This stay was absolutely perfect! Front desk staff member Yuan Bao was incredibly attentive; she proactively helped with my luggage upon arrival, quickly completed check-in, and even provided detailed directions to the surrounding area. The room was sparkling clean, the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable, and the bathroom's separate shower and toilet was very refreshing. Upon check-out, she even inquired about my stay. The service was warm and unobtrusive throughout, and the butler service was excellent. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I visit Sanxingdui. I'm very satisfied. I've already recommended it to friends, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

I had it saved in my favorites list, but the price was slightly higher when I checked in. There was a car dealership downstairs, so it was a bit noisy. The room was just a standard hotel room. I wasn't satisfied with the shower; it only had a headlight, and the water pressure was very strong, making the hot water too hot and difficult to control. However, the curtains were quite good at blocking out light. The only downside was the smell in the room (not a foul odor, but a rather unpleasant fragrance). The transportation wasn't very convenient either. A 100 RMB deposit was required upon check-in.

Just a minor suggestion: this is more a customers' behavior problem (can't believe those guests at a 5-star hotel). Currently, when there is a crowd at the front desk to check out, it is the braver with longer hands that get faster services. I suggest either post a clear sign to ask people to keep in line or have a manager to maintain some kind of an order (no need to be military type:-). This is just to be fair to those who are waiting patiently. And better order may also help promote a better hotel reputation. But I understand bad habits die hard, no matter what you do.

The hotel is considered one of the better hotels in Deyang. It is located on the riverside of the hotel, which is more convenient. The reservation was not for a new building. When I first entered the hotel, I thought I had made a mistake. I should live in the oldest building of the hotel. The hotel's service is indeed good, and the front desk staff are also very enthusiastic. The service in the room is also good. People who come to Deyang usually choose to stay here. Parking is available at the hotel entrance. The lobby is spacious and bright, and there is free hot water. The room is big enough. The air conditioner in 501 is very powerful and quite good. The bed is quite soft and hard. The shower head cannot be raised and can only be washed by squatting. I hope it can be repaired. The toothbrush, toothpaste and other things used by the previous guest were not cleaned up. They are all in the shower room. The waiter on this floor should pay attention. It is quiet and good to sleep at night!
