The room and bathroom were spotless, and the decor and toiletries were up to four-star standards. The TV was also large, although we didn't watch it. The hotel breakfast was unique and delicious. The industrial-style hot spring was very distinctive, and the kids loved it (remember to bring swimsuits!). The lounge had a wide variety of drinks, but the snacks were limited (only grilled sausages, and one per person). After the hot springs, you tend to get hungry, so I suggest offering more food options, even just small cookies, cakes, or popcorn. Since the hotel is far from town, food delivery is either unavailable or takes over 1.5 hours, and room service isn't an option. More snacks in the hot spring area and mini-bar would be greatly appreciated."
