"The hotel is very new and elegantly furnished. Due to low season, our room was upgraded. Location wise, the hotel was 1 km away from a Yaohan mall with a big supermarket and lots of food options. Breakfast selection in the revolving restaurant was good and we enjoyed our stay there. Hotel staff 小陆 was exceptional in her service and attentiveness. We are impressed with the hospitality shown to us."

1. There's no need to call guests before and after check-in, unless they specifically request contact. Otherwise, it's quite annoying to imagine every hotel calling you 2-3 times.
2. The third-party vendor for the hotel package was terrible. The travel photography experience was the worst I've ever encountered, both in terms of photography skill and service quality. The hotel eventually intervened to resolve it, but it was a very poor experience and wasted my family's time and mine.
3. Wouldn't it be better to offer guests or children a small gift during holidays? A vacation is all about the mood and experience."

The street next to it is a snack street, and there are many lively restaurants. We had dinner on this street, which was delicious and affordable. The underground parking lot is also convenient for parking.
Secondly, the hotel service is very good. The front desk upgraded the room. When I went to the restaurant to ask about dining, the explanation was very detailed and recommended the restaurant next to the snack street. When checking in, I was told that the service staff would need to operate the jacuzzi to take a bath (this facility is actually quite good). But at night, there was a situation where the staff could not be contacted regardless of WeChat or landline. In the end, I had to randomly arrest people downstairs to solve the problem.
Moreover, the ”travel photography service” clearly displayed in the room or the handmade experience, free coffee and other services that are included in the price when booking are not provided. In fact, it is understandable that many B&Bs have this kind of exaggerated promotion to attract traffic, but it is still rare to see that there is not a single word from the beginning to the end.
When I finally checked out, the front desk staff almost accepted the room card without saying a word. Nowadays, ordinary business hotels are not so rude.
