The buffet dinner was fantastic, and they even offered breakfast before 6 AM on race day. For us marathon runners, this is an absolutely perfect experience and definitely the best choice for the Jiangmen Marathon!"

"Having stayed in so many hotels, this one really impressed me. The service staff was very warm and thoughtful. They helped to upgrade the room type and gave us free breakfast. There is a self-service laundry service on the 7th floor of the hotel, which can be dried. It is very suitable for business trips. "The front desk service was great. It was my first time to travel in Jiangmen and I didn't know where to go. The front desk patiently explained to us the fun and delicious places around us, and upgraded us to a view room.
We booked a king-size bed and upgraded us to a view room. There was also a bathtub in the room. It was really comfortable to take a bath after a day of sightseeing. We had a Chinese and Western buffet breakfast the next day before leaving. I was so satisfied! !"

"It was pretty good. The service was good; they even took a picture of the bottom of my bag when I retrieved it after leaving it at the front desk. They greeted me with a smile every day. Breakfast was decent too—two dishes and two main courses. I even had such a large custard bun (or maybe it was a regular custard bun) for the first time! I also got to try the rice noodle rolls; I'd seen in short videos that there weren't many, but one order was almost enough for me. The braised pork knuckle rice was more substantial than what you'd find in northern China. Also, there was a small table in the room that turned out to be a Bluetooth speaker—I'd thought it was a table or a stool! The surrounding architecture was very distinctive. This was my first time in Guangdong; I wonder if I'll have the chance to come back again."

"It's a residential hotel experience. The hotel is still very new. Although the facilities are not yet mature, the staff are very nice and polite. They will try their best to cooperate with you if you need anything. The location is in the countryside. The air is very fresh and suitable for those who like a quiet vacation. The afternoon tea provided is average. The breakfast is acceptable. The hot spring is a seawater hot spring and is very comfortable. You can also soak in the room, but it is limited to about 2 cubic meters per day (2 tanks). There are children who can play slides, rocking boards, fly kites, etc. There are many different TVs in the room. Channel... It’s just the New Year this time, so I’m really happy to be able to set off fireworks."

GGuest UserEverything about your hotel was excellent, but my check-out experience yesterday left me utterly displeased! I had explicitly arranged for a late check-out until 3:00 PM as one of my entitled benefits. Yet, around 1 PM, a front desk attendant called to inquire if I wished to extend my stay. I informed her that I wouldn't be extending and would be checking out. I proceeded to check out at 2:03 PM and departed. What truly shocked me was that while I was waiting for the elevator, I distinctly overheard your front desk attendant, seemingly unaware I was still within earshot, mocking me in a local dialect with a colleague. Her exact words were, 'Looks like she's got boiling water under her feet, doesn't she?' This incident makes me seriously question whether your staff management truly instills professional etiquette. Do your employees show basic respect to ordinary guests? Is there a fundamental lack of moral education? If the answer to all these questions is negative, then perhaps it's time for a serious re-evaluation of your staff's positions and a thorough adjustment of their roles.

The front desk service was excellent; staff were proactive, warm, and very attentive, ensuring a great experience. However, the towels were quite old, with some frayed edges and a stiff, rough texture, which made me reluctant to use them.

The back of the hotel is equipped with an open-air swimming pool and a children's pool 0.5 meters, which is child-friendly. Satisfied with the hotel service: the housekeeper Xiao Li is patient, professional and detailed in question and answer; he is also very friendly to the children when checking in and receiving the reception, and the driver who sent us to the car also helped with the luggage.

The staff were friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile and providing to-the-point service – no fuss, just what I needed. A huge plus was the hotel's location. Being within walking distance of so many attractions made exploring a breeze. And when I got hungry, the abundance of great food options nearby was the cherry on top. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay.
It's in rural area and rides may not be to easy to get after 10pm. If you plan to return late to the hotel, be sure to know how to contact the hotel just in case the front desk is closed. Sorry to wake you at the middle of night boss lady!

It was really heartwarming to make an appointment for free pick-up at the front desk after booking. The Chinese restaurant on the second floor also has Taishan yellow eel rice, plus the business buffet breakfast is very cost-effective.

When we arrived in the afternoon, we played in the water park first. The mountain spring water is ice-cold and cool. Children can also play on the beach! ! In the evening, we came to the hot spring area. There are many hot spring pools here. The health pools include medicinal food, and there is a rest area next to it where you can drink water. Booking a room includes a buffet breakfast and unlimited hot springs. Although the buffet breakfast does not have many categories and is relatively simple, it is convenient and hygienic. There are restaurants in the scenic area, and there are many specialty farmhouses nearby. The Cantonese cuisine is delicious and not expensive. The first choice for hot spring bathing is the Gudou Royal SPA Hotel. It is very close to the hot spring valley and is very suitable for taking the elderly on a trip. It only takes two to three minutes to walk and is very convenient. The attitude of the staff I encountered was also very good. I will come again in winter.
