The kids were screaming with excitement! The room was fully equipped, even featuring a balcony and a soaking tub – a truly exceptional experience. The hotel boasts stunning mountain and lake views, nestled against Baima Mountain and facing Yangxian Lake. The scenery is breathtaking; every shot is a masterpiece, far surpassing many scenic spots. We had a wonderful time here with friends. The air was fresh, the environment tranquil, and every corner was picturesque. Perfect for families and vacations, highly recommended! You absolutely must try the train room – it's unforgettable!"

"Upon arriving at the Quchanli Hot Spring Resort in Liyang, I was first captivated by the beautiful scenery, and then impressed by the service provided by our housekeeper, Xiao Tao. He was professional and meticulous, thoroughly knowledgeable about the hotel's facilities and surroundings, and offered many helpful suggestions. The room was spotless, the infinity pool was stunning, and the hot springs were the perfect temperature for a relaxing soak. Xiao Tao even made reservations at a local restaurant, allowing me to savor authentic Liyang cuisine. Our entire stay was a complete pleasure, with no inconveniences and was completely satisfactory!"

"This is my favorite B&B that I have stayed at so far. Although it is not large, the European design and environment are very suitable for vacation. All facilities in the room are complete, and each room has its own private bath. After returning from playing during the day, I take a hot bath and feel relaxed all over. The B&B is about 4 kilometers away from Nanshan Bamboo Sea. Within a few minutes' drive, you can go to many scenic spots along Liyang Highway 1 outside the B&B. The several hundred acres of tea farms surrounding the B&B are all owned by the owner, so you can visit them at will. The scenery is beautiful, the air is fresh, you can take a photo and the dog is having fun. The time we went there also happened to be the first day of school, so we booked a trip during the off-peak period. The boss and his family were dedicated to their service, thank you very much! Liyang left a wonderful and deep impression on me because I lived here! This is a place worth visiting again and again. Next time I go on vacation, I will stay here again😊!"

Although remain polite and welcoming during the process. But it often seems that we are not sensitive enough or proactive enough about our guests' needs. When checking in, I was told that the service staff would need to operate the jacuzzi to take a bath (this facility is actually quite good). But at night, there was a situation where the staff could not be contacted regardless of WeChat or landline. In the end, I had to randomly arrest people downstairs to solve the problem. Moreover, the ”travel photography service” clearly displayed in the room or the handmade experience, free coffee and other services that are included in the price when booking are not provided. In fact, it is understandable that many B&Bs have this kind of exaggerated promotion to attract traffic, but it is still rare to see that there is not a single word from the beginning to the end. When I finally checked out, the front desk staff almost accepted the room card without saying a word. Nowadays, ordinary business hotels are not so rude. Regardless, I was impressed with the hotel's facilities, setting, and beautiful pool. But as a hotel priced around 2,000 a night (in fact, it has reached or even exceeded the level of some luxury hotels). It has to be said that there is still significant room for improvement in the capabilities and operational quality of its service team."

The bosses are very hospitable, like entertaining friends. I haven't eaten on the day I arrived, and the boss butler has been feeding me haha!
