Hotel near Bercy,Paris
The Hotel Campanile Paris 12 – Bercy Village is the ideal stop to visit Paris and the surrounding region. Located in the heart of Bercy Village, it has several shops nearby, and convenient public transport: the Lyon train station is just 10 minutes away on the subway (métro). The setting is modern and sophisticated and the hotel offers comprehensive facilities. The 201 rooms at the Campanile Paris 12 hotel are all air-conditioned and have free, unlimited Wi-Fi. They are equipped with double glazing to ensure peace and quiet during your stay. Each room has a private bathroom with shower and a flat-screen TV.

"Getting there was super easy- I had to check in after midnight and it was great that I could do that without problem. The guy at the desk was lovely and I was charged the city tax (which I expected) and 18 euros for my assistant dog (which I didn’t since they haven’t warned me about that when I asked on an email if I could travel with her. The room was very comfortable- quite small but still comfortable. The shower super small- is good that I’m petite but be mindful of that tall or larger people- you might want to ask them for a better sized shower. The room was clean and the temperature nice- I didn’t get my request to stay away from the elevator door so I did hear some guests but it didn’t bother me. I would have preferred if the room had a fridge and maybe a kettle to make some tea/coffee? Also, it didn’t have any small toilet towels, as well as no toothpaste or any silverware of anykind- in that sense, you only get showergel/shampoo and soap from a dispenser, a hair dryer and TV & closet with strong case. But overall, it was very lovely- I definitely would recommend it for shorter stays and location convenience. I didn’t have breakfast- the woman in charge of that was a bit more dry than the rest of the staff, which were lovely. She told me I couldn’t enter with my dog- told her she was an assistant dog, then she kind of had to agree- but I preferred going in the neighborhood that has lots of cafes. Campanille was great! - the photo is when I left the room, sorry! (I forgot to take one when entering, but was super neat and tidy!)"

"The hotel's location right near the train station is incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were warm, friendly, and very helpful. The hotel boasts an excellent location, within walking distance to various parks, and even the city center is easily accessible. There are at least four metro stations nearby, including Gare du Nord. My room was clean, and all the facilities were in good working order. I was able to store my luggage both before check-in and after check-out. After booking, I saw some negative reviews online. However, the hotel has clearly been renovated, and everything looks brand new. My room faced the inner courtyard, which was a nice, relaxing spot. I occasionally heard a train or two in the early morning (around 5 am), but it didn't bother me."

"The top-floor room had very low ceilings, and the sloped windows of the old attic felt a bit confining. However, once the curtains were open, the natural light was good, and the play of light and shadow was beautiful. There were limited light fixtures in the room, making it dim, and overall the lighting at night was very poor. The breakfast selection was limited but tasty, and the environment was comfortable. The staff were professional and friendly. The location is excellent, less than a ten-minute walk from Le Bon Marché department store."

"The hostel is relatively close to Montmartre, but the neighborhood isn't the best (let's just say it's an African area). The breakfast is very basic, but it'll fill you up. The double room was decent, but there weren't enough power outlets by the bed, and comfort was average. However, the price is really good!"

"I cannot recommend Hotel Flanelles Paris enough! From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The location is absolutely unbeatable—tucked right in the heart of Paris, with major attractions, charming cafés, and metro stations all just a short walk away. What truly set this hotel apart was the incredible hospitality. The front desk team was warm, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. They not only allowed us an early check-in but also surprised us with a complimentary room upgrade. The upgraded room was stunning—spacious with a balcony, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean, which is a real treasure in Paris."

"Location is great. Directly outside of Gare de l’Est station exit 6. There are foods nearby and metro is directly under the hotel. But room given to me is quite small. The shower area is too small, if i am a bit bigger size, i’ll not be able to fit in."

Very satisfied with our stay. It was our first time in Paris, and the hotel truly matched our expectations of the city. The location was easy to find, and the neighborhood felt safe. We had no trouble finding cafés and delicious croissants nearby. The front desk service made us feel right at home. There was a handwritten welcome card and cookies in the room, and the decor had a lovely French touch. We would definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The environment here is very central; it's convenient to go anywhere, and there's a bus stop right outside the hotel. We often took the bus to tourist attractions. The facilities are great for a new hotel; the room is spacious, and all the amenities are brand new. The bed was incredibly comfortable. Everything was very clean. The toiletries provided were all from Diptyque, which was a nice touch. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and attentive. Compared to another hotel we stayed at in Paris, they were much better at meeting our needs. The only downside is that the hotel is located by the road, so it can be a bit noisy in the mornings with traffic going by. I wore earplugs and couldn't hear anything, but my husband woke up quite early because of it.

