"I stayed at this hotel twice during my trip to Wuhan, mainly because of its excellent location! It's right by the Yangtze River, offering first-class river views, with the Wuhan Yangtze River Bridge and TV Tower clearly visible. It's close to the site of the 'Five Congresses,' Mao Zedong's former residence, and Hubu Alley. The Yangtze River Bridge is only about 500 meters away, and Yellow Crane Tower is just over a kilometer, both within walking distance.
Although the hotel is a bit of a distance from the nearest subway station (Simenkou Yellow Crane Tower Station, Exit B), that exit leads directly to the popular photo spot for Yellow Crane Tower. Just across the street from the hotel is the Zhonghua Road Ferry Terminal, which serves both sightseeing cruises and regular ferries. You can take a ferry directly across the river to the Hankou Customs House Terminal, which is right next to Hankou Customs House and Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street – super convenient, even more so than taking the subway or a taxi.
Furthermore, the hotel staff were warm and polite, and the facilities were well-equipped and relatively new. The soundproofing, both internal and external, was also good. While it's usually recommended to skip hotel breakfast in Wuhan and try the local 'Guozao' (early breakfast) on the streets, the hotel provided a complimentary breakfast once, and I found it to be quite good.
Overall, it was a very comfortable stay, making it a great hotel for a relaxed pace of travel."

"Feels like everything’s all right, but as a returned customer, especially I made like 7 bookings within a month, allowing me for late check out could be an attractive reason for me to continue book here, however the front desk’s attitude make me feel a bit uncomfortable. I understand there’s checkout policy but I was allowed to stay by 4 before and being told not anymore is still disappointing. I might consider choose other locations next time."

"The overall experience was okay, but I have to say something about the service. The check-in day was very good, and I had already told them I had a room available the next day. However, they still called me the next afternoon while I was sleeping. I understand. The worst thing was that I needed to swipe my card again to extend my stay the next day. I returned to the hotel at 10:30 pm, and there was no one at the front desk. My friend and I stood there for 5 minutes until the guy from the hotel next door said he could also swipe our card, and we were finally able to get our card accepted. Wuhan is great, I'll come again next time."

"My classmates from Guangzhou came to Wuhan for the Qingming Festival, and we decided to get together. We booked two high-floor twin rooms with a view. Since they weren't on the same floor, the front desk kindly and free of charge upgraded us to a family view suite on the same floor, with the rooms located right next to each other. The hotel faces the Yangtze River, offering views of the Yangtze River Bridge, Guishan TV Tower, and the Han River. At night, both riversides are bustling with traffic and illuminated, with the Guishan TV Tower light show adding to the spectacle. The bar under the cherry blossom trees behind the hotel is stylish and romantic, perfect for photos (though the cherry blossoms were almost gone). The breakfast, with both Chinese and Western options, was excellent and had a wide variety. Highly recommend, two thumbs up!"

"The entire experience, from check-in to check-out, was incredibly smooth. The staff were friendly, and the room was clean and quiet with excellent amenities. It was a very satisfying stay.
The location is fantastic, very close to Bagongfangzi, with plenty of dining options right downstairs and popular tea shops like Cha Yan Yue Se and Grandpa's Tea nearby. The facilities are quite new and modern, and the price is very reasonable. I'd give it a five-star recommendation."

The location is great, close to many attractions, and you can even take a stroll by the river in the evening. The breakfast noodles were delicious, and there was a good variety of options. The rooms are perfect, and the whole hotel has that old foreign villa style. So many people were taking pictures, it really has a great vibe!
The room size is just right, with a separate wet and dry area, and there's even a robot delivering food!
I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time! And the cat is super cute too!

GGuest UserThe subway is right downstairs from the hotel, making getting around incredibly convenient. Just a short walk outside and you're on a street full of amazing food options! The hotel room style is so cozy, clean, and hygienic. My favorite part is the breakfast; it's so varied and plentiful, and the noodle soup is really delicious! The restaurant has a very elegant and high-class design. We even ordered late-night snacks to the hotel and were able to use their restaurant to eat them, which was fantastic! The front desk staff provided excellent service; everyone was very friendly and thoughtful. I'll definitely stay here again on my next business trip.

2. The room facilities are relatively new and decent, which is good.
3. It's interesting and refreshing to be able to watch channels like Japan's NHK, Korea's CBS, America's Discovery Channel, and various Malaysian news channels. However, there's no Hong Kong TVB Jade or CNN.
4. The breakfast selection in the morning is quite varied, offering Western pastries and Chinese noodles, especially Wuhan's local specialty, Hot Dry Noodles, as well as Mianwo and fried dough sticks.
5. Our group had a lot of dirty laundry from our travels and wanted to wash it. However, the hotel's laundry service charges 50-100 RMB per item, which is quite inconvenient. This is the first time in all my years of staying in hotels that I've encountered a paid laundry service. While this was a minor drawback, everything else was generally okay.

Cleanliness: Spotless and tidy.

At the beginning of our stay there were a few issues and we had to change rooms twice, but the customer service was excellent throughout. The staff were patient, responsive, and genuinely helpful in resolving everything quickly.
The amenities were a big plus the gym was well-equipped, and the free laundry service was very convenient. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a very good buffet offering plenty of options. Overall, despite the initial hiccups, the great service and facilities made this a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Would happily stay again.

MM283977****It took me a while to find this hotel on Ctrip, and it absolutely lived up to my expectations. The room was incredibly spacious. I booked a king-size room with a two-meter bed, and the sofa was large enough for my 9-year-old son to sleep comfortably on his own. They even provided an extra duvet. Although the room decor is about 10 years old, it's very well-maintained and clean, making for a comfortable shower and bath experience. The highlight, however, was definitely the hotel's breakfast. It was exceptionally lavish, featuring all the Wuhan specialties I wanted to try, like Hot Dry Noodles and Doupi (tofu skin). I honestly think the taste was even better than some of the popular online famous eateries in the city. Plus, the transportation was as convenient as advertised; getting to both the museum and Yellow Crane Tower was a breeze.
