Room was large comfortable & clean. Location has many food options downstairs & nearby, a large mall with supermarket across the street. One problem is the building elevators, they’re decrepit, always a long wait.

This hotel is located near the huge Wanda Plaza shopping mall complex and so is super convenient. The luxury coach from the international airport stops at the hotel just across the road, which makes it very accessible and direct route to the airport. There is a famous dim sum restaurant among the low level shops and eateries behind. The shopping mall is great for shopping and many good restaurants are at the third floor inside the mall.It is on high floor and the room outside view is nice. The room is spacious, the bed is big and comfortable. There is also a washing machine inside the room where we do our laundry every two days. There is no dryer so have to improvise drying the clothes on the grilles at the windows. Considering the good room rate, it is worth to choose to stay at this well-equipped and big room and enjoyed the surrounding amenities, mall, restaurants and parks. Will choose this again if coming back to Jiangmen.

The hotel was very clean and quiet, but unfortunately, the smell of smoke was extremely strong, persisting for two consecutive days. I requested a non-smoking room. My room only had a little fresh air after all the other guests on my floor had left. There must be a problem with the hotel's ventilation system. Most of the staff were friendly and polite. However, when doing laundry, I wanted to finish drying my clothes within three hours. Later, I had an urgent matter and wanted to interrupt the cycle, so I had to force the washing machine to stop. The receptionist on duty didn't know how to do it and brought over a middle-aged woman, I don't know if she was a manager or something. Her first words were only about how easily her washing machine broke down; she didn't ask a single question about the guests' experience, and her entire conversation consisted of complaints. The first time I did laundry, the receptionist said I could stop the cycle midway. Washing and drying are free, but the clothes weren't completely dry, only half-dry.

The room is clean and the staff is friendly and polite. After checking in, I found that there were no slippers, and the front desk immediately notified the staff to bring them. The charging USB socket was broken, so I called the front desk, and the staff immediately arranged for the staff to send me a spare plug, which was very considerate. The only thing I complain about is the toilet in the toilet. It has very poor power. After each use, I can't flush more than 5 boxes of toilet paper. The drain hole is also blocked from time to time. Everything about your hotel was excellent, but my check-out experience yesterday left me utterly displeased! I had explicitly arranged for a late check-out until 3:00 PM as one of my entitled benefits. Yet, around 1 PM, a front desk attendant called to inquire if I wished to extend my stay. I informed her that I wouldn't be extending and would be checking out. I proceeded to check out at 2:03 PM and departed. What truly shocked me was that while I was waiting for the elevator, I distinctly overheard your front desk attendant, seemingly unaware I was still within earshot, mocking me in a local dialect with a colleague. Her exact words were, 'Looks like she's got boiling water under her feet, doesn't she?' This incident makes me seriously question whether your staff management truly instills professional etiquette. Do your employees show basic respect to ordinary guests? Is there a fundamental lack of moral education? If the answer to all these questions is negative, then perhaps it's time for a serious re-evaluation of your staff's positions and a thorough adjustment of their roles.

Although the hotel is not newly built, it is clean, has good service and is humane. On the day we left Jiangmen, the hotel also arranged a drop-off at the station. The old driver got up early to drop us off, which was very heartwarming and left us with a very good impression of this city.

The KTV offered a wide selection of songs in various languages, making it a great place for friends and family to gather and have a good time. The sound system was excellent, and the atmosphere was lively and energetic. It was a perfect place to let loose and enjoy some singing and dancing. Fish Market: Jiangmen is known for its fresh seafood, and the local fish market was a highlight of my visit. The market was bustling with activity, with a wide variety of fresh fish, shellfish, and other seafood on display. The vendors were friendly and knowledgeable, and I was able to purchase some fresh fish for a delicious meal later that day. BBQ: For dinner, I visited a popular barbecue restaurant in Jiangmen. Being within walking distance of so many attractions made exploring a breeze. And when I got hungry, the abundance of great food options nearby was the cherry on top. I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable stay. It's in rural area and rides may not be to easy to get after 10pm. If you plan to return late to the hotel, be sure to know how to contact the hotel just in case the front desk is closed. Sorry to wake you at the middle of night boss lady!
