"This hotel is conveniently located very close to the airport and offers a free shuttle service. For departures, it stops at the departure level, and for arrivals, it stops opposite Gate 7 on the arrival level. The shuttle stop is about a 10-minute drive away. The hotel doesn't provide disposable toothbrushes. It's quiet and clean, but there's nothing much to do in the immediate area. A taxi to Ferrari World cost 26 AED."

"This was the most disappointing of the three hotels we stayed at in the UAE. I originally booked the St. Regis next door, but my child insisted on changing to this one because it had a balcony. Looking back, I really regret it.
From check-in, it was a mess. The main counter was empty, but two men pointed us to a smaller counter. When we got there, the man at the small counter sent us back to the main one. Then began the incredibly slow check-in process. It took half an hour per room, so if it were busy, you'd be stuck there for half a day. During check-in, we asked about breakfast for the child. They first said 65 AED per day, but after we paid, they said it was actually 75 AED per day, so we had to pay the difference. For three days, no one guided us to a table for breakfast; we had to ask where we could sit. The breakfast variety was pathetic, and the taste was very average. It was the worst among the three hotels.
The three stars are for a female staff member who greeted us on our last day at breakfast and offered a small cake as a farewell gift for our child, and also for the excellent valet service. As for the beach, just forget about it; it's practically nonexistent.
The room view is genuinely nice, and the bathroom design is clever. I guess we paid for the view. However, the balcony glass was very dirty, which obstructed the view."

"This hotel is perfect for families! The washing machine and fridge were incredibly convenient, especially since we stayed for three days. We really felt the warmth and hospitality of Abu Dhabi. I had trouble ordering food delivery through an app, but the front desk staff, especially one very handsome gentleman, went above and beyond. He spent over half an hour calling and asking other staff members to help me (even though the payment ultimately didn't go through because my online payment wasn't activated). Still, it was incredibly heartwarming. Valet service is available at the entrance, and they promptly helped with our luggage. Initially, there was only one toothbrush in the room, but they quickly brought more when we asked. The rooftop pool is heated, which was a nice touch. All in all, I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit."

"The location is absolutely excellent. It's right next to the large Al Wahda Mall, and there's a Lulu Hypermarket conveniently located downstairs, so you can find anything you need and dining options are plentiful. I booked a rate including breakfast, and it was incredibly rich and varied, with Chinese, Western, Indian, Pakistani, and Arabic options, all with Chinese names on the menu! The room was spacious, cleaned promptly, very tidy, and had a great view. I would definitely choose this place again if I have the chance."

"The room was quite clean, though a bit small. There were no toiletries provided at all. A taxi to Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque costs around 60 RMB."

"This was an absolutely wonderful hotel. We stayed for 5 nights. Staff, from the concierge, to the doorman, to the cleaners were all polite and friendly. Breakfast was a good spread. They treat you like a VIP whereever you go. Room was clean and service was prompt. We were greeted by Saleh at the reception counter, he was a very friendly and helpful, knows who we were and greeted us by our names everytime we passed by the counter.
Connectivity to Abu Dhabi mall is also a big win.
The location has a few more authentic restaurants if you care to venture a bit further. Al Aqsa a place that sells only Kunafah and baklava is only 10 mins walk away. We went there every night."

GGuest UserThis hotel is located within the Etihad Towers complex, famous as a filming location for 'Fast & Furious 7.' It offers stunning views of the eight-star Emirates Palace Hotel and the Presidential Palace, especially from the hotel's 74th-floor observation deck, which provides a beautiful 360-degree panorama of Abu Dhabi. The lobby features a high-ceiling design and live piano music in the evenings, creating an elegant and sophisticated atmosphere. The large pool connects directly to the beach, with two or three restaurants conveniently located nearby, adding to the comfort.
The guest rooms are situated on higher floors and are quite spacious. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer uninterrupted views of the sea and the buildings across the way.
The service is warm and meticulous. Staff proactively greet you and are always ready to help with luggage or call a taxi. They truly strive to assist with any request you might have.
Walking to the Presidential Palace takes about 15 to 20 minutes, which was very convenient for us, being seniors.
The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of dishes. Highlights include fresh-squeezed fruit and vegetable juices, propolis, and a DIY chocolate skewer station, which was fantastic.
The hotel's Italian restaurant serves authentic cuisine. The pizzas, baked fresh in a stone oven, were exceptionally delicious (unaffected by the strong flavors sometimes found in Middle Eastern cuisine). We ended up dining there twice.

