This hotel is perfectly located right next to Shanghai South Railway Station, just a few hundred meters away. Parking is also dedicated, so no worries about finding a spot. We arrived quite late, and the front desk staff, Ye Kuang, was incredibly warm and patient in helping us with our issues and answering our questions. She's an excellent front desk agent. Overall, a fantastic experience, highly recommend! 👍

The facilities were complete and well-maintained. It was also conveniently located for transportation and dining. A really good and wonderful experience!

The room was spacious and incredibly close to the South Station, making it very convenient and comfortable. The front desk staff provided excellent service, room service was prompt, and the restaurant served delicious food. The soundproofing was very effective, and I was quite satisfied with the non-smoking room.

After staying at Atour Hotel (Binjiang) for 4 days, I upgraded to an Executive Room on the last day because my child wanted a bathrobe, which is a service offered in Executive Rooms. The Executive Room offers a better view than the Deluxe Room and comes with a balcony. There's a sofa on the balcony, perfect for enjoying the night breeze and the urban nightscape from the street below. Upon closer inspection, there are several differences between the Executive Room and the Deluxe Room: the toothpaste is Ora2 mint flavor, mouthwash is provided, there's soda water, a Dyson hair dryer, a bathrobe, and a balcony. The service at Atour is excellent. My child and I had a wonderful time during our stay in Shanghai. Enjoying food and drinks by the Binjiang area at night was very pleasant, and there are many design elements and activities here. I'll definitely stay at Atour again on my next visit to Shanghai. The hotel 'aunts' (staff) are all very nice, polite, and proactively greet guests.

Towards the end of the summer vacation, I came to Shanghai for a business trip with a short leisure break. This wasn't my first stay at MGM COTAI, and the overall experience once again far exceeded my expectations. I really must thank Cici from Guest Relations. Even at the tail end of the holiday, the hotel was still quite busy. As a returning guest, Cici remembered my travel habits and proactively coordinated my check-in needs, considering my work requirements, and helped me secure a quiet, high-floor room. The hotel's location is excellent, making it very convenient to get to various exhibition halls for work. In my free time, I could also relax with a stroll along the riverside. The room was spacious and bright with superb river views, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, allowing me to rest well after a busy day of work. Housekeeping was well-maintained, and all the amenities worked smoothly. Whether it was inquiring about travel information or handling last-minute small requests, Cici handled everything reliably and efficiently. The hotel not only boasts the quality of a high-end establishment but also has a rare human touch. This trip perfectly blended business and leisure, and I was extremely satisfied with the experience. I sincerely thank Cici for her thoughtful service.

Booked this hotel for my trip to Xuhui. It's very close to Binjiang, which made getting around super easy. The room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the hotel facilities were quite new; they even had a book bar and laundry room. The service was also very thoughtful. Overall, my stay exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!

Pros: Attentive service; they can help heat up food. The lobby is grand, with a large table where you can work while waiting. The rooms have excellent blackout, and despite being surrounded by construction sites, they are very quiet. Bottled water is provided in sufficient quantities. However, coffee in the lobby is not available for purchase. Cons: I had the impression that All Seasons was a high-end chain, but the facilities inside were surprisingly basic. There were no tables, the beds were just wooden boards with mattresses, and the headboard was a small shelf; there was no quality furniture whatsoever. Also, it's really remote, feeling like the suburbs (though the area itself is quite nice). The bundled gardening ticket is completely pointless, given the far location.

The room was a good size, clean and hygienic, and the receptionist was very friendly. The hotel's soundproofing was acceptable, and it was easy to turn on and off the lights and draw the curtains. It's my go-to hotel when I come to Shanghai.
