"We are couple from Hong Kong. We found the location of hotel is excellent. All the staffs of receptionist counter are very helpful, nice & wih good attitude. They all willing & can give us valuable tourist information. Special thanks to Miss 吳， the Manager. She is outstanding. Also, the ladies of housekeeping also provided us high standard services. Just one thing to improve. The setting of cleaning stuffs such as bath oil, shampoo & condition are not user friendly. We don't have energy to press the bottle. Anyway, we will stay it again & recommend my friends to stay there in future."

"First of all, the hotel is in a good location. There is a park opposite, so you can go for a walk in the morning and evening. The street next to it is a snack street, and there are many lively restaurants. We had dinner on this street, which was delicious and affordable. The underground parking lot is also convenient for parking.
Secondly, the hotel service is very good. The front desk upgraded the room. When I went to the restaurant to ask about dining, the explanation was very detailed and recommended the restaurant next to the snack street. There was service soon after I put down the phone when I needed it. It was efficient, and the lobby manager was also remarkable.
Finally, let’s talk about breakfast. There are still many varieties, especially the local flavors such as black rice, lily soup, and bamboo shoots. It would be better if there were more green vegetables, and the restaurant waiters removed the plates in time. It’s a pity that there was no knife for the welcome fruit when I checked in, because I took it home because I drove by myself.
I mentioned that the sound insulation may be good. I heard the loud voices from the neighbors when I walked past them, and I was worried that it would affect my sleep, but I didn’t seem to hear much when I got to my room. It takes about 400 yen and takes 15 minutes by DIDI from the high-speed rail station.
The spacious lobby has purple clay teapots displayed like a museum, and it takes an hour to see them all.
On the first floor of the hotel, there are four purple clay teapot specialty shops, so if you don't have time to go out to town, you can purchase quality products within the hotel.
The room is very spacious, with a large bathtub and plenty of hot water.
The shower booth can be switched between a hand shower and a rainfall shower.
The room is equipped with a purple clay stone teapot and tea tray tea set, as well as black and green tea leaves.

"Arrived in Yixing for the first time this weekend. The hotel's location is excellent; the surrounding area is well-developed with plenty of restaurants and shopping malls nearby, and getting a taxi is very easy.
The hotel occupies floors 42 to 60 and seems to have been open for over 10 years. Despite its age, the room size and bathroom fixtures are still decent, offering excellent value for money.
The breakfast offers a decent view. However, they are quite strict about charging for children over 1.4 meters, which makes it the strictest hotel I've encountered so far! 😂
The hotel's underground parking lot is large, but not all spaces are available as there are private spots, so pay attention to the signs when parking. In summer, the parking lot can smell unpleasant due to a nearby garbage collection point, so I recommend parking closer to the hotel entrance."

"An unexpectedly delightful surprise of a hotel! It's like finding a rare hidden gem in a blind box!
We drove to Yixing for a summer weekend and checked in around 5 PM with no queue. Interestingly, when we checked out around noon on Sunday, the check-in area was bustling with a huge crowd. Even though it was peak season and quite busy, both Yaohu Town and the hotel grounds are very spacious, so our overall experience remained excellent.
Driving in, the underground parking is located at the exhibition center directly in front of the hotel, and they offer a convenient shuttle service to and from the hotel entrance.
Our room's balcony faced the town, with the swimming pool just opposite. We had a perfect view of the evening water and fireworks shows right from our room.
The minibar was complimentary, and we were even welcomed with a fruit platter. Both the refrigerator and air conditioning worked perfectly, and having two sinks in the bathroom was a great convenience.
In the evening, we took a pleasant stroll around the town. It wasn't hot, with a refreshing breeze, which was lovely. There were performances, some shops to browse, and a unique 'fish scale dam' area perfect for splashing around.
We were a bit concerned about breakfast being overcrowded during the summer peak, but even arriving at 9 AM, we found plenty of open tables. The food was consistently replenished, plates were cleared promptly, and the ingredients were fresh. There was a wide variety of dishes, including Yixing's distinctive black glutinous rice, which you could use to make your own 'black rice fritter wraps'.
Due to time constraints, we didn't get to visit the water park, but it looked incredibly fun. With a swimsuit and a float, you could easily spend half a day there.
We also had our child try Zisha pottery making. It cost 88 RMB to create one piece, and an additional 68 RMB for firing and shipping it home. It was a really interesting and unique experience!"

