"This hotel truly embodies the warm hospitality of Northeast China! The service was incredibly enthusiastic and always came with a smile. We especially loved the complimentary wellness tea in the lobby; it was so comforting to have a warm cup after being out in the snowy weather, and they were happy to refill it for us when we asked for more.
The hotel allows food deliveries, and a robot brings them directly to your room, which is an absolute godsend! It's so warm inside the room that having to bundle up, go down to the first floor to pick up an order, and then peel off all those layers again would have been a real hassle. So, a huge thank you for the robot service!
We accidentally stained the sheets and duvet cover twice, and the service was prompt and efficient in replacing them each time.
The location is fantastic, right in the city center with a bus stop directly outside the hotel, making it easy to get anywhere. Given how cold it was, we mostly took taxis, and the hotel's street-side location made pickups and drop-offs very convenient.

The variety of choices is abundant: from Chinese and Western hot dishes, local specialties, fresh fruit and vegetable salads, a bread and pastry section to a freshly cooked noodle station—the selection is dazzling. Even after several days of continuous stay, the menu changed daily, ensuring I never got tired of it. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, clearly not just cheaply prepared frozen products. The bread in the bakery was crisp and fragrant, the fruit was sweet, and the freshly cooked noodle soup was delicious—every bite reflected the hotel's dedication. ”This is probably the most photogenic hotel breakfast I've ever had. The presentation is exquisite, the ingredients are brightly colored, and even the serving dishes are very stylish. "The room decor was lovely. We stayed in an executive twin room with two 1.35m beds, which was perfect for our family of four, not at all cramped. It was also very clean. The service was excellent; the front desk and restaurant staff were all very welcoming. The hotel has a laundry room, and I saw staff cleaning the dryers when I went to do laundry in the morning. The washing machines and dryers are cleaned three times a day. Changchun is also a wonderful city! Next time I visit Changchun, I'll definitely stay here again. (Didn't take any photos of the hotel, too tired from sightseeing every day, so here are a few photos of Changchun instead.)"

Llatvia3437An absolutely wonderful stay! I especially want to highlight and thank Jim, the customer service manager, for his help with the room temperature throughout my visit.
On my first night, it was nearly 1 AM, and I couldn't sleep because the room was too warm. Jim responded to my WeChat message instantly. He immediately sent someone with a fan and ice to cool down the room.
First thing the next morning, I told him it was still hot and asked if he could open the windows to air out the room during the day. Instead, he promptly arranged a suite upgrade for me. He also committed to keeping me updated all day on how he was managing the temperature in the new room to ensure maximum comfort. He even waited for me to arrive at the hotel at 10 AM, showed me the room, and made sure I was satisfied before helping me pack and move my luggage. Before leaving, he proactively offered a late checkout so I could get some proper rest.
His service was incredibly thoughtful, proactive, and genuinely focused on the guest's needs. I haven't experienced this level of service in many years.
Beyond that, the hotel is very new, and the toiletries are Byredo. My stay was very quiet and comfortable. I'll definitely be back!

TTaisuiyeye**Amenities:** The shower water constantly fluctuated between hot and cold, which was a major deal-breaker and made me abandon my original plan to extend my stay by two days. There was no luggage rack in the room, so I had to open my suitcase on the sofa. On the positive side, the smart toilet was a nice touch.
**Cleanliness:** Excellent.
**Environment:** The Iqun River is right outside, making it very convenient for walks.
**Service:** Excellent, with staff always present at the elevator entrance to guide guests. However, the sales staff were quite annoying; they would approach you for contact information during breakfast or afternoon tea, and when asked for a price quote, they were evasive and unhelpful.

GGuest UserDuring this trip back to Northeast China to visit relatives, I originally planned to stay at another hotel, but seeing a newly opened Lirui Hotel nearby, I decided to give it a try. This impromptu decision turned out to be the warmest part of the entire trip. We arrived at the hotel late at night with my child, and the staff had prepared bread and yogurt for the little one who hadn't eaten dinner. Their words, ”The child can't go hungry,” instantly put my mind at ease. When I asked if they had a crib, they immediately brought out an extra bed and carefully helped us settle in. Even more touching were the thoughtful details: because I didn't want to go downstairs to do laundry, the hotel thoughtfully provided two brand-new laundry basins, a clothes rack, and laundry detergent to be delivered to the room; and since it was Christmas, the receptionist, knowing my child liked toy trains, surprised us with a Christmas train toy. What moved me most was that the hotel, knowing I lived in Hangzhou and hadn't been back to Northeast China for many years, quietly prepared Northeast specialties and a childhood favorite drink, Zhenzhen. This kind of family-like thoughtfulness made us extend our stay for two more nights. Lirui's service was not only professional but also full of human warmth, making our trip home truly heartwarming and touching. I wholeheartedly recommend this place to all travelers. Not only can you find accommodation here, but you can also experience a rare sense of warmth and thoughtfulness.

Its location is super convenient, making both travel and shopping a breeze. The breakfast spread was diverse and delicious, ranging from local specialties to Western pastries. The front desk staff were incredibly warm, professional, and efficient, making check-in and check-out smooth and pleasant. The guest rooms were spotlessly clean, with soft, comfortable beds and all the amenities one could need. The underground parking had plenty of spaces, so parking was never an issue. There are also many attractions and shopping areas nearby, offering plenty of options for getting around. The robot room service was a delightful surprise – both fun and efficient, adding a futuristic touch. All the staff were very dedicated, promptly responding to any requests and genuinely looking out for guests, making me feel right at home. All in all, this was a highly satisfying stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit and highly recommend it to all my friends!

Free upgrade suite, large and comfortable, the service is particularly intimate, carrying a schoolbag to the exam, and the staff took the initiative to say that the exam was smooth, really warmed. The location is also super convenient, very close to the subway station, no pressure to travel, I will definitely choose here next time! But some rooms are a bit close to the pump, and a big buzzing sound can be heard that affects sleep, but the problem is not big, and the staff quickly solved it.

I especially like all members of today's Prince Xuan class, because not only took the initiative to help us carry our luggage, but also introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding recommendations in detail, which made people feel intimate. SshiyangThe staff were overall very polite and hospitable during our stay. For instance, they helped fixed our room’s defective thermostat and promptly delivered us additional toiletries to our room by request.
The breakfast area had a large selection of foods to choose from, allowing guests to customize their own plates to their liking. There was also a professional chef present to cook up additional dishes, such as fried eggs and noodles - both of which were excellently made.
The room we were given, however, did not have a good ventilation system as there were multiple instances where the smell of cigarettes flooded into our room. Consequently, this forced us to open our window to air out the room. Our bathroom door also could not lock - let alone close at all. We hope that only our room was affected.
With all said, our overall experience at this hotel was pleasant and we would recommend anyone visiting Changchun to come stay at this hotel.

GGuest UserThe layout of the room is really intimate! As soon as you enter the door, you can feel the warmth. The bed was soft and comfortable, slept for one night, and the next day was refreshing. The sound insulation of the room is also superb, and I sleep very sweetly at night. Moreover, the facilities in the room are all available, smart toilet, high-speed Wi-Fi, oversized projection screen...Living here is as comfortable as at home.
