"The hosts of this homestay are incredibly warm and welcoming. The rooms are spotlessly clean and equipped with modern amenities. The toilets are smart, and each room has a projector, so you can cast from your phone to binge-watch shows.
The location is excellent; it's about a 15-minute walk (1 km) from OMG Heartbeat Park. But the hosts won't let you walk; they personally provide pickup and drop-off services.
The small swimming pool in the courtyard is perfect for kids to splash around in, and the hosts diligently clean it and change the water regularly.
There are also cats to pet; one is a mischievous blue cat named Babaozhou (Eight Treasure Porridge) who loves to roam freely outside. There's also a very well-behaved adopted white kitten, only two months old. A cute guinea pig adds to the charm, making this a truly family-friendly place.
In the backyard garden, you can pick fresh vegetables like eggplants, corn, angled luffa, and sweet potato leaves. When autumn arrives and the persimmons ripen, everyone can feast on the fruit from the hundred-year-old persimmon tree right outside the homestay. We really look forward to coming back in the autumn!
The irrigation ditches by the rice fields are teeming with various small creatures, and our kids learned about pond frogs and golden-lined frogs. They had a blast catching fish with a net."

"This place offers incredible value for money! It's super close to the entrance of Heartbeat Park, and the room was really clean and tidy. The owner was also very welcoming. My only suggestion would be to remove the wooden incense sticks from the room. At first, I thought there was a smoke smell, and even after opening the window for ages, it wouldn't go away. Then I found one of those sticks, and after I threw it in the bathroom, it was much better – quite a misunderstanding!"

"I went to Shanghai some time ago and stayed at the James Coffetel Geya Hotel. The experience was great! The hotel is located at No. 666, Liyuan Road, Jixian County. The location is excellent, the surrounding facilities are complete, and it is very convenient to eat and go shopping. Next to it is Yu Middle School, close to the community, very quiet at night, not noisy by the road, people who sleep lightly can sleep at ease.
The rooms are spacious and bright, the facilities are very new, the big bed room is large, and the bathroom layout is reasonable. The giant screen projection room is super immersive and can watch movies comfortably at night. Check-in also offers a buffet breakfast for two people and a double freshly ground coffee. The breakfast is rich in variety, nutritious and delicious, and the coffee is full of aroma. The hotel also provides free parking and is very friendly to self-driving friends. "The most surprising thing about this trip is Yunshang Chunjiang B&B! The selected river view bed room, the window is the landscape painting of the Fuchun River, the river is mist in the early morning, the sunset is on the water in the evening, the atmosphere is directly full, and the shots are blockbuster. The room facilities are more intimate than expected. The large floor-to-ceiling windows are equipped with high-definition projection. It is super cool to bring your own members to chase the drama. Washing machines and refrigerators are all available. It is very convenient for short-term business trips or travel.
The sanitary condition exceeded expectations, the ground and bedding were spotless, the bathroom was dry and wet, the toiletries were clean and complete, and the living was particularly at ease. The boss and service staff are very enthusiastic, and the route and parking information will be informed in detail before check-in. Free parking downstairs is too friendly to the self-driving party. The location is also very convenient, not far from the East Station, it is very convenient to eat and travel around.
The overall experience completely exceeded expectations. No matter the environment, facilities or services, I can't fault it. I will choose here next time I come to Shanghai, and I recommend it to friends who come to Fuchunjiang to play!"

During the day, I ate snacks and watched dramas with friends in the living room. In the evening, I watched the clouds and clouds on the terrace with the mountain wind. "The hotel is spacious and bright, with convenient facilities. The service is excellent, enthusiastic, efficient, and basically responsive to all requests. The room rate is affordable and parking is free. However, there are pros and cons, as shown in the picture. The sound insulation is not very good. Although the store owner negotiated with us, it was still noisy. I didn't fall asleep until 12 o'clock, and my snoring could be heard clearly. I can only say that not everyone has this quality. The store owner is still very enthusiastic."