This hotel is part of the Palais des Congrès de Paris complex, and it's one of the few high-rise buildings in the city. From my 8th-floor room facing south, I could see both the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. Getting to the metro is super convenient; you can walk directly through the convention center, which is a huge plus in often rainy Paris. The breakfast was incredibly rich, offering rice, omelets, stir-fried vegetables, and over five kinds of fruit, plus hazelnut chocolate. The room was quite spacious by Parisian standards. Just a heads-up, Montmartre Hill, as shown in some photos, isn't actually visible – I had to stick my phone out the window to capture it. Now, a special warning about the taxis right outside the hotel. They are dishonest, so be careful. Taxis from Charles de Gaulle Airport to central Paris have a fixed zone-based fare: 65 euros for the Left Bank and 56 euros for the Right Bank. If you order a taxi via an app or phone, there's an additional 4-euro booking fee. We took a taxi from the hotel, which is on the Right Bank. The concierge confirmed the fixed fare would be 56 euros. However, after hailing a taxi right outside, the driver tried to charge us 65 euros (the Left Bank rate) plus a 4-euro booking fee upon arrival at the airport. After a lengthy argument, and even calling the hotel, the driver finally charged 56 euros plus the 4-euro booking fee. So, even after arguing, we still ended up paying the extra booking fee. The hotel itself is very nice, clean, and well maintained. The housekeeping staff does an excellent job each day, and the front desk team is consistently friendly and professional. Overall, the service from staff was a strong highlight of my stay. The location was decent, although getting around took a bit longer than expected—this may simply be due to the metro system rather than the hotel itself. Unfortunately, the main issue I experienced was with the air conditioning, which significantly impacted my stay. Upon arrival, the room felt quite warm, with the thermostat reading 21°C. I initially assumed this was due to the time of day, but after being out for several hours, the room remained uncomfortably hot. When I reported this to the front desk, I was told everything was functioning properly. That night, the heat made it very difficult to sleep. The next morning, I requested a fan from the manager and was assured it would be placed in my room. However, when I returned later that evening, there was no fan, and the room felt even warmer. After another visit to the front desk, they adjusted the system to 18°C. Despite this, the room temperature did not improve. Upon further review, staff discovered that while the system displayed 18°C, the actual room temperature was 27°C. They apologized and offered to move me to a different room with a twin bed for the night, which I accepted since the original room was uninhabitable due to the heat. I was told the air conditioning unit would be repaired the following day. The next morning, I confirmed with the front desk that the repair would be completed while I was out. However, when I returned in the evening, nothing had been fixed. I was then informed that the technician was not working that day, and the only option available was to move to a downgraded room. I accepted again out of necessity, but the new room was significantly smaller. Unfortunately, no compensation or refund was offered for the inconvenience or downgrade. Even after switching rooms, the issues continued, as the air conditioning repeatedly turned off and required additional trips to the front desk to resolve. In summary, this is a well-maintained hotel with excellent staff and good overall value. However, the air conditioning issues were a major drawback. If having reliable climate control is important to you—especially during warmer months—you may want to consider this before booking.

TThe hotel is exceptionally stylish and has a very nice, modern aesthetic. The design is chic and the atmosphere is welcoming. The wooden floors are a major issue for noise. We could clearly hear movement from the room above, the room next door, and even our own footsteps echoed. The sound insulation is very poor. Beautiful hotel, but would not recommend if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise.

It was a quiet place, a 10-minute walk from Place de la Concorde and with access to two stations. The room was very cute and the view of the Parisian buildings was relaxing. The amenities were also very good, including slippers and bathrobes. The staff were also kind. The shower had hot water in the morning, but not at night, which was a bit disappointing.

The hotel boasts an excellent location on a relatively quiet and safe street. It's just a 500-meter walk to the Arc de Triomphe and 450 meters to the metro station, offering lines 1, 3, 6, and RER A with direct access to Disneyland. My three-night stay was very pleasant; the room had air conditioning and windows that could be opened wide. While the room was indeed compact, it had everything I needed. My room type comfortably accommodated two 28-inch suitcases. The bathroom provided toiletries, but there were no disposable slippers or dental kits. There was also no refrigerator. The only minor drawback was the soundproofing, which was a bit lacking – I could hear other guests opening and closing doors and the sound of water being used next door. However, these noises didn't significantly affect my sleep. Those who are light sleepers might want to consider this. Overall, it's still highly recommended.

We booked 3 rooms here at Lyf Paris Gambetta. It was amazing. The location is the best, there are two metro stations within an 8 minute walk. My whole family enjoyed it so much, there are many shops nearby so getting food is very easy. The hotel itself had many amenities, including gym and sauna, as well as a beautiful courtyard that you could eat your own food at. The Eiffel Tower was only 30-40 minutes away via metro. The staff were exceptional and kind, they helped us with all our needs. A special thanks to Darien and Rubel, who were very hospitable and kind to us during our stay. Definitely will stay at this hotel if I come back to Paris.

The price is reasonable, and having a police station downstairs made us feel very safe. It's conveniently located near a metro station, but we mostly took Ubers to get around. Ubers to major attractions were only about 10-15 Euros, which was cost-effective for a group. The area is a local residential neighborhood with a Carrefour supermarket, fruit stores, delicious cafes, bakeries, restaurants, and a pharmacy. The sink was a bit clogged, but the front desk quickly sent someone to fix it. Overall, a great stay, and I'd consider staying here again.

We spent 6 nights with my sister and the staff were all so friendly and attentive! The room has all the necessary amenities but there’s no AC so we had to open the window to get some fresh air. During our stay, the restaurant downstairs was closed and the food selection at the rooftop bar was very limited. The other thing is this hotel is right on the border of a sketchy neighborhood so while it’s safe, I would be highly cautious. All in all, it made sense for us because we were gone the whole day and only were at the hotel to sleep.
