I’ve recommended J Hotel Kuta to many of my friends—whether for a short transit or a longer stay—and it’s always been a pleasant experience. The staff are friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and overall, everything just runs smoothly. It’s a reliable place to stay, and I always feel welcomed here. Definitely a great choice if you’re looking for a simple, convenient, and hassle-free hotel in Kuta. 

Always stay here when passing through to the airport. Location is ideal for the airport or stay in Kuta area. Rooms are always clean and spacious, great service.

Great oasis in busy Kuta beach area. 2 large swimming pools and an extra smaller pool for kids or lounging. Swim up bar, basic gym, lush garden setting, good breakfast and close to the beach. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended.

We had a room on the 2nd floor. Which had a good view of the sky and garden. The bed is super comfy and has a nice fluffy clean sheet. We had a king size bed and a spacious sitting desk area plus walking around didn't seem cramped at all. We rented an electric bike to go around which was so cool, made exploring easy no sweat. The reception was nice and fast for check in and check out. A huge pool on the top floor with breezy air and a view of the waves from q distance.

✈️ Best Stay in Kuta – Convenient & Comfortable! Currently, this is my top choice for staying in Kuta. It’s very close to the airport, which is super convenient — especially after traveling through other parts of Bali and needing a smooth airport transfer. 🛬 The environment is clean, the price is affordable, and everything just feels easy and comfortable. I’ll definitely be coming back again, and I highly recommend it to my friends too! If you’re looking for a stress-free stay near the airport — this is it. 🙌🌴

Great location for shopping and lots of restaurants nearby. Overall the staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was ok in terms of size but more space for putting up wet swimming suits are needed. One very unpleasant experience was that there was no clean up for our room in the last night of our stay. We certainly put up the clean-up sign. At that night we have to call for bath towels and drinking water (the hotel does not recommend to use tap water, even after boiling. They provide two large bottles of drinking water instead). To make it even worse, they didn’t bring anything to us until I made another call 20 minutes later. And still, I asked for two towels and they just gave me one (we are a family of four).

strategic location, close to everywhere, spacious room, comfortable room, clean, security officers are helpful, friendly staffs.. Breakfast so-so, the cook at the egg station need more practice and do faster due to they had difficulty understanding my instructions.. the restaurant have great ambiance, so far so good.. will be back soon

Booked a pool access room for 7 days but on arrival was told it wouldn't be available for 3 nights. They said there was an issue with booking company (trip.com) not sure how accurate this was. Regardless we were vupgraded into a suite for the first 3 nights Room was beautiful, but a long way from the pools compared to the pool access room. Worst part was that we needed to find something to do between room changes for 5 hours. Hotel could do with a refurbish, looking a bit old, particularly the white crockery trolleys at breakfast that looked quite dirty, and filled with clean plates. Food was good at breakfast but didn't vary much over the 7 days. Eg: maybe guava or apple juice instead of pineapple and orange every day. Also pineapple in the fruit section would be great.

Our room was very nice and we enjoyed our one night stay, however hotel is a bit run down. Staff were lovely especially the luggage porters, they were great young boys and resolved issues quickly. We were surprised that our room wasn't ready when we checked in at 10pm but we were happy with the late checkout offered. Alot of Indian and Chinese at this hotel - the staff said they have agents that recommend the Hotel so bare that in mind.
