The environment is really nice and quiet, and the facilities are complete. The owner is very enthusiastic. You can smoke in the balcony rooms. It's located between the suburbs and the city center, making it convenient to get anywhere. Plus, it offers excellent value for money.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Stay with Outstanding Hospitality ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My stay at Scarlett Boutique Hotel, Hue was absolutely wonderful and truly exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive staff, who made me feel at home immediately. The accommodation was spotless, elegant, and very comfortable. The room was beautifully designed with great attention to detail, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere after a long day of sightseeing. Everything was well-maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service and genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to assist with transportation arrangements, local recommendations, and every request I had — always with a smile and sincere kindness. Their helpfulness made my trip in Hue smooth, stress-free, and truly memorable. The hotel is relatively new and well maintained. The only thing that I didn't like was the shower is not instant heat water heater. So you need to wait for the hot water and there's limited supply of hot water. Others are all very good. Breakfast is beyond my expectations for a small hotel, with diversified food choice. The staff are very helpful. They have drivers and cars that you can book. The driver is very friendly and speaks some English. We used the da nang to hue transfer and a day tour in Hue with airport drop off. Was very pleasent experience with the driver. The view on the terrace is also very good.

The space design is novel, the room is clean and bright, and the welcome drink and fruit are delivered when the chick is in, full of sincerity! The owner is a bunch of young couples, kind and kind, the preferential price also includes breakfast, the co value is very high 👍! If there is a trash can and noodle carton in the room, it will be even better!

The location is quite good because it is close to many restaurants and night markets. The minus point is that there is no elevator, the staff has luggage but it is also a bit inconvenient to go up and down. The single bed is integrated but because the iron bed or something is integrated, the decoration inside the room is a bit half-great (there is a high shelf but to cover the hair dryer below, in general it doesn't look beautiful but it doesn't have much use). There are seats outside the yard to take pictures, the trees are quite beautiful.

A really lovely and beautiful hotel! The interior decoration is so beautiful! It is in a great location close to every thing and the hotel staff were very friendly! There is room to park your moped at the front and the breakfast was very nice! The room was clean and the internet worked well! It was quiet at night and I slept very well! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice small cozy family run Inn. The room is furnished to a high standard, our room was quiet. Breakfast order were taken each night and freshly prepared the next day by host. We chose this place due its close proximity to the citadel and walkable to nearby attractions. Host were helpful and flexible to let’s checkin early.

The location is a bit remote from the main streets, but it is within a 10 minute motorcycle ride. It is truly a homestay, there is an auntie who lives there full time, who is relatively friendly. It is shown in the pictures, but I didn't notice that the bed doesn't have a proper frame, it basically lies on the floor on a wooden pallet, but the mattress is decent. The room has lots of electronic devices, such as a dehydrator and an insect killer. The TV is huge. The bathroom experience is also good. The huge issue I had, that made my experience poor is a curtain, that doesn't properly close the window, so it's possible to clearly see the room from the yard. The management provided a makeshift half-solution, and assured me they will fix it in future, but I share my experience. There are some other small issues that should be fixed, but after they complete I think guests should have a good stay.

I stayed both in the hostel area and in the hotel room at 4th floor. The hostel is only ok for a short term solo stay but the hotel rooms are pretty ok for a long term stay with a partner,friend. They also have big family rooms. The staff are super nice and helpful. The location is great.
