The location is convenient, right by the North Bund, and Raffles City is next door. The environment is great, and Coco is very helpful.

Overall, my stay was excellent. The environment and location are superb, and all staff members provided top-notch service. VIP service from Jenny and Sylvana was particularly attentive and thoughtful. My room offered an unobstructed view of the river, and the complimentary incense each day was lovely – I even bought two types at check-out. The breakfast was incredibly delicious and well-prepared. The terrace restaurant offered fantastic night views, with panoramic vistas of the Bund and Lujiazui. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

The service is excellent, with complimentary welcome fruits and snacks, and all mini-bar drinks are free. Its prime location is just a 10-15 minute walk from the Bund. I usually stay in five-star hotels, and this was my first time at Atour. You can walk from Yangpu Riverside to North Bund, and this Atour hotel offers the best value for money along the river. It's a 5-minute walk to the riverside, and you can also ride shared bikes along this stretch. The walking and cycling paths are very clean, and you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Huangpu River and the bustling Lujiazui all the way. We arrived at the hotel around 2 PM. Shanghai was hot, humid, and sunny. As soon as we entered, the front desk staff immediately offered us two bottles of ice-cold mineral water, providing service with a constant smile. They were very professional, comparable to five-star hotels, and it felt wonderful. The lobby is very cozy and fully equipped with a laundry room, gym, study, and lounge area. There's also a 'Late Night Porridge' reminder poster next to the elevator. To our pleasant surprise, they upgraded our room type from an executive twin to a deluxe twin, and the room windows could be opened for ventilation. The room was spacious and clean, with a well-thought-out design and many clever details, making it very convenient. It also came with a mini-fridge containing 1 can of Coke, 1 can of Sprite, 2 bottles of mineral water, and 2 bottles of Atour's own tea drinks. We instinctively looked for a price list but couldn't find one. We nervously called the front desk (because the room rate was very affordable) only to find out everything was complimentary! Additionally, the toiletries, slippers, and other amenities were of excellent quality, exceeding the standard for a four-diamond hotel. All in all, I highly recommend it; the value for money is exceptional! 👍

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even assisting with our luggage. If you arrive early and a room is available, they even allow early check-in, so you don't have to worry about your bags. Excellent service overall!

My colleague told me this is a very old hotel. It's clean and tidy, and the shower pressure is great, very comfortable. I checked in quite late, and the front desk staff kindly upgraded me to an Executive King Room for free. The 50+ square meter space was very enjoyable, though it was a pity I was on a business trip and in a rush. The breakfast was plentiful, and they even gave me a complimentary meal package for the revolving restaurant on the top floor. Although served in small portions, the food was genuinely delicious. I highly recommend this well-established four-star hotel.

Located upstairs in a newly opened shopping mall, the room was very clean and quiet, with a view of the Huangpu River across the street. The breakfast selection was plentiful, and the location was convenient. They even provided complimentary fruit. A very satisfying stay.

Here for anniversary celebration and the hotel welcomed us with cake and fruits. Butler service was amazing and on point. I Was rushing out and need to get my shirt ironed and it’s really impressive that they can rush my shirt by pick up and iron within 10 mins and it’s FOC. The butler also collected my other shirts to wash 15 pcs . Each of them are cleaned and ironed well and folded beautifully and send back to the door while I was away There are afternoon tea and supper provided by the hotels the selection were great I feel so pampered

This hotel is right next to Dalian Road metro station, just a five-minute walk away, making it super convenient to get to North Bund Riverside and The Bund. The rooms are spotless, bright, and airy, with soft and comfortable bedding. The soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a very peaceful night's sleep. You can cast your phone screen to the TV, and the toiletries are comprehensive. The self-service breakfast offers a good balance of meat and vegetarian options. Check-in at the front desk was efficient and thoughtful, and they offer free luggage storage. For this area, it's incredible value for money. It's a great place to stay when visiting Shanghai.
