"The hotel is located in the old town. After booking, I realized it's near a filming location for 'The Knockout' (a popular drama), but since I haven't watched the show, it didn't particularly impact my stay.
The hotel was very clean. I'd especially like to commend the front desk staff and the ladies working in the breakfast restaurant – their attitudes were incredibly warm, friendly, genuine, and kind.
The only minor drawback in the room was the scarcity of power outlets; the kettle, for instance, had to be placed on the bedside table to reach a socket.
Breakfast was extensive and delicious."

"Hotel parking very difficult to find as it was only partially opened in Oct 2024. I don’t like the bbq food store right outside the hotel entrance as it created a lot of smoke and make the hotel downgraded with a local food street right outside.

"First off, the hotel's location is excellent, and parking is very convenient. The room was spotlessly clean, and I really enjoyed being able to project my favorite TV shows onto a giant screen. GGuest UserThis hotel is a beautifully converted historic watchtower. Its location is fantastic, tucked away down a small lane, ensuring a very peaceful stay.
I booked the most affordable room type, and it was surprisingly well-designed, featuring a smart layout with separate wet and dry areas. The decor clearly shows a lot of thoughtful consideration.
Breakfast was exquisite; though the portions weren't large, they were certainly satisfying. There's no elevator, and the stairs are a bit steep, but this is completely understandable and acceptable given it's a renovation of a hundred-year-old watchtower.
The staff members were all very friendly and helpful. Upon check-in, you can add a dedicated host on WeChat who sends helpful reminders and tips.

Staff very polite and helpful. They helped us to order taxi, using washing machine and even let us use her phone to contact our relative in Kaiping.
Room is very clean and modern. It has microwave, dishwasher and stove in the room. Room is futuristic! All can be controlled by button. Curtain, speaker, lamp and aircon.
They have a laundry room as well and very cheap.
Overall we liked it and enjoy our stay so much! Also it was easy to get around and find restaurants as their location is very strategic! 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

The noise from the cars on the street is not loud when the windows are closed, which does not affect sleep. The room has a refrigerator and a washing machine, which is convenient for family travel. I stayed in the last room, so there are two windows, which makes the room brighter.

GGuest UserThe location of the hotel is very good! It is close to the surrounding attractions, especially the Zili Village and Liyuan, which is only 5 or 6 minutes by car. It is very convenient. This time I stayed with my family and stayed in a Zhenpin King Room with a bathtub and a panoramic floor-to-ceiling window. The night view is particularly beautiful. The room is spacious, and it is ok for a family of three to stay. The front desk service is good, the experience is good, and the free buffet breakfast has many varieties. The surrounding areas are all villages and fields. It is really convenient to have breakfast here. After eating, you can also go to the Pioneer Bookstore opposite. It is a bookstore worth checking in. It is very interesting.

The bed in the guest room is pretty good for sleeping.
But the rooms are decorated and furnished, just like the Jianghai International Hotel at that time, it seems that it has not been updated, a bit disappointed.
Another is the hotel's breakfast, which other guests may think is good, but it fits in. It feels like what the factory gives to our ”new city builders” is average and unbearable.
If you pass by next time, don't stay at Jianghai International Hotel!
