"The location is really good. You will see the blue building once you come out from the railway station.
However there are a few steps in front of the hotel, which make it a little bit inconvenient for travellers with heavy luggage.
The room is spacious with the window overlooking the trains passing by. It is not a bit noisy when the window is closed though you may feel the vibration.
The furniture is a bit old. The shower area is slippery, and so be careful when taking the shower."

"The hotel's location is excellent, right opposite the train station and a public transport hub, making it very convenient to get anywhere. They also provide free transport passes, and bus route 50, which stops right outside, goes directly to the airport for free. The hotel also offers complimentary disposable slippers."

"This hotel is great. The staff are very nice and helpful in every way. It has all the amenities that’s required for tourists and it’s very clean.. Breakfast was good no complaints here. They even have a QRCODE for a free ride on the tram or bus. how cool is that. They even called a taxi for us to take us to the Viking tor departure. We definitely recommend this hotel. Oh by the way it’s only five minutes walk to the center Basel..GREAT PLACE."

"The location is very close to the old town, 5min walk. It only takes about 15min to walk from the central station to the hotel. The overall facilities are very new and should be new. Customer service is also very enthusiastic to help guests."

"Basel was our final stop in Switzerland this year, a border city spanning only 24 square kilometers. Despite its border location, it's very developed and modern.
**Environment:**
Among hotels like Victoria, Mövenpick, Radisson, and Novotel, we chose this 3-star option. It's directly opposite the SBB train station, and the main bus terminal is just 100 meters from the lobby exit. Although it's a transport hub, the area is decent; there are a few homeless people around, but its convenience makes up for it.
**Facilities:**
There's no fitness center, but you can pay to use a partner facility. The lobby bar is alright, not too crowded, with a nice corner view of the street. Coffee runs between 6-7 Swiss francs. The room isn't huge, but it's fully functional, and the bathroom is quite spacious, which is great for travelers.
**Cleanliness:**
The common areas, like the lobby and hallways, are well-maintained, and the room was very tidy. You can definitely trust the cleanliness standards of Swiss hotels.
**Service:**
Check-in and check-out were both quick. Our room was ready well in advance, and luggage storage was straightforward. They provide a Basel Card, which offers free use of all city public transport and half-price entry to some museums. I didn't particularly notice any other services."

"1. It is only a 5-minute walk from the basel central station, which is very convenient. Go out along the south exit of the railway station, walk through two intersections and you will be in a residential area.
2. The hotel and the next homestay belong to the same family, so you need to check in at the front desk on the first floor of the homestay
3. The conditions are similar to those of domestic four-star hotels, and the price/performance ratio is super high
4. The front desk has a good attitude and is always there.
5. Breakfast can be added and luggage can be stored. . . . There are two parking spaces at the door, because many of them come by car
6. The curtain is automatic and has a remote control

GGuest UserHotel at very convenient location, providing easy access to different means of public transport. Both the public areas and rooms of the hotel are clean and brightly lit. The room is very spacious indeed, and the water in the tub is strong and hot enough.
The breakfast was on the whole good, except that there's some recurrent confusion in the order of omelettes because of seemingly poor coordination in the manpower and order-taking arrangements. Hope that could be improved.

BBrianFirst stay at the Pullman Basel and would definitely stay there again should we visit Basel again. We travelled for the Basel Tattoo and the hotel is excellently positioned for this venue as well as nearby restaurants and shops. Only a 20 minute walk to the old town as well.

GGuest UserI made a reservation through Trip.com for 1 night (2 days), but upon arrival the hotel informed me that it was booked as 2 nights (3 days), which would result in additional charges. Later, the hotel told me they would correct it to 1 night (2 days) and that no extra charges would be applied. They also took my card for deposit purposes but assured me that no payment would be made.
However, on July 14th, I was charged twice: CHF 30 and CHF 46.8. Could you please clarify why these charges were made and arrange for a refund if they were charged in error?

There weren’t toothpaste in the room so I left a note asking for it and the staff left a post it note with dental amenities in our bathroom after we left. Cutest thing I’ve experienced, would highly recommend this room too!

It's okay when the bathroom door is shut but still there when you open it. It didn't bother me a lot but it may be something others find uncomfortable. GGuest UserExcellent hotel. Stop for the second time. The room category has been increased, but the standard is quite decent room. Windows open. Heating is regulated. It is fashionable to walk to the founded shops and museums, but also a couple of stops to drive is not a problem. Questions are answered in detail. Breakfast is normal. There is an omlet. I will come back. Bed is comfortable, slept.

Access by lift is available.
The bunks are quite wide and comfortable and there is lockable storage space.
The site is very near to public transport which is
convenient.
In summer there are eateries and drinking places right next door. There are food shops nearby.
Toilets and showers are all good and kept clean.
