"Loved it right from the initial phone inquiry! It took us about an hour to drive from downtown Chengdu. We first took a stroll and flew a kite at Komar Town, then it was another 20-minute drive to the hotel. The front desk staff, especially the youngest lady (didn't catch her name), was incredibly enthusiastic during check-in and check-out. She even helped us with our luggage to the room. The facilities are brand new and very well-maintained; everything looked great even without filters. We happened to visit during Chinese New Year, so there were performances – it was windy at night but totally worth it. The kids had a blast! They also really enjoyed the pet park, and buying the 25 CNY feed made the experience even better. What I least expected was how amazing the restaurant was – truly surprising, and the portions were generous! The shuttle service was prompt and the staff always had a smile. It's perfect for families with kids! We even changed our minds last minute to get a room with a slide – double the fun!"