The Baiyu Hotel was recently renovated in 2025, making it a fantastic choice for those staying in Tonglu. Tonglu Railway Station is the closest major transportation option, approximately 30km away. Traveling to and from the railway station is easy with Tonglu Railway Station located approximately 30km away. Seeing Tonglu's sights from this hotel is easy with Hangzhou Equestrian Center, Bird's Nest and Chuiyun Tongtian River all close by. When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. This Tonglu hotel provides parking on site. According to our guests, this hotel provides a very high level of service.
"Service: The front desk lady was great, she brought us pastries and was always there to help with any requests. She was really friendly, as were the staff at the restaurant next door! The stir-fried river fresh at the neighboring restaurant was incredibly tasty! They even brought us fruit and vegetables, which made the whole experience very relaxing.
Environment: The air was so fresh! Taking a deep breath in the morning felt incredibly refreshing. We could move the small stool and table from our room to the balcony, perfect for soaking up the morning sun on our backs and gazing at the distant mountains. There's a school nearby that rings a bell, and it was nice to take a leisurely stroll after dinner.
Facilities: If it were summer, I might miss having a mini-fridge, as I love cold drinks and putting unfinished water in the fridge. But the bathroom was very spacious!
Overall, I was really satisfied! We had a wonderful time, and all the local shopkeepers were very easygoing and friendly, which made our stay so comfortable and enjoyable!"

The environment is as shown in the picture! The whole is very comfortable! If there is plenty of time, it is very comfortable to stay at the homestay for a day!
There are chess and card billiards can also be handmade with the oysters! Provide disposable toothbrush comb slippers towel toilet pads! The toilet paper used is also plastic packaging! It is very safe to use!
Breakfast is provided at the hotel!
Our four adults and two children have prepared so much! Can't finish it at all!
Little Corgi is called instant noodles! Eat soft or hard short legs! Enter the door to call you first! Touch it and it will follow you! Two cockroaches are having fun with it?
The owner of the store also prepared a souvenir! Handmade wind bells! And the cockroach dug in the mountains in the morning! I also took instant noodles to send us to the car and told us that bye ～ was really full of heart! I am serving every customer with my heart!

When I reached the top of the mountain, I saw the Fuchun River and my eyes were full of spring. The hotel has complete facilities. There is free water for check-in. There is also a free laundry room. The room is clean and sanitary. The towels are of good quality and clean. The floor is neat and clean. The sheets are neat and the disposable items are complete. GGuest UserIt was far beyond our expectations, we were very impressed. The room was clean and beautifully decorated. The atmosphere throughout the accommodation was peaceful, private, and perfect for relaxation.
I would like to especially praise the outstanding service from the hotel owner. He was incredibly friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Most importantly, he was very attentive and took great care of us. He provided detailed recommendations for nearby attractions, and even personally picked us up and dropped us off, something that went well beyond what we expected.
Another highlight is the location. The hotel is close to many popular tourist spots such as OMG Heartbeat Paradise and 瑶琳, making it very convenient and saving us a lot of travel time.
Overall, we feel very lucky to have chosen this place. It was a warm and memorable experience, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for accommodation that is excellent, convenient, and offers truly impressive service.

CCliffHangerThe lady owner, Ms. Gao, is one of the friendliest & most approachable person I met in the accommodation industry. Her service quality is great & sincere, attending to all the guests’ needs & even going an extra mile, she even gave an upgrade! The room was clean, stylish, comfortable & relaxing. Its location is also one of its best features, just a 2-3 min walk from the OMG Paradise attraction. Another plus side is that, they have a wide, clean parking area & and EV charging station! Kudos to the owner, keep it up!

Cleanliness: I used to dislike guesthouses because of hygiene issues, but this completely changed my mind. The room was super clean, and the bed was very comfortable.
Facilities: The room provided disposable face towels and bath towels, which was super convenient. There was also a fire escape rope; kudos to the owner for their safety awareness!
Service: The owner called in advance to confirm our arrival time, and even though we arrived late at night, the owner was waiting for us and even upgraded our room for free.
