The hotel ambiance is fantastic, with lush greenery throughout the grounds. Nestled by a mountain and a lake, walking around feels incredibly peaceful, a perfect escape from city noise, giving you that ultimate vacation vibe. Especially with the cooler weather these past couple of days, the gentle breeze was wonderfully refreshing. The room was meticulously clean, the bedding was super comfortable, and the bathroom amenities were of good quality. The room also had excellent natural light. A highlight here is the natural radon hot springs. There's a wide variety of pools, and the setting is serene. After a soak, you feel completely relaxed, and both the public pools and the private villa hot springs offer a great experience. The service is, of course, top-notch. Mia was very thoughtful, and the other staff members were mild-mannered and responded quite promptly. The breakfast selection is rich, featuring local specialty snacks, and the taste is excellent. The hotel facilities are also comprehensive, perfect for strolls or just relaxing. All in all, it's suitable for both couples looking to unwind and families traveling together. The only minor drawback is that it's a bit far from the city center, but for a vacation, it's perfectly acceptable. The overall hardware, environment, and service are all excellent, offering good value for money. I'll definitely be recommending it to more friends."

"I specifically chose the toy-themed room, and my baby absolutely loved all the toys inside. They had a blast playing with the ball pit and toy train in the room. This is a true family-friendly hotel, not one of those places that just throws on a cartoon bedspread and calls itself family-friendly. There's also a mini-train nearby, and it was my baby's first time riding it. They were so fascinated watching the rice paddies and egrets outside – they kept looking around with curiosity the whole time. The outdoor activities get full marks! The nearby amusement park is also fantastic. There are plenty of activities for younger children, and for kids aged three and up, it seems like they can enjoy all the rides and crafts. Next time, I'll definitely bring my baby back on a sunny weekend to feed the animals."

"Beautiful accommodation set in a quaint and quiet ancient town. It was such a peaceful stay - we stayed 3 nights and didnt see any other guests until the last day! The reason for this though is that this place is far from everywhere else (except Tianfu Airport). Our kid loved the outdoor hot tub and would soak and play in it for hours. Service was among the best ever experienced - accommodating and friendly staff, super responsive on WeChat. They gave us a free tea service with sweet potatoes to roast on the patio and it was just the best! The staff really went above and beyond. Our bathroom had a tiny leak and they instantly offered a free room upgrade (which we were too lazy to go through with and they fixed it while we were out the next day anyway). This place is perfect if you love hot tubs and quiet quaint settings (and dont mind long car rides to get anywhere else!)"

"This hotel is nestled on Gongjia Mountain, boasting a vast estate that offers excellent privacy. The scenery is beautiful and the air is fresh. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and cozy. The breakfast was also quite good. Our butler, Luna, was incredibly warm and provided outstanding service. She even upgraded our room for free and was very patient, meticulous, and thoughtful. We'll definitely come back if we have the chance!"
