"I never disappointed to stay with them either short stay or long stay. The staff are amazing even a small team and willing to help and look after your needs eg  suitcase when u are not  be able to check in or wait for the room to turn down.  The food are great or have more variety with western cuisine and blend with Asian style cuisine as is combination of the menu and of course pasta was great as it was a simple but is still maintain and old fashion style in sauce like you cooked on your own home style .  The bar is great as always full and people always giggling and mingle or they watch me what 🙀 I am up to late night but I do an expirement in food and beverage as a food science and my night is like an owes or have less sleep but be able to focus in a longer hour and not too tired when I got up or even just 3-4 hrs sleep and made me work like a machine shhhh is not rice .. but is PepT instead and I never aging and still look younger and beautiful with different personality when I walk out from the door to door or one 🚪 close and other door 🚪 open like switch on swop a soul as the soul traps inside the dead body ."

"Pros: 1. The hotel's location is unbeatable, right next to Hyde Park. It's walking distance to Westfield, the Australian Museum, and the Big Bus stop. 2. For those renting a car, it's super convenient as it's directly an Eurocar pickup point. 3. There are plenty of great eateries nearby. If you're staying here, I'd say skip the hotel breakfast entirely and explore the various brunch spots around. Especially about 300-400 meters from the hotel, there's a fantastic Chaco Ramen place – their Yuzu Scallop ramen is highly recommended! We stayed for four days and ate there twice; both the adults and kids loved it. Cons: 1. The hotel is indeed old, and the facilities generally show their age. This is especially true for the sofa and chairs in the room, which felt a bit dirty. 2. The daily housekeeping service was really subpar; it feels like there's no consistent training. One day they'd toss your pajamas here, the next day they'd put them there... and sometimes, if they felt like it, they'd provide amenities, but if not, even if you were out, they wouldn't replenish them. Used cups also seemed to be placed wherever, without a fixed spot. 3. It felt like there were a lot of Indian guests staying at the hotel. If you're okay with that, then disregard this point. 4. The hotel elevators are very slow, which is particularly frustrating during peak times in the morning when there's heavy traffic!"

"The hotel fully met our expectations and deserves a high rating, with one significant exception. It's not suitable for groups or multiple guests sharing a room because only one key is provided per room. This same key also opens the main entrance door. If the person with the key steps out, the other guest is completely locked in and can't even leave to use the restroom. This is a huge problem that the hotel needs to address immediately."
