"Our check in time was 3PM, but we arrived at the hotel around 12nn. Thankfully, the staff allowed us to check in early because our room was ready. The only thing was that it could be quite noisy outside as there was a bar just across the road, and walking around the area late at night may be a bit scary. But when you get inside the room, you can barely hear it loud noises. The location was really good as well."

It's not suitable for groups or multiple guests sharing a room because only one key is provided per room. This same key also opens the main entrance door. If the person with the key steps out, the other guest is completely locked in and can't even leave to use the restroom. This is a huge problem that the hotel needs to address immediately."

"The cleanliness was quite poor, with a lot of dust and spider webs on the bed frame and in the corners. The bed was also very uncomfortable, and the single bed frame became slightly tilted when I lay on it, even though I only weigh 45 kg. There is no lift, so you have to carry your luggage upstairs, and the reception staff do not help with this. The door could not be locked properly, and the kettle was dirty. Even after we asked for a replacement, the new kettle was also not clean."

"I think the hotel presents itself to be better than it actually is. Staffing isn't 24/7 and services are pretty limited, the rooms aren't cleaned everyday unless you specifically mark it. The rooms aren't very modern but they are serviceable in getting the job done, and there is ample room to share although the room layouts could be improved. If ventilation and sizeable windows are a priority, this hotel won't really cut it. The location is quite good though, located close to a major road and will lead to the city centre quite fast. Getting to and from the hotel is not a trouble at almost all times of day, and there's a lot of good cafes and food options around."
