"First off, the location is great, right by the Fuchun River. You can open the window and enjoy the river view. The room itself is clean and the temperature control is comfortable. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and the lobby offers complimentary pastries and coffee! The parking lot is spacious and very convenient, making it an excellent choice for those traveling by car. For breakfast, they offer both Western and Chinese options, including freshly cooked noodles and wontons, and the service is warm and friendly. Definitely great value for money!"

"This place offers incredible value for money! It's super close to the entrance of Heartbeat Park, and the room was really clean and tidy. The owner was also very welcoming. My only suggestion would be to remove the wooden incense sticks from the room. At first, I thought there was a smoke smell, and even after opening the window for ages, it wouldn't go away. Then I found one of those sticks, and after I threw it in the bathroom, it was much better – quite a misunderstanding!"

"The hotel's location and environment are excellent, a natural oxygen bar. The service from [Housekeeper Xiao Ye] was also very thoughtful. We received a large and varied fruit platter as a welcome gift and a thoughtful farewell gift. They even gave us bar drink vouchers. (I suggest the hotel switch the farewell gift to a children's toy given at check-in. The mountain-view rooms are a bit plain, and kids might get bored in the evening. Perhaps they could take a cue from Macau hotels and offer small coloring books and crayons). airport shuttle bus was very responsive; a car was usually waiting shortly after I called. The hotel breakfast was unique and delicious. The industrial-style hot spring was very distinctive, and the kids loved it (remember to bring swimsuits!). The lounge had a wide variety of drinks, but the snacks were limited (only grilled sausages, and one per person). After the hot springs, you tend to get hungry, so I suggest offering more food options, even just small cookies, cakes, or popcorn. Since the hotel is far from town, food delivery is either unavailable or takes over 1.5 hours, and room service isn't an option. More snacks in the hot spring area and mini-bar would be greatly appreciated."

"Having stayed in many hotels, Atour's service truly left a lasting impression. The front desk staff were incredibly enthusiastic and check-in was efficient. Service responsiveness during my stay was also very prompt. The bedding was comfortable, and after a shower, lying in bed watching the Fuchun River, I truly felt a sense of relaxation and a perfect vacation experience. This trip was definitely worthwhile."

"A very good hotel, located in the city center of Tonglu, with convenient dining, shopping and entertainment around. The hotel has free ground and underground parking lots, and you can also make an appointment for car cleaning services. My family commented that the car cleaning effect is better than the 50 yuan service outside. All the service staff of the hotel are very enthusiastic, not professional smiles, but sincere help to guests. The child's school temporarily arranged homework that needed to be printed, and the lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic to help print it out. When checking in, the service staff not only delivered it to the room, but also patiently explained the use of the Bluetooth speaker and the storage location of various toiletries. The housekeeper of the night bed service folded a cute snow doll and sent extra quilts and pillows. The waiter in the restaurant patiently taught the children to make coffee. What is worth praising is the breakfast. The variety of breakfast in his house can catch up with the lunch of some hotels, especially the Chinese food variety is quite rich, all kinds of soups and water, and there are even oysters, and the quality of the food is quite good. Recommended to all friends who want to go to Tonglu."

"I arrived at 10 PM late at night to check in, and despite the lateness, the front desk staff were incredibly helpful and quickly arranged everything for me! A special thank you to Xiao Li at the front desk; he was very enthusiastic and confident before I arrived, and even provided me with information on free and paid attractions. I was truly touched by his warmth and attentiveness! Facilities: Thoroughly clean and tidy; the room was perfectly furnished. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy; the cleaning staff were very diligent. Environment: Conveniently located near both the train station and tourist attractions; excellent location. The environment is very grand. I was surprised by how good the breakfast on the 2nd floor and the lunch on the 4th floor were! The stir-fried chicken was much better than the other farmhouse-style dishes; I'll definitely come back here next time!"

"Choosing Xilaipeng Hotel for this trip to Tonglu was a pleasant surprise! The hotel is in a prime location, with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the Fuchun River and picturesque mountain and water views. The front desk service was friendly and attentive, the room was clean and spacious, and the bedding was comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. It's also close to attractions like Yaolin Wonderland, making it very convenient for exploring. It's an excellent value for money and highly recommended to anyone visiting Tonglu. I'll definitely stay here again!"

"This hotel is located in Tonglu's old town and reopened this year. Upon arrival, staff guided me through check-in, escorted me to my room, and provided an overview of the hotel and its facilities. They proactively addressed potential issues, which was a nice touch. 👍🏻 The hotel thoughtfully provided a lovely selection of fruits, snacks, and drinks. Breakfast, served on the 4th floor, offered a wide variety of choices and even had river-view seating. Enjoying breakfast while watching boats on the Fuchun River was a wonderful way to start the day! Since the reopening was a bit rushed, there are still some minor details that could be improved. After check-out, staff assisted with luggage and inquired about my stay, asking for any areas for improvement. I provided feedback on these details, hoping they maintain their excellent qualities and continue to enhance their service. PS: I forgot to take photos, only captured one breakfast shot: wonton and wo tofu. Wo tofu is said to be a Tonglu specialty, and I really enjoyed it – very much to a Zhejiang person's taste. I also had the hotel's buffet dinner. Guests staying at the hotel receive a discount. The chef personally carved roasted meats and chatted while doing so, which was very nice."

"We stay here for 2 nights. The hotel have a very good design and the room also very spacious. We are satisfied with the room. Bed oke, toilet oke. Food for breakfast also oke. I stay at 7th floor and got a very nice view which is river view. One thing that they need to put more attention is for the aircon filter and ventilation. I see there is a lot of dust that looks like have not been clean for so long."

"This time in Tonglu, I chose a hotel with a local vibe, close to Daqishan Scenic Area, with a sign right at the intersection pointing to the park. The hotel is designed in a courtyard-style, folk-house aesthetic, blending with the backdrop of Daqishan to create a picturesque scene reminiscent of the 'Dwelling in the Fuchun Mountains' painting. It's very atmospheric and perfect for travel photography, a service the hotel offers for free. I booked an open-plan room, which was quite spacious and minimally decorated. The large balcony overlooked the courtyard architecture. The bathroom was also big, with a separate wet and dry area, double sinks, and a bathtub. Even the hairdryer was a Dyson. There's no coffee machine, but they provide pour-over drip coffee bags. The fridge drinks are free but limited. Welcome fruit was provided, as was a complimentary afternoon tea with a drink and a piece of cake – though the basement where it's served had a strong damp smell, making it not ideal for lingering. Breakfast is served in the ground-floor restaurant, with a good variety and quality of food. Service was excellent, prompt, and welcoming. However, the TV's screen-casting function, the cleanliness of the fabric sofa, and the damp smell in the basement (where the gym and pool are located) are areas that need improvement."
