At the end of June, my child had an exam at a nearby middle school, and I wanted comfort, convenience, and safety, so Sheraton was the obvious choice. We had lunch at the Caiyuexuan restaurant on the second floor for two days. It was safe and convenient, and my child could even take a short nap there. I felt the portion sizes at the restaurant were quite generous, and the taste was good too. Although the breakfast selection wasn't huge, they had all the essentials. As an older, established hotel, the hardware facilities are always up to standard. As for the service, the staff in the breakfast restaurant, Chinese restaurant, and housekeeping were all excellent and very enthusiastic. However, the young lady at the front desk who checked us in was a bit difficult to deal with – she seemed to be in a very bad mood that day.

Honestly, this was the worst Ji Hotel I've ever stayed at. When I opened the tea canister to get some tea, I found leftover candy wrappers from a previous guest. After I mentioned this, the hotel staff were quite helpful; they replaced the canister and brought a plate of fruit. However, the next morning I woke up to find cockroaches, which I absolutely dread. Sometimes the shower water would suddenly turn cold, and I had to turn it off and on again to get hot water. It was truly inconvenient.

We had a very enjoyable family vacation. The apartment room was clean, well-equipped, and the service was excellent, with prompt and quick responses. There's a convenient commercial area right outside the apartment. It was very quiet at night for sleeping, and the beds were comfortable.

The room's location is excellent, quite close to popular attractions like the high-speed train station, the safari park, Lujiazui, and the Bund. Plus, the room itself was clean and well-maintained, with full amenities. The breakfast selection was also very rich. The front desk staff even gave us a free room upgrade and a snack pack for my child! I originally chose this hotel because relatives live nearby, and it turned out to be surprisingly good! I highly recommend booking it!

The room was fantastic! Super clean and quiet! As someone who's a bit of a clean freak, I was really impressed by how spotless the room, lobby, restaurant, and laundry room were. The breakfast spread was amazing too, with so many delicious options! It felt much cleaner and tastier than ordering takeout. The front desk staff were incredibly nice, and the cleaning ladies were very polite. Even when I left valuables lying around, they never touched or moved them. Both the front desk and cleaning staff, as well as all the other employees, were very meticulous. The robot delivery for anything I needed was super fast too! All the hotel staff were extremely polite, always greeting me and asking if I needed any help. They were all so courteous and respectful, truly a friendly and high-quality team! Everyone at this hotel was just wonderful! I really have to give a huge shout-out to the cleaning ladies and the front desk staff!

I'm writing this review now because I was looking through old photos and remembered some of the unsatisfactory things from my stay here. There were quite a few complaints: 1. **Cleaning was terrible.** Let me list a few points: Firstly, for an extended stay, the cleaning was very sloppy. There was so much hair in the drain that they didn't even bother to remove it. Secondly, I requested cleaning at 5 PM, but no one showed up. I was showering and had the security chain on the door. The cleaner arrived late and kept banging on the door multiple times, making me think I was imagining things. I finally stopped and told her to come back later (why would a guest put on the security chain? Isn't that common sense? Were they trying to break in?). Thirdly, because it was an extended stay, they directly asked me if two bottles of water were enough. Excuse me? Don't you have cleaning standards? Other Ji Hotels always refill them completely; your fridge only had two lonely bottles. 2. **Let's talk about the room.** First, the bedsheets had holes, which I also attribute to poor cleaning. Secondly, the smoke smell was so heavy that I had to call the front desk to ask them to remind guests about smoking rules – something I haven't encountered at other Ji Hotels. Speaking of the front desk, I always had to call down for my food deliveries. Do they not let delivery drivers come up, or what? I've never experienced such delays at other hotels. One time, the robot was broken, and they didn't even inform me, so my hot coffee ended up cold. Finally, when I was checking out, something truly ridiculous happened. I had stayed for several days, and the parking lot requires a ticket to exit. The front desk asked me, ”Are two tickets enough?” She wanted me to take them to the security guard, and if it wasn't enough, come back for more? Seriously? So, basically, they want to inconvenience the customer? These tickets aren't valuable; are they gold tickets or something? I really don't understand why they're so stingy over a bottle of water or a parking ticket.

This stay was extremely satisfying, highly recommended! **Location & Environment:** The hotel has a great location with convenient transportation; dining and shopping are all nearby. The lobby is spacious, bright, and well-designed. **Room Cleanliness:** The room was clean and tidy with no unpleasant odors. The bedding was soft and comfortable, providing instant relaxation and a good night's sleep. The bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, hot water came out quickly, and the water pressure was excellent. **Service:** The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was quick. Contacting customer service for any issues resulted in a prompt response and efficient problem-solving. **Facilities & Dining:** The breakfast selection was plentiful and delicious. The hotel also has a gym, which, although small, has sufficient equipment. Overall, it was a great value for money experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The service was particularly good, and we also upgraded the suite for free, and we will definitely stay again next time. By the way, breakfast was specially prepared, which was very delicious.

Our stay was incredibly comfortable overall. The apartment-style room was spacious and airy with great natural light and views. The minimalist yet refined decor really made it feel like home. The amenities were comprehensive, including a full kitchen with appliances and complete laundry facilities, which was perfect for daily living and even some light cooking. Shopping for groceries was also convenient and hassle-free. The property management service was thoughtful and attentive, responding promptly to our needs. The common areas were clean and tidy, and the recreational and fitness facilities were well-equipped. It's ideal for business trips, family stays, or even short-term getaways. The comfort level is high, and the overall value for money is truly commendable. It's definitely our top choice for road trips.

Stepping into this 'urban natural oasis' by Senlan Lake, I've discovered a truly healing treasure of a hotel! Environment & Location: The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, truly achieving that 'tranquility in the midst of bustling city life' vibe. Just outside, you have the Senlan Greenbelt and the shimmering Senlan Lake. Open your window and you're greeted with lush greenery; the morning air is wonderfully fresh. A stroll by the lake instantly cures a week's worth of work stress. It's only a few minutes' walk to the nearby Garden City shopping mall for dining and shopping, and not far from Zhouhai Road Station on Metro Line 6, making getting around super convenient. Room & Facilities: The overall design is an elegant New Chinese style, with consistently excellent aesthetics. Both the public areas and the rooms are very photogenic. My room was spacious and bright, and the bedding was incredibly soft and comfortable – I slept soundly until I woke up naturally. The bathroom features a wet/dry separation, and thoughtful details like a smart toilet and electric curtains are a nice touch. Pet-Friendly (Pet owners, rejoice!): What surprised me most was how incredibly pet-friendly this place is! Not only do they allow pets, but the staff are also very fond of animals and even prepared an exclusive pet breakfast box and a small gift. Being able to frolic with my dog on the nearby park lawn without having to be separated from my furry friend is truly a wonderful experience. Service & Dining: The service absolutely deserves a huge thumbs-up! From check-in to check-out, every staff member was warm, attentive, and incredibly responsive. In the evening, they thoughtfully delivered complimentary sweet soup, which was both comforting and heartwarming. Breakfast is a buffet with a mix of Chinese and Western options, offering a rich variety, including freshly cooked noodles and mini wontons – the taste was excellent. Overall, this is a hotel that combines quality with a relaxed atmosphere. Whether for a business trip or a city 'micro-vacation' with family or pets, this place is an incredibly cost-effective choice.