GGuest UserHad an amazing stay at Vogo. Family of 3 and first time staying here. Premium twin room with balcony and golf course view. Location was good for us. Breakfast was very good and good variety. As it also used for events and weddings can be loud in the evenings but by 10pm it was quiet. Staff were helpful and polite. Room was well maintained and cleaned. Would recommend and would stay again.

The staff were truly accommodating and attentive throughout my entire stay. They went out of their way to ensure any requests were handled promptly and courteously, making the overall experience smooth and genuinely pleasant. This high level of service is definitely the property's strongest asset.
Regarding the accommodations, the room was perfectly decent and functional. It provided everything needed for a comfortable city stay, including fast, reliable WiFi and a good, strong shower. All the necessary amenities were present, such as complimentary bottled water and the other basics you expect, ensuring a hassle-free and comfortable environment.

GGuest UserBeautiful internally the hotel comprises of different ample sitting areas and small cafes scattered around the hotel. The bath had a crack in it and the shower wasn't great.
The staff all around the hotel were great and courteous. The resort is great but a bit far from the hotel and to walk in the sim is difficult, i think an overpass would be better and convenient. Ps the Zipline activity is never available when I have tried to book it the last year or so. Lazy river is really lazy so keep that in mind lol. Generally it's an okay resort could do with an update to trip.com advertising with new pictures etc.

HHera SzSwimming pool is heated which is fantastic to enjoy in the evening . Breakfast is amazing which huge variety of options such as western , Asian and Indian food. Sauna and gym are really good and very pleasant stay in Abu Dhabi.
Front desk gentleman who checked us is was amazing , very helpful and kind .
If you plan to use public transportation to Ferrari World and Warner Bros , take bus 102 or 184 but… buses are so crowded anytime . There is a shuttle bus to Yas Marina but it only pick the people at11:00 am which means arriving in the park afternoon and it will be crowded . Arrive earlier to the parks because rides can take up to 2 hours such as Formula Rossa .
Best to stay in Abu Dhabi first and then go to dubai .

LLeny NinguiThe hotel is located in a very convenient area,up on my arrival is was received very professionally,the valet gentleman guided me to reception ,the gentleman that assisted me at reception was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing ,my booking confirmation didn't take long ,the valet assistant escorted me to my room .
To be honest ,the room was not properly cleaned as it still had dirty dustbins in the room and toilet,didn't seem like the beddings was changed as I was scratching the whole night and since I booked for only one night ,I really didn't have the energy to call housekeeping to change my bedding,the room had carpet and it didn't look like the carpet is regularly clean,the room had an unpleasant smell
The bathroom towels were dirty and unchanged so I opted not to use them , the bathroom floor was filthy as well.
The air conditioning kept blowing dirty air so I opted to switch it off to avoid getting sick , don't know if the air conditioning is regularly cleaned or maintained.
Since my car was parked at valet and I want to drive out so I went to reception gave my vehicle ticket for the valet assistant to bring my car ,at that moment there were many people checking in , instead of him bring my car out ,he insisted that I go get my vehicle in the basement,I told him I don't even know we're the basement is but he was aggressive and said it's easy in a loud voice,just go to the basement you will see your car,that was very strange however I continued to do that,that was very unprofessional from the valet assistant.
I realized that this valet assistantent was different to the assistant that initially assisted me up on my arrival .
It's strange to have one person determine the Review of the hotel but I also have to be honest to avoid this from happening nxt time.
