Hualien Beach Hotels

"We have already stayed at this hotel several times) everything is fine, especially in rooms with sea views)) Super breakfasts, free cola/sprite at the entrance. The staff is very pleasant. The room is quiet: the road is very far away, so you can get enough sleep! There is a beach nearby with a very wide beach area (pictured). You can have a barbecue on the beach!"

"My first impression was how incredibly warm and attentive the service was. Every question I had was met with a satisfactory answer, and they even proactively helped me with directions for dining out and cycling routes around the island. Since we had two bikes, the staff thoughtfully asked if we needed to switch to a larger, more suitable room. Their service attitude truly deserves high praise. The room was also perfect, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. This was the most satisfying hotel I stayed at during my 11-day island-wide trip in Taiwan."

"I have stayed in the lowest cost-effective hotel in Taiwan. Ctrip booked one month in advance. The terrace sea view room is fully paid. When I arrived, I said that the boss had changed. The room was gone. I switched to a street-view room, but the room was very small and the two suitcases were barely opened. You must know that the room was booked for four. Although I refunded the difference in room rate, it was super uncomfortable. The location of the hotel is okay, but the facilities are older, the bathroom is a bit rudimentary, and there are geckos crawling around, children are scared. The breakfast room at the B&B is good, rich and delicious. Convenient to the beach, there are bicycles to borrow. Very close to the night market."

"The room with a balcony and ocean view was absolutely stunning. I regret not arriving earlier to relax more. It's conveniently located within walking distance of Hualien's night market and the beach, making sightseeing easy. Bicycles are also available for rent. Breakfast consists of sandwiches and drinks, which were delicious. Although we checked in at the last minute, the staff were very helpful and kept us informed throughout the process. (I feel really bad for the staff...) For access, you can take a bus or taxi from the station, but depending on the route, buses can be unreliable, so a taxi is recommended. We arrived from another tourist spot, and the bus didn't come, and we couldn't get on the minibus, which was incredibly stressful! In Taiwan, you can call a taxi from a convenience store...how convenient! Definitely try it. Anyway, the rooms are so stylish, I highly recommend everyone visit!! This was the best hotel of our trip to Taiwan :) I want to go again..."

"If you are looking for an ocean front get away, away from the city and the crowds this is your place. In winter, due to strong winds, the waves offer a magnificent show, beating the shores nonstop. Right in front of the hotel is the bikeway and the nearest bike rental is approximately 50 meters away. There is also a Family Mart within the same distance towards the temple. The hotel provides a set breakfast which changes everyday, but it’s well presented and tastes great! Although the reception was helpful to arrange a taxi for us everyday, we hoped there would be a round way shuttle to downtown, even if it’s once a day! It would absolutely enhance to guests experience, especially considering the location slightly outside the city center."

"The main reason for wanting to experience a ”capsule” hotel was to check it out. My elementary school kids loved it, running around in the bunk beds. The single beds were actually quite large and very new. The room was well-planned and detailed; each room had its own charging port, a small light, a cabinet, and even toiletries! The shared bathroom was very clean. The kitchen was accessible on the first floor, so we went to Qixingtan to buy fish to fry at night – it was fantastic! If you arrive at the hotel early, you can ride bicycles and walk to the beach, where there's a heated swimming pool! In the morning, we played cards in the common area on the first floor while listening to music. 👍"
