i will thank all the staff that they are always helpful and the rooms are decent and clean. there are 2 types of rooms that they have and all ac rooms

Had a pleasant stay at the hotel thanga orchid with my family. The hotel premises are clean. They have parking space in front of the hotel as well as a basement parking, which was important for us since we drove to bangalore. Had read some reviews about torn/holes in the bed linen which is something we came across as well but nothing too bothersome. Overall a decent stay for a good price.

The location is very close to the bus stop and the main road. Close proximity to christ university campus as well. Easy to get a bus or can from here. Limited car parking available. Better to check with the hotel before bringing your car. Support staff was good. No food available but there are places in the close vicinity.

The environment is elegant, very beautiful hotel, the surrounding is a golf course, the swimming pool water quality is very good

Frustrating Stay! Uncoordinated Payment: The hotel staff pressured me to pay for the restaurant bill immediately, even though it wasn't included in the room rate. They could not wait for me to go up, freshen and come down to pay; very impatient! Limited Amenities: The hotel room only offered handwash, not shower gel! Unreasonable Charges: Bottled water was overpriced at 150 rupees.. Unhelpful Staff: Staff seemed impatient and inflexible regarding payment options. Overall was disappointing due to the staff's impatience with payment options, lack of essential toiletries, and overpriced bottled water. I would not recommend this hotel.

The hotel’s location is convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions. While the spa facilities were nice, I found them a bit crowded during peak hours. Overall, ITC 梔子花班加羅爾豪華精選酒店 offers a great blend of comfort, service, and ambiance, making it a solid choice for travelers seeking a luxurious stay in Bangalore.
