Hualien Hotels with Bars

Next to the Ocean Park, the scenery is beautiful. Facing the boundless sea level is refreshing. If you have the opportunity, you can go and watch the sunrise. The service staff are very good and attentive. It is my first camper van experience and I think they are very comfortable. The more people there are, the more fun it will be. There are small sand pits, swings, and swimming pools. It would be better if some leisure facilities could be added in the future, such as pool tables, PS5, darts, etc. The breakfast buffet bar has many items and is healthy. The only drawback is that the bed is itchy when you sleep on it, and there is a peculiar smell at the beginning of your stay, but it goes away after a period of time of convulsions. Afternoon tea was not in ideal condition. It only provided biscuits, candies and sweet soup. I hope it can be improved next time.

This is an amazing place to stay for all traveler types. You can travel here solo or with family/friends. Upon arrival, I was checked into my room. Jimmy (the owner) gave a warm welcome along with a gift. The room was comfortable and clean. It even had a balcony where you can sit and overlook the whole city. Jimmy and his staff are very kind. They provided excellent service, and the breakfast was tasty and nutritious. The city doesn’t have the best transportation, but Jimmy was kind enough to drive me into the city and pick me up whenever I was finished. When I checked out, I was given a box of tea—a wonderful gift for the upcoming Chinese New Year. All in all, I would rate this place a 12/10. It’s not only a place to stay, but it made me feel right at home. The plus side is the cute dog, Ao Hua. She is friendly and playful.

The staff are very nice and helpful. They help me with the luggage and booking the whale watching tour. The room is just like the photo, clean and spacious. The scenery is excellent too and you can hear the birdsong and the sound of waves, which is great for you to enjoy the nature. I also booked the dinner there which is delicious too. It is just slightly hard to find the path to drive into the car park as the path is narrow and the stand is not that noticeable.

Advantages⭕️: 1. I made a special note when booking that I was very sensitive to noise. Thankfully, the hotel was very considerate; because there were group tourists on the day of our booking, they upgraded both of our rooms to villas. Although we needed a shuttle bus to get in and out due to heavy rain, the wait was very quick, and the staff dried the wet chairs each time we boarded – very thoughtful! 2. Suitable for all ages!! The facilities are excellent. Kids can play on the indoor slides and the floating river for a whole afternoon. Seniors can relax in the outdoor hot spring area and nude bath. You can even stay and play after checking out – great value! The restrooms are very clean, and there are rest areas throughout the grounds! 3. Highly qualified staff! Everyone proactively offers assistance. The lifeguards on the indoor slides are very responsible and always attentive to safety. There's also a lucky draw in the evening – the kids were thrilled to win prizes!! The hotel also has a market with token-based payment options, allowing children to experience various activities. Even though the rain prevented them from using the outdoor facilities, they still had a blast! Disadvantages ❌: 1. There were an overwhelming number of flies that day!! We killed five in our room that night, and the next day they were everywhere in the entire resort and restaurants… This was likely due to fertilizer use by nearby farmers!
