Cons: The area is noisy at night, and there were loud street noises outside the window. Breakfast lacked scrambled eggs and bacon, which was disappointing."

"Directly across from the main train station, with a tram stop right outside the door. Main attractions are just 4-5 tram stops away, about a 20-minute ride. A Rewe supermarket is only a three-minute walk away. The room's soundproofing is also quite good."

Dresden Airport (DRS) and Oskarshausen Amusement Park are a 15-minute drive. Enjoy our 24-hour fitness center and pet-friendly rooms.
"We were unfortunately very disappointed ... We booked an accessible room ... the only accessible room door was the broader room door ... according to the hotel's homepage and the photos shower locks on the toilet and a shower seat in the shower ... the device for holding grip but not installed ... Notting grip must be available, there is not even a device for ... nothing of it was available ... on request explained there are 2 categories accessible ... true Rolling chair drivers can run and stand in the shower ... within 6 days was no room exchange possible ... on my push I got at least a flat shower hocker ... far from the actual offer ... at the reception On the arrival day of our complaint, the manager went away and it didn't even interest him ... if I book free of access u look at the photos I expect it too ... I was told I could have called and asked ... but Why? I booked that which was picture.. only not get ... it was not offered to us any compensation or so ... On the contrary, the parking house itself had to pay full although the corresponding parking spaces were used by faulen and the barrier did not work ...
The food was absolutely OK ... also the cleanliness was OK ... improvements are always possible, but if something missed in towels it was brought immediately ... all in all a very central hotel, but for physically disabled guests in the wheelchair unfit ... there needs to be extremely improved"

"It was a bit far from the main tourist attractions.
It was a bit far from the Dresden tourist center, and public transportation (No. 81 or No. 478) near the hotel did not come often, so it was difficult to manage time efficiently. From the next day, I checked the bus schedule and moved according to the time, but it was a bit inconvenient to take the bus to the main tourist attractions and then transfer to the tram in the middle. You can take tram No. 3 near the hotel to go to the main tourist attractions without transferring, but it takes about 15 minutes on foot from the hotel, and it was burdensome to walk back to the hotel in the dark at night.
It was a small hotel, but it was clean and everyone was friendly."

It was cold outside and room was nice and warm.
Room was also really big and clean.
The only and biggest downside is there is no door to the bathroom. I don’t understand why does the hotel has no bathroom door for a quad sharing room. To make things worse there was a mirror facing the entrance of the bathroom, which meant if there are people sitting on the bed looking at the mirror they could have a full view of what’s going on in the bathroom. Does not make any sense.
Book if you are comfortable with an open bath.

Ssalvalasilvia The only positive thing about this hotel were the room, big and spacious, and the location, super central. Although the moquette is unhygienic.
I always appreciate a luggage rack but one in a room for 2 people is ridiculous.
We also got unlucky with the bathroom as the shower curtain was mounted wrong so taking a shower meant creating a lake in the bathroom.
The hotel is not very well organised, we had to wait a lot to check-in and when it was finally our turn, even though the room was ready, we would have had to pay to check in earlier for mere 50 minutes. Embarrassing.
We left the luggages and came back later and had to queue again with all the guests that had just arrived, for more than half an hour. We only needed the key cards, we already did all the paperwork.
They preauthorised 50€ per night on our cards, in case we wanted to use the room service or the restaurant, which we explained we didn’t. And if you looked at the room service menu, you wouldn’t want to as well..
I would expect a famous chain like the Hilton to know that “Taglietelle Carbonara” doesn’t exist, it’s “Spaghetti carbonara” or “Rigatoni alla carbonara”.
Furthermore “Spaghetti bolognese” doesn’t exist as well, it’s “tagliatelle bolognese”.
There’s a pool but it’s unclear if it’s available to every guest. The staff is not keen on divulging information.
It would be nice if more of the staff would be able to speak English (and maybe a third language) as a lot of the guests are tourists from other countries.

The location is great. Affordable places to eat and a Rewe are very close. The building is located in a quite backyard. You can sleep like a baby in the wild heart of the Neustadt and you can easily go to bars and dancing locations or have a drink at their own bar in the same building. Across the street you can dance at the „Ostpol“, Glühwein and beer gardens, designers and tons of art are just around the corner. I recommend leaving the tram at the „Bischofsweg“ station. There is also a Café at that corner where you can get gluten-free pancakes 😍

AAH TAWe changed the room with the Frauenkirche view to a bigger room 300(39 m2). However the bathroom door is shared with the cupboards. That disturb the other when one goes to toilet in the night. The door makes noise and lights from the bathroom wakes up the other. These for 3 nights we didn’t sleep well. The elegant Grand cafe close by is wonderful in the evening for drinks.

GGuest UserWe found the location ideal for exploring the city. All amenities (tram, train station, shops, restaurants in the city center or Neustadt) are within walking distance. The hotel is located on a major main road, where many emergency vehicles also pass. The train tracks are across the street. We didn't find the traffic noise particularly disturbing. The room was clean, but there was some dust. At first, we thought the interim cleaning, which only took place on the second day after arrival, would be sufficient, but we recommend requesting daily room cleaning (at no extra charge). The staff was very helpful. Unfortunately, we weren't impressed with the amenities at all. The Wi-Fi is fast, but the connection is unstable. The TV must be turned on for the Wi-Fi to work. We don't think this is sustainable, and the bright screen bothered us. Every time the TV is turned on, a new Wi-Fi password is generated, and you lose the connection again. We don't understand the room layout. The safe is very small, and there are no practical shelves for suitcases and bags, nor a closet/coat rack that doesn't hang in the middle of the room. We also missed a shelf and hooks in the bathroom. On top of that, the entire bathroom floods after showering. In the public areas, we were particularly disappointed by the quality of the materials used. It looks chic today, but will it be in two or three years? We think it's a shame that a hotel wants to present itself as sustainable but then implements it only mediocrely.

EEskeifWe were given a room with one double bed although my reservation was two single beds. The lady on front desk was impolite. They said we don’t have room only one. That one was for people with disabilities the toilet was too high and there was no bathtub. My reservation was with street view and you can see in the photo the view we got.
