For my birthday this year, my friends and I chose the Sheraton Grand Shanghai Pudong Hotel & Residences for a staycation. The overall experience far exceeded our expectations and was a pleasant surprise. The hotel knew it was my birthday, so they specially decorated the room with a birthday theme and thoughtfully upgraded our room type, which really made the occasion feel special. The room facilities were in excellent condition, and the floor-to-ceiling windows offered an incredible view of the Huangpu River. At night, the cityscape was absolutely stunning, and it was so comfortable to chat by the window with my friends. The restaurant staff were polite and enthusiastic, proactive in their service, which significantly enhanced our dining experience. In the evening, we had dinner at the hotel's Chinese restaurant. You could tell the dishes were freshly prepared, not pre-made. All the dishes tasted wonderful. My friend raved about the braised fish, and both soups were amazing, with very unique flavors that we hadn't encountered much before. I was very satisfied with everything, from the room environment and service to the dining. It's perfect for a small gathering with friends. I'll definitely come back to stay if I get the chance and will recommend it to my friends!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at Ramada Hotel in Xinjinqiao Our experience at Ramada Hotel in Xinjinqiao was wonderful. This was not our first time staying at the hotel—in fact, we always choose to stay here whenever we have a gathering because of the excellent service and comfortable accommodations. A special thank you to Ms. Gloria, who was exceptionally kind, professional, and accommodating. She went above and beyond to assist us, especially with our bookings, and was even available to help us through her personal WeChat whenever we had questions or needed assistance. Her dedication and outstanding customer service made our stay even more memorable. We are truly grateful to the hotel management for their warm hospitality and for consistently making every stay comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you for always taking such good care of us. We highly recommend Ramada Hotel in Xinjinqiao and look forward to returning again on our next visit.

Extended my stay for another day, everything was great. Parking, dining, and getting around were all convenient. For some reason, there were also a lot of foreigners staying here. The room was spacious enough, which was great for guests with luggage as they could spread everything out and organize it.

This hotel is super convenient, just a 20-meter walk from Xiepulu Station on Metro Line 14. In the evening, you can take a five-minute stroll to the riverside and enjoy the night view of Yangpu Bridge. Dining options and convenience stores are also easily accessible. The front desk staff are really welcoming and always greet you warmly whenever you pass by. The room was clean and well-maintained, no issues there. For Shanghai, this hotel offers excellent value for money. Highly recommend!

The entire room is smart-controlled, the bedding is soft, and the bathroom is clean and refreshing with a separate wet and dry area. The front desk service is warm and efficient. The breakfast selection is rich, and you can enjoy the river view while eating. There's also a free laundry room and a gym with a river view. It's conveniently located near the subway, offering unbeatable value for money when visiting Lujiazui. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in Shanghai!

My stay was exceptionally pleasant this time, and I'd like to specifically mention Tina at the front desk who left a wonderful impression on me. I had numerous small questions about travel and my room, and she listened patiently, speaking in a kind and gentle tone. She also proactively offered very practical advice. For any small requests, she went out of her way to help coordinate things. Her thoughtful and considerate service made me feel truly respected. This significantly enhanced my stay. I really appreciate Tina's professionalism and thank her for her dedication. I look forward to coming back again.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with a large refrigerator and an excellent washing machine. The view was lovely, and the hotel is conveniently located next to a large shopping mall with plenty of restaurants, shops, and a great supermarket, making it very convenient for longer stays. Although the hotel is not so close to Shanghai’s main tourist attractions, the metro station is just a few minutes away, making it easy to get around the city. I would especially like to give five stars to the front desk service because of Aron. He was consistently professional, polite, and genuinely helpful. He went out of his way to assist with every request and made a real difference to my experience. Unfortunately, my experience with another front desk staff member was quite different. She did not speak English and, when I called to report an issue with the washing machine, she simply said “no English” and hung up. On another occasion, I asked for assistance with making a reservation, but she seemed unwilling to help. While I understand that not everyone is expected to speak fluent English, a willingness to assist or find a colleague who can help is important in the hospitality industry. Thankfully, Aron’s outstanding customer service more than made up for this experience. Thanks to him, I left with a very positive impression of the hotel and would happily stay here again.

As a loyal Atour guest, I was fortunate enough to check out the newly opened Jinqiao branch. The overall environment was brand new and comfortable, with a spacious lobby. The guest rooms were bright and quiet, perfect for a good rest. The 24-hour self-service laundry service, plus the front desk's assistance with laundry, was a thoughtful touch, especially for business travelers. The late-night congee was comforting, and the steamed buns were delicious. The breakfast selection was extensive, offering both Chinese and Western options. Overall, a great experience; I would definitely choose to stay at the Jinqiao branch again next time I'm in Jinqiao.

This is my fifth time staying at this Mercure hotel! ✨ The castle-like exterior is very unique, and the rooms are beautifully and tastefully decorated, making for a very comfortable stay. I have to praise the breakfast buffet! The variety is incredibly rich, with both Chinese and Western options. There are hot dishes like shrimp, stir-fries, and freshly made wontons, as well as fried eggs, bacon, grains, pastries, and desserts. The ingredients are fresh, and you can mix and match to your heart's content – it was very satisfying. Special thanks to the front desk lady this time; she was gentle and patient, checked me in efficiently, and responded promptly to all my needs. The public areas are clean and grand, and the location is convenient for getting around. It's suitable for both short business trips and brief stays. I'll definitely choose to stay here again in the future, highly recommended!
