"My stay at the hostel was truly amazing—filled with warmth, comfort, and unforgettable memories. "Overall a good hotel, located close to many very popular touristic attractions (Eiffel tower, River Seine etc…) and close to several metro stations (6mins walk). You can also find a grocery store 2 mins away from the hotel. That being said, there are a few negative elements : the hotel is getting a little outdated, especially the rooms and the amenities. The gym would require a few extra machines but it is better than most of the hotels in Paris."

"The service was great, very warm and friendly. They charge for towels and padlocks. Storing luggage also costs money if you use their lockers (but it's free if you don't use a locker). The location is excellent, right by the Line 7 subway exit, and you can even get a weekly pass there. If you really don't have a photo, the handsome guys and pretty ladies at the front desk can help you print one for free. The room was cleaned and tidied every day. There's a restaurant on the second floor that's supposedly quite good. Within walking distance, there's a supermarket that's open until 11 PM. There are many highly-rated restaurants nearby, so you don't even need to take a car to enjoy great food."

"This so-called five-star hotel may enjoy a prime location next to the Eiffel Tower, but the reality is deeply disappointing for the price they charge. The central issue, and one that ruins the entire stay, is the ancient air-conditioning system. It can only produce either heating or cooling—not both—and the creaky controls offer no real control at all. We stayed in late September when the afternoons were still hot and sunny, and the room became unbearable. Opening the window wasn’t an option either, since it just brought in street noise and light, making rest impossible. When I complained, the staff first tried to mislead me by saying they would send a technician to “fix” it, as if this were a problem isolated to my room. Of course, they knew full well this is a general, long-standing issue built into the system. Instead of any actual solution, they then attempted to placate me with complimentary coffee and champagne—which I pointedly returned. Reading other reviews confirmed I was not alone. Many guests describe the exact same problem, and management appears content to ignore it. For a hotel that charges luxury rates and claims five-star status, the lack of a modern climate system is unacceptable and feels like outright negligence. My advice: avoid this hotel entirely in spring or autumn when temperatures fluctuate. If comfort matters at all to you, spend your money elsewhere—this place is only trading on its view of the Eiffel Tower, nothing more."

"During my stay, the booking software is “upgraded “. However, such system is not ready for use actually. It made my room key cannot open the toilet in lobby. Also, I cannot open my room. As such , I need to got to reception and queue up again waiting for handling room key issue. I stay here for 7 nights. The restaurant can’t handle my breakfast issue well. When I go out to take foods, the card turned to black side, that means “occupied”. But they still clear my table, also take away my card for telling them if I am still here. That means they treat me as already left. When I come back, I asked them to change me to another table for two to avoid misunderstandings, one staff told me that he will clean the table for me but he forget it. After take away the card for telling them if I still occupied the table, no one give me back. I asked one of the staff give me back but he simply requested me to ask other staff to do it. Later, they cleared my table again because there is no card. A lot of mistakes. If charge this price, service is fail. The food is generally good. Good position and can appreciate Efital tower every night."

"The room was quite spacious and comfortable, especially for Paris. However, the bathroom was, as usual, tiny. It's super convenient, only a three-minute walk from Lyon station. The hotel breakfast offered very limited options. The elevator is on the 0.5 floor, so if you have a lot of luggage, you'll need to carry it up half a flight of stairs to get to the elevator, and then another half flight to your floor. The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly though, and will assist with luggage. Overall, the service was very warm and nice."

"After encountering last-minute issues with an online booking platform, we desperately needed accommodation in Paris. Fortunately, Hôtel Mercure Paris Tour Eiffel Grenelle had availability, and we booked on the spot without any research – a decision we're incredibly grateful for. From check-in onwards, the hotel exceeded our expectations. The staff was welcoming and efficient, the location excellent with convenient Eiffel Tower area access and good transport connections. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed with all necessary amenities. The hotel maintained reliable Mercure standards with thoughtful touches that made our spontaneous stay feel special. Service was attentive without being intrusive, creating exactly the atmosphere we needed after our stressful booking situation. This last-minute accommodation turned out better than many carefully researched hotels. The experience transformed a travel headache into a Paris visit. We'd definitely stay here again – next time by choice rather than necessity. Highly recommended for reliable, quality Paris accommodation."

"Accommodation in Paris is high even during non-peak travelling season. So if you are a budget traveler, but still hope to stay in a decent hotel, this hotel is very suitable to you! They have a cozy lounge space, nice breakfast area and most importantly an elevator! Even it is rated 3 stars only by the Offical French Hotel Star Rating System, it has everything you need for your stay and their staff are friendly and helpful. The room comes with both air conditioning and heater. Hand wash gel, body wash and shampoo are provided. A small safe inside room and luggage storage at reception are provided as well. It also welcomes you with a bottle of water. The most valued point for this hotel is its great location. It is very close to Lafayette, Montmartre and Gare de Nord, all are walkable distance with many nice restaurants! There are also a few metro stations nearby. So you can go everywhere very conveniently and time saving! Will surely recommend this hotel to my friends!"

"The room was quite spacious – more than enough for one person – and featured a simple, modern design. Although it's located in the 93rd district, the surrounding area felt quite safe. Metro Line 13 is conveniently located right outside the hotel, and Line 14 is just a short walk away, allowing you to reach the city center within 30 minutes. Overall, the facilities and service were perfectly adequate. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were particularly delicious."

"This hostel is 3 minutes from metro station. Outside garden is pretty , the dinner room/ social area is friendly. Kitchen is small but fictional.great value for staying in Paris feel safe and relaxing."
