At noon the next day, another lady (I don't know which department she was from) came to ask about the shower water temperature. My friend said the water was too cold to shower, so she responded with a sharp question: ”It was working fine for everyone who had stayed before, so why did it break down after you stayed?” This hotel's service really leaves me with a huge question mark. The only good thing was the guy who came to fix the water heater and check the water temperature. After repeated checks, he realized it was indeed a malfunction in the hotel's equipment, causing the low water temperature in our row of rooms. After repeated adjustments, he sent someone to fix it at 7 PM. Tonglu is a small county, and tourists only visit during holidays and summer vacations. At nearly 400 yuan a night, this hotel isn't cheap. I'm not asking for any other soft services, just focus on the hardware and the regular front desk staff. P.S. The other two long-haired front desk ladies were quite friendly."
