"It was my first time to the Northwest, and I saw what a strong wind is when I left the airport!
However, when I arrived at the hotel, it was unexpectedly grand, just like the generosity of the Northwest people. The housekeeper Wang Juanjuan at the front desk provided attentive service, and upgraded our room type for the second day for free, gave the children free coupons for breakfast for two days, sent foot bath supplies every night, and reminded us to eat beef noodles in the morning... Even though we couldn't go out because of the sandstorm, it was also very nice for the family to watch TV and eat in the spacious and high-ceilinged luxury suite. It was a happy vacation⛱️"

"We drove here with our kids. The room had a bathtub and a projector, which the kids loved. The view of the vast Mingsha Mountain was stunning. The hotel is very close to the Shazhou Night Market, just downstairs and across the street. We went straight there after dinner. There's a large supermarket downstairs for some supplies. The front desk lady was very helpful and told us that parking is difficult near the Crescent Lake scenic area, but we could take bus No. 3 downstairs directly to the scenic area entrance, which was very convenient."

"I stayed in Dunhuang for a week and changed three hotels. Hanyun was a real surprise. The front desk lady, Yilin, was beautiful and welcoming (she was always happy to answer any questions she had). She even added extra quilts and welcomed fruit to our room.
The hotel's cleanliness exceeded my expectations, a testament to my meticulous selection after spending so much time on Ctrip. ☀☀
The bedding was also particularly commendable. The duvet covers were definitely the best in Dunhuang. The breakfast was incredibly generous, almost like lunch.
They even had a local, unnamed peach, which was surprisingly delicious. 😋😋"

I originally booked a regular room, but the lady at the front desk upgraded me to a river view room for free. She said that it was the Lantern Festival and I could see fireworks. The result was much beyond my expectation. The fireworks were so beautiful! My room has become an excellent viewing platform. Thank you very much to the lady at the front desk! After checking in, I found that the room was very atmospheric, the hot water came out very quickly in the shower, and the room was particularly warm in winter, all of which were very good hardware conditions. But more importantly, I felt that everyone in the hotel was very warm. Whether it was the ladies at the front desk or the cleaning lady, any staff member would greet me with a gentle smile when they saw me. Even during the Lantern Festival, they thoughtfully prepared glutinous rice balls and delivered them to the room. All in all, it was a 100% satisfactory stay experience❤️❤️❤️
