"Had a wonderful stay at B&B HOTEL Basel! The hotel was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the check-in process was smooth. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport and the city centre. The rooms were cozy and quiet, perfect for resting after a long day of travelling around Switzerland. We especially appreciated the cleanliness and the comfortable beds. Great value for money in Basel. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Basel!"

"Basel was our final stop in Switzerland this year, a border city spanning only 24 square kilometers. Despite its border location, it's very developed and modern. **Environment:** Among hotels like Victoria, Mövenpick, Radisson, and Novotel, we chose this 3-star option. It's directly opposite the SBB train station, and the main bus terminal is just 100 meters from the lobby exit. Although it's a transport hub, the area is decent; there are a few homeless people around, but its convenience makes up for it. **Facilities:** There's no fitness center, but you can pay to use a partner facility. The lobby bar is alright, not too crowded, with a nice corner view of the street. Coffee runs between 6-7 Swiss francs. The room isn't huge, but it's fully functional, and the bathroom is quite spacious, which is great for travelers. **Cleanliness:** The common areas, like the lobby and hallways, are well-maintained, and the room was very tidy. You can definitely trust the cleanliness standards of Swiss hotels. **Service:** Check-in and check-out were both quick. Our room was ready well in advance, and luggage storage was straightforward. They provide a Basel Card, which offers free use of all city public transport and half-price entry to some museums. I didn't particularly notice any other services."

"Good location for going everywhere. 2-5 minutes to Tram station 10 minutes to the Bridges by walking. So kind staffs. Basel Pass provider."

"The emotional attitude of the lady at the front desk was baffling. When I wanted to order a taxi during check-out in the morning, there was no one at the front desk, nor was there a bell. So I called out ”hello” a few times. The young lady came out from the adjacent room. ”Why are you yelling 'hello'... I am busy... Do you think I should be here (at the front desk) all the time with a smile?” she ranted, complete with an expressive display. What was that all about? I had planned to store my luggage at the hotel, but decided against it. I quickly grabbed my bags and left."

"Up to the center 20 minutes by bus (by Visitor card from the hotel free),but the apartments are very cool,clean,”fresh,” comfortable.Cool common zones,in the neighboring building-commerce,theatre,food stores.stopped yet. The pillow is only uncomfortable, very soft 😅"

"Small room but location and price are great. Staff was friendly, basically all the 3 hotels are in kind of a cooperation mode and the way to the room is a bit long. But as mentioned: a bed in this perfect location for not too much money - very good."

"Das Zimmer war modern und geräumig. Das Hotel ist z.Z. im Umbau. Manche Räume z.B. der Eingang/Essbereich sind provisorisch. Das ist in Ordnung, aber für den Zimmerpreis, der aufgerufen wird im Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis sportlich, da es nicht wie ein gehobenes Hotel, sondern wie ein Hostel wirkt. Wir konnten unser Fenster auf dem Zimmer nicht öffnen und der Raum war extrem warm und stickig. Wir vermissten auch einen Kühlschrank. Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und man erreicht mit der Tram direkt vor dem Hotel in wenigen Stationen das Zentrum. Das Frühstück war extrem hochwertig und sehr zu empfehlen. Das Hotel ist außerdem sehr Kinder- und Hundefreundlich, was uns gut gefallen hat. Optimal war der Garagenparkplatz direkt unter dem Hotel."
