My stay here far exceeded my expectations! The hotel's location is fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the subway station. It boasts a great terrace with views of the subway and a park, making getting around incredibly convenient. There are plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The front desk staff were efficient and professional during check-in; I got my room card very quickly. There's even a piano in the lobby! The room was spacious with efficient air conditioning and a private bathroom. It was clean and tidy, and the mattress was comfortably soft. If you forget any toiletries, the front desk provides a full range of complimentary items. The security guard was exceptionally kind to guests, helping us open doors and carry luggage. Overall, the atmosphere felt warm and comfortable. What's more, there's a free gym, a home theater room, and a huge communal kitchen. I even saw someone with a pet, so it's pet-friendly too! To stay in such an apartment in Shanghai for just over 100 RMB is incredible value for money. I genuinely recommend this hotel!

Excellent value for money, truly unmatched among five-star hotels. Due to the rainy season, there was a persistent musty smell in the room, so I requested to change rooms twice. I eventually gave up and just got used to it. The hotel staff were incredibly patient and helpful in assisting me with the issue, which deserves commendation. The room size was very generous, especially after the complimentary upgrade. The location is fantastic, directly opposite Raffles City, and the Capitol Theatre is just a 5-minute walk away.

This InterContinental hotel is in a great location, clean, and the service is excellent. The subway is just a few minutes' walk away, and Jiangpu Park is right next to the hotel, perfect for kids. There's also a parking lot, which is convenient for those driving. The breakfast is decent, offering both Western and Chinese options to start your day right. I'll definitely choose this Holiday Inn Express again on my next visit.

The location is great, right by the subway entrance, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The gym equipment is new, but it gets quite busy, so you might have to wait in line in the mornings. The breakfast selection is rich and delicious, though it can be hard to find a seat and quite noisy during peak hours. Overall, I'm very satisfied and think it offers great value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shanghai.

I chose this hotel because I enjoy running along the Bund promenade in North Bund. The transportation is super convenient; it's about a 500-meter walk from Metro Line 12. Raffles City and Magnolia Plaza are also nearby. The streets outside the hotel are very quiet as well. The hygiene is good, the lobby is clean, and they even provide drinks, coffee, and snacks.

I didn't take many pictures, but the breakfast selection was surprisingly abundant and impressive. When checking out, the front desk even gave me a thoughtful eye mask and earplugs, which I can use to relax on my flight home. They really pay attention to details and put a lot of thought into their service. There's also a clean and convenient laundry room on the first floor. The TV in the room was huge, maybe 90 inches, and it had screen casting capabilities, which was incredibly cool! 😎

The hotel service is exceptionally good. ”Traditional hotels spend money on walls; Atour Hotels spend money on beds.” This isn't an exaggeration – their bedding is truly amazing. This time, I specifically requested the second-generation deep sleep pillow, and as a chronic insomniac, I fell asleep shortly after my head hit the pillow. I've already ordered an Atour pillow! Beyond their consistently excellent attitude, the service extras are also impressive: 1. Late-night porridge (9:30-11:00 PM) offers complimentary small bowls of porridge and snacks. 2. The in-room minibar is entirely free, and I even took the tea bags with me~ 3. The tea and cookies from Atour Village are incredibly delicious. Our overall stay at this hotel was incredibly satisfying! The environment was clean and elegant, the common areas were tidy and comfortable, and the guest rooms were spacious and open, perfect for staying with elders and children without feeling cramped. The front desk staff were gentle and enthusiastic, patiently answering all our questions about luggage storage and directions – their service was meticulous and thoughtful. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of dishes, tasted great, and the ingredients were fresh. The location is convenient for getting around, and it offers excellent value for money. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Shanghai, highly recommended!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to Metro Lines 10 and 12, making it convenient to go anywhere. Right outside are all sorts of great food options. The hotel service was superb; they met my request and gave me a very satisfying room. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Shanghai!
