind interaction. I loved it!

The manager is very nice, change room for me to nicer room when complain about toilet smell. I did not realise the air cond not working properly after I came back in evening and basically the controller can not turn on off or control the air conditioner at all, in top the air cond only blows air at 1 speed abdc1 temperature not cool enough, end up sleeping not much at all while night because of very hot in the room with air cond not working properly. Not trying to tell people how to manage hotel business, but as manager they should check the conditions of rooms, which are good or bad, cabinets doors, corridor carpet need to be replaced etc, if they want to attract more customers, and regularly inspect the rooms, don't wait till customers complain then try to fix problems. apart from all these hotel manager is an absolute nice person. Feel not easy to leave this hotel because she is so nice, but I need to have cool room to sleep well. Motorbike rental is very nice from this hotel, she offer half day rate because I arrived at 2 pm. You can do better, try harder, proactively doing things. Room has 2 nice windows and a nice balcony garden. Location of hotel is right in the centre of night eating place and walking streets.