"Very beautiful! Very suitable for a flat-bed vacation! The suite package is worth it. The sofa in the living room can sleep one person, and basically everything is available. "This time I went out for a more relaxed leisure trip. I set up the Orange Crystal Hotel. I arrived at more than ten o'clock on Saturday morning. The hotel was very warm and the service staff were very enthusiastic. I poured hot water for us. I saw that we were taking the children and upgraded us to a family room. And there is a detail that is done very well. I saw that the child was older and gave us a pair of adult slippers (for fear that the child could not wear small slippers), which made me very touched.
After check-in, all kinds of facilities are complete, small refrigerator, hair dryer, hand sanitizer, tea bags, very intimate. The bathroom was very clean and there was no water in the water. Bath towels and bathrobes are very useful. We used the gym and laundry room on the third floor. The experience was very good. Special thanks to help me coax the clothes and deliver them to the room. Ordering takeaway is delivered by a robot, which is safer and hygienic.
The buffet breakfast on the second day felt good, Chinese and Western styles, there were a few snacks and drinks tasted OK, I also brought a cup of dragon juice before leaving, and then accompanied the children to write homework in the small hall on the first floor. DDioYJThis was my favorite hotel on our ten-day trip around Taihu Lake. It boasts an exquisite, secluded style, emphasizing a return to simplicity without the need for smart technology. There are no TVs in the rooms, and the curtains are all manual, with keyless entry. But every step was filled with breathtaking beauty. The service was exceptional. The housekeeper asked for our arrival time in advance. We parked in the parking lot and took the electric cart up the mountain. However, since my mother had mobility issues, the cart took us directly to the elevator and even assigned us the room closest to the elevator. The housekeepers were incredibly kind and friendly, smiling every time they greeted us. Since we were staying for several days, we decided to skip housekeeping, so we hung a sign saying ”no housekeeping required.” The housekeepers waited at the door until the housekeeper confirmed we needed towels changed and items replenished. They were incredibly attentive and responsible. The afternoon tea was exquisite, and every dessert was delicious. We didn't want to waste any, so we devoured all three desserts each day. The next day, we were too lazy to go downstairs to the restaurant, so the housekeeper even brought them to our room. The room also included tickets to the Yixing Ceramics Museum, which you could spend a whole day exploring. Besides the history of ceramics and collections from different dynasties, the room also boasts a beautiful museum. There are also numerous works and manuscripts by Gu Jingzhou, which are well worth a visit. However, the museum is quite old, and only one side has an elevator. Some sections require walking up and down stairs, making it difficult for those with mobility issues. During osmanthus season, the fragrance of osmanthus fills the air. Nearby, at the entrance to Longbei Mountain, there are dark-colored osmanthus trees, which are incredibly fragrant. Conversely, at the windy Tao Erchang, apart from the UCCA building and a handmade jewelry shop by an independent designer, everything else exudes an internet celebrity vibe and a cheap feel. It took me five minutes to explore. The only downside to the hotel is the small rooms. I think there are 17 rooms, averaging around 40 to 50 square meters, but it certainly didn't feel cramped. Even when the hotel is full, it's still quiet, perhaps influenced by the surroundings, preventing noise. I'll definitely be back.

Environment: huge comfort, the whole town has a beautiful environment and easy to move, Dongpo Pavilion is very beautiful at night, there are many wild duck koi + two begging swans in the town.

GGuest UserHotel gave us a free upgrade in room when we arrive a bit late at night around 8pm due to wrong info from Baidu map when I want to get Chinese information on the hotel. Baidu Chinese put this hotel as 环科园亚朵，but the road name it put 人民路135。 we end up at the Both the hotel staff at 环科园 and 人民路are very friendly and professional.
It have both western and Chinese breakfast. The chinese breakfast is delicious. Took it breakfast, I have to skip my lunch. Lol

3320660****The front desk lady was quite welcoming and patient, but here are some complaints. On our first day, the hotel's cleanliness left much to be desired. First, the tea leaves from the previous guest were still in the teapot, still warm (though we didn't use them, leaving them on the coffee table was a bit unacceptable). Second, the cups in the room hadn't been cleaned, with obvious stains from the previous guest's coffee or tea still dried on the sides (we usually bring our own cups, but we inevitably used them, which was quite disconcerting). I thought they'd be checked and cleaned the next day, but they still weren't. After our two-day stay, the room wasn't even cleaned or replaced after cleaning on the second day. Luckily, we brought our own, otherwise it would have been embarrassing to find out there was no paper when we went to the bathroom. 😅 Since the hotel also caters to restaurants, leaving the windows open after check-in is not recommended. There's a restaurant next door, which is loud with music during the day and smells of cooking smoke. My personal recommendation is that if you're traveling by car to Yixing, choose a hotel close to the city center. Most scenic spots are in the suburbs, and you'll need to take a taxi or drive anyway. There's no need to choose a suburban location for a one-time visit. Eating out is also inconvenient, and you'll usually have to drive over 20 minutes to the city center. The city center is more convenient for those who travel back and forth.

I can say that this hotel offers the best value for money and I don't want to leave. I feel it is good in the following aspects: 1. The parking lot is large, there is a large square in front of the door, there are many businesses around, and it is very convenient to eat. 2. The hall is very grand, the guest rooms are decorated in a unique way, the bathroom is large, and there is a big bathtub. The two partitions in the room are cleverly arranged, giving people a homey feeling. 3. The dining room is large, the breakfast is very rich and delicious, and the waiter took the initiative to deliver tea to each table several times. 4. The reason I stayed here is that it's close to home. There are charging stations downstairs, which is more suitable for me. The hygiene is also better than expected. The overall regret is that it is close to the road. There was a window that was not closed well at night, so I didn't see it. I was woken up at around 1 o'clock. I got up to find the reason and then I couldn't sleep. I hope to arrange a room that is not close to the road next time
