"Immediately Upon arrival the staff we're very welcoming and the hospitality felt genuine. There were complimentary snacks in the foyeur for the Qingming festival which kept the little one entertained whilst we dealt with a very swift check-in, The room was facing the river and immaculately clean and tastefully decorated. When we went swimming our daughter didn't have goggles to wear and was gratefully lent a set by the staff there. The Food was really great and our waitress Cindy helped us with every request we had for breakfast and on the second day, because we had to leave early, the front desk lady Alice also assisted us by preparing a take-away meal. The fact that the hotel opens into a very modern shopping center made sure that We throughly enjoyed our Stay and we highly recommend anyone else to stay."

"During my stay at your hotel, from entering the lobby to checking out, Karen at the front desk provided impeccable service in every detail. During check-in, the front desk staff was patient and attentive. Not only did they quickly complete the check-in process, but they also proactively informed me of breakfast times, elevator locations, and even helpfully pointed out nearby neighborhoods suitable for strolling, instantly alleviating any unfamiliar surroundings. The staff, especially Karen, smiled throughout, making us feel incredibly friendly. This stay far exceeded my expectations, and I couldn't have done without the dedication of every staff member. "It can be said that this is the best B&B for traveling this year. The owner personally drove the high-speed rail to pick me up. When I entered the door, the cute and gentle lady was ready to welcome afternoon tea. Each room faces the sun. It is quiet in the hustle and bustle. There is a view at every step. It is exquisite and elegant. The breakfast is rich. The pickled mustard tuber made by the cooking sister is so delicious. The location of the B&B is superb. The front door is the ancient city tower. You can walk along the river after lunch. The confluence of the three rivers has a magnificent view. Behind is the old street. Snacks are all you can eat for 30 yuan. Almost every restaurant is delicious and affordable. Before checking out, the cute and gentle lady specially made a small bonsai Nandina domestica for my mother, just because my mother liked it when she entered the door. I was so moved and felt as warm as going home. I wish the store a prosperous business and a lot of money!😘"

"Full marks for the Winter Retreat stay at Fuchunfangwai Hotel. The winter landscape, stripped of its lush green, takes on a muted, ink-wash palette, reminiscent of the 'Dwelling in the Fuchun Mountains' painting. The guest rooms continue the 'Fangwai' concept, featuring natural wood and warm gray tones, with a well-stocked minibar. Breakfast: Semi-buffet with à la carte options. I highly recommend the Pian'erchuan noodles or the mini wontons – their savory broth is a perfect warm-up. Special thanks to the concierge, Jiaojiao, who proactively communicated our needs and greeted us warmly upon arrival. The service was discreet yet attentive. Upon check-out, they even presented us with homemade pastries, adding a warm touch to our winter journey."

"Although the hotel is not near the central scenic area, the environment is very good, clean and hygienic, and it is very convenient to take a taxi. The hotel service is also very considerate, and the service staff are very good. Before check-in, the housekeeper Chunchun contacted and introduced the tourist attractions and transportation in advance, and reminded us to eat. The room we stayed in faced the east, with large French windows. If the weather is good, you can see the sunrise, and the night view at night is also beautiful. I especially like the hotel's gym and children's playground. The gym has a billiard table, which is great. The children's playground is very clean and new, and there are many things to play. "The hotel's location is superb, right by the central lake, making it very convenient for getting to the ferry terminal ⛵️. As a high-end resort under the Huazhu Group, it lives up to its reputation for excellence. I requested a room with a view when booking, and they thoughtfully arranged one with a partial lake view. Very considerate. The hotel is quiet and has a great ambiance. There's an outdoor swimming pool in summer, which the kids loved. The breakfast spread is also extensive. It's a fantastic place to stay when visiting Qiandao Lake."

"We arrived by high-speed train on Friday night. It took about 20 minutes by taxi to the hotel. The driver said the area used to be ruins, but it was acquired and redeveloped. We looked around and found the left turn to the hotel and the right turn to the highway tollbooth, so driving was quite convenient. Check-in was similar to a DIY check-in at a Japanese hotel; we scanned our ID cards. After we scanned and filled out our information, it was our roommate's turn. Since my roommate didn't have an ID, my information was lost after I filled it out. The receptionist next to me had to manually re-enter everything. The ”one step ahead” message on the screen was a stark contrast to the ”one step behind” message. We asked for an upgrade and were moved to a Mermaid Twin Room on the third floor. Opening the door, a strong smell told us this was a new hotel. Luckily, the view outside the window compensated for the overpowering smell. Then came the problem: we called the front desk to ask for children's toiletries and slippers. They said they would bring them, but they brought two adult toothbrushes first. We waited and waited, 20 minutes later. Thinking they might not have children's toothbrushes and slippers, we called the front desk again and said they would send a pair of adult slippers if they didn't have any. We continued to wait. Then they brought the kind of slippers you wear in the bathroom. Fine, that's a downside. Maybe the hotel isn't really family-friendly. Also, the hotel slippers aren't very big; for men, about a third of their feet are sticking out. On the second day, it was supposed to be breakfast for two people, and the three of us went without complaint, which was quite considerate. Also, this morning, my boyfriend and I went to the coffee bar, and the service from the young lady was commendable. She got my boyfriend a plate, and another girl made his coffee. These were the two most enthusiastic staff members I've encountered in the past two days. The scenery outside the hotel was nice, but the third-floor viewing platform seemed to have been recently painted and had no signage. When my boyfriend climbed up and came down, his pants were completely stained. Oh well, as long as he's happy. In the afternoon, we tried the scuba diving included in the package. It was supposed to be an hour, but we only actually scuba scuba for about half an hour. They said children need to be 10 years old to scuba dive, but there were quite a few adults training there. In the evening, we went to a barbecue restaurant recommended by the driver, but I felt ripped off. The hotel probably just opened. There's no gym right now, and the diving pool isn't open at night either, so there aren't many activities. The rock climbing wall wasn't open when I went at 10 am the next morning, wasting two tickets. I hope the hotel can improve this. I'd consider staying here again next time. The breakfast selection wasn't extensive, but it was decent. The vegetarian chicken in the noodles was incredibly delicious and absorbed the sauce perfectly."
