He is one of the kindest and most helpful hotel staff members I have ever met. He went above and beyond to assist us with booking theme park tickets, explaining the entry procedures, and making both our check-in and check-out smooth and hassle-free. When he learned that we are a Muslim family with halal dietary requirements, he generously allowed us to use the hotel’s kitchen to warm up our food, which meant a lot to us.
