"It was the best choice in terms of location as it’s in the heart of the city centre. The service was excellent. We had breakfast and we had several options and the service there as well it was excellent. I would definitely think of going back and would recommend. In the room as well they provide a small book with all the restaurants, activities and more information on Megève."

"The hotel stay has been very pleasant. Its 5 mins from the bus terminal if you are taking a bus from the train station in Sallanches - Combloux - Megève. The hotel also provide free shuttle to the ski stops you want. Chocolatier was a nice place to chill during the afternoon."

"It is embarrassing for this hotel to call itself a five star. We contacted the hotel several weeks before our stay to arrange multiple experiences and restaurant reservations through their concierge service. We were clearly assured that everything would be handled. Upon arrival, we discovered that absolutely nothing had been booked. As a result, the experiences we had carefully planned well in advance were fully sold out. An entire purpose of our trip was ruined due to their complete lack of follow-through. The staff appear friendly, but they come across as extremely young, untrained, and unprofessional. The overall impression is gap-year teenagers running the place rather than competent hospitality professionals. For a weekend stay costing around €7,000, this level of immaturity and incompetence is frankly unacceptable. The restaurant experience was equally disappointing. Waiting a full hour for two soft-boiled eggs is absurd in any establishment — let alone one positioning itself as high-end. When the eggs finally arrived, they had forgotten a teaspoon, which then required another 30-minute wait. The service felt chaotic, careless, and completely lacking in basic standards. Communication in English was also deeply frustrating. When staff did not understand what was being said, instead of asking for clarification, they simply nodded and said “yes, of course,” only to disappear. There was no confidence that requests were understood, let alone executed. Overall, this was a shockingly poor experience for the price paid. The hotel markets itself at a premium level, but the service and professionalism were nowhere near that standard. It was not just disappointing but embarrassing."

"We have stayed for 2 nights, the reception really but really nothing to say !!! If all hotels could put such smile, welcome, listening and careful receptionists to their clients' good installation it would be top! 🙏🥰🥰🥰 The room was clean and clean only one of the room's showers and tomato sauce on the room's closet. "Thank you Christine and your lovely staff for making our stay at your hotel in Megeve so wonderful and relaxing despite all that is going on in the world at the moment. The hotel is only 2 minutes walk into the village centre and 5 minutes from the village gondola ski lift. We really enjoyed the meals at the hotel and also the French Coffees afterwards! This hotel is I think,the only family run hotel in Megeve so support them instead of the Corporates and you will be very well looked after during your stay."
