"The location of the hotel is quite convenient, close to Guillotiere on Tramway Line 1, and it takes three or four minutes to walk. There is also a No. 12 bus to Bellecour. The room and bathroom are of good size, the hotel is clean, and the environment is not bad. Please note that there is no safe in the room, no luggage rack, there is a kettle, but no spoon, the cups are all disposable paper cups, and there is no tissue in the room, which is not very convenient. I live on the fourth floor, and there are several steps on both sides of the room, and I need to lift the luggage up, which is not very convenient (the last two pictures). The front desk service of the hotel is quite satisfactory. They are relatively young, so they probably don’t know how to communicate with guests better, but as long as you ask questions, they will answer you. For example, when checking in, the front desk forgot to tell me the hotel WIFI password and how to call the front desk. There was no instructions in the room, so I had to go downstairs to the front desk to ask. Others are OK."

"Stayed here for a night before my transit to France. The hotel is convenient near the main train station. Although there was smell of **** outside the building, the room was clean and big. One thing to note is that there is no air conditioning. There is a small fan and you have to open the windows. This may be a problem for those staying in summer or are sensitive to noise. Overall it was a comfortable stay for us and we slept well"

"The hotel reception is on the second floor, and its design is truly chill. The open, free-flowing space, reminiscent of a shared office, combines various functional areas, including a restaurant, lounge, and reception.
The hotel is situated on an island between two rivers, making it convenient to the old town.
Reservations for the hotel's evening bar are required in advance, otherwise there will be a long wait. The breakfast was plentiful, with delicious fruit, salmon, ham, and a variety of cheese options."

"The hotel is at 33rd floor of a high-rise building and quite close to the train station. There are such nice views from the room, as a chain hotel the amnities are quite good but would have wanted a proper coffee machine. The bed and the linens are confortable and soft. The room was quite clean."

"It is just next to the Lyon Congress Centre, but a distance from the old town. Not much eatery around the neighbourhood, but the public transport is just a stone throw away from the hotel. Easy to get around with the public transport. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a problem with hot water shower and they send help very soon after our call. The breakfast was good too, but not much changes for the three days I was there."

The hotel is very close to the station, so the access is excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with amenities, and I was very satisfied. The staff at the reception were kind, and when they realized we were tourists, they kindly showed us recommended sightseeing spots and explained how to get around using a railway map. The next day, a staff member who spoke Japanese assisted us, which made me very happy. Thanks to this hotel, we truly enjoyed our stay in Lyon. I would love to stay here again when I visit Lyon next time. ありがとうございます！

This was our second time to stay in this hotel. Clean, spacious and service are all good, good quality amenities also complimentary drinks in the fridge. Very convenient location, just few minutes from Gare de Perrache. What I love the most is the breakfast. It comes with good selection of cheese, cold cuts, fresh fruits, hot food, pastries and more. I think this is is our hotel to stay whenever we visit to Lyon.

The hostel is very good. The location is on a hill and there is a steep climb, but the view of the Basilica from the higher floors is some compensation. The staff is efficient. Most things are digitalized. The cleanliness is at a high level. There are all the basic amenities. I recommend.

I had an amazing stay at the hotel. I haven't seen this level of professionalism and kindness from staff at many other prestigious hotels.
