"I am so incredibly happy that I booked this hotel. I had spent so long trying to find somewhere that suited my needs with location, price and amenities. The hotel looks exactly how it looks in the picture; so incredibly cute. I will say, the rooms are small and there is no elevator or air conditioning but you can make that all work. You just have to be smart about how you use the space, be able to carry your luggage up the stairs and possibly have the window open in order to get the amazing breeze in the room if you need air in order to sleep or to just move around without being overheated. The staff is incredibly nice and I loved the space where you can just sit and relax and enjoy your breakfast at. I had the best Paris experience!"

"I stayed solo at the **Hotel Bellevue Montmartre in Paris** this time, and overall, I was very satisfied. It's a great choice if you're looking to stay near Montmartre and focus on sightseeing. I personally rated cleanliness, location, service, and facilities all 4/5, which met my expectations. The front desk staff were friendly and communication was smooth; both check-in and check-out were very efficient. The room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and both hot water and heating were reliable. While the room wasn't huge, it had all the essential amenities, making for a reassuring stay and offering good value for money. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Paris."

"The hotel itself is a bit old, and the hallway soundproofing isn't great. However, the breakfast was delicious. The room photos showed a view of the Eiffel Tower from the room, but unfortunately, we were assigned a room without that view. I'm not sure if it was an allergy, but both my partner and I developed a rash after returning home."

The room was fine ,nice big bed & comfortable…I didn’t really like the pillows, but my partner did. I found the room very warm. I’m not sure the air-conditioning was working and it only went down to 17°.
The bathroom was very small, but had everything you needed and was Clean
My partner is 6 foot four and found the shower quite a squeeze( He’s tall, not fat)
Reception were very helpful. The Restaurant staff were lovely. The Cleaner is very pleasant.
There was a hairdryer ,tea and coffee making facilities
You can help yourself from the downstairs bar for extra tea, coffee, milk, et cetera or ask at reception
We had clean towels every day as there was nowhere to dry the towels…
The towels were very small. You might want to take a microfibre one with you if you’re used to a larger towel.
It is noisy as it is on a junction where the train station is, but the trains do stop at midnight.. They do provide earplugs👍
One night, some people were talking outside at 3 am we were on the third floor.. The other guests were slamming doors at God knows what time and you could hear people using the bathroom.."

"The hotel is a typical European small business hotel. The room is not big. It is very crowded for two people. It is best for one person. It is not too far from the train station, and it is also very close to the exhibition park. It is only one stop away from the airport, but it is almost a walk away. It takes about ten minutes to get to the train station. It is very convenient to enter Paris from the train station"

GGuest UserExcellent hotel! I found it completely by chance, but it turned out to be the best choice I could have made. The value for money is perfect — everything is at a very high level. The room was clean, neat, and cozy, and the bathroom was spacious and spotless. A special highlight was the beautiful balcony with a lovely view over the city.
The staff were very friendly, and the room service was truly excellent — fast, polite, and efficient. The location is perfect: there are plenty of cafés, bakeries, restaurants, and shops nearby, the metro is just a couple of steps away, and you can even walk to the Eiffel Tower.
I am extremely satisfied with my stay and would like to express my sincere gratitude to the team at Hôtel Montcalm Paris for their outstanding service. Highly recommended — I will definitely come back again!

GGuest UserTThe hotel is exceptionally stylish and has a very nice, modern aesthetic. The design is chic and the atmosphere is welcoming.
The wooden floors are a major issue for noise. We could clearly hear movement from the room above, the room next door, and even our own footsteps echoed. The sound insulation is very poor.
Beautiful hotel, but would not recommend if you are a light sleeper or sensitive to noise.

The only issue I had, was that on the first day of my stay, there was no hot water, and I had to wait until the evening to get it running, A cold shower in the morning on a cold day was not what I looked forward to waking up.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location is fantastic, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. My family and I loved it; we booked two rooms for two nights. However, the reception staff were unfriendly and unwelcoming. We discovered that the rooms were on the top floor and were always cold because the air conditioning was inadequate. There was also a persistent unpleasant odor in the hallways. What bothered me most was the lack of water in the rooms, except for the minibar, which contained two bottles. After using them, the attendant asked us to pay for them. When checking out, they asked me how many bottles of water I had used. I said two because I realized I had to pay 5 euros for a small bottle, which is exorbitant. After paying and checking out, the receptionist announced that they had discovered I had used three bottles, not two, as if I had stolen a bottle of water. I booked two rooms with three beds each; we were a family, and one of my children might have used the hotel water without me noticing. I paid a considerable sum for the hotel, and the bottle of water was a small price to pay.

They offer luggage storage at the front desk, and the service was excellent; we felt completely comfortable leaving our room keys with them every day when we went out, without any concerns.

RRasheedMBStayed here for one night. The room was small and felt congested, and the bathroom space was extremely tight. The shower cubicle, in particular, was very small—almost impractical to move comfortably.
The hotel feels a bit outdated, and the room design isn’t very functional. The body wash had a strong, unpleasant smell.
Access is inconvenient. The lift isn’t on the ground floor—you have to carry luggage up a flight of stairs first, with additional stairs for mezzanine. This should be clearly mentioned in the hotel description.
The large room keys also have to be left at reception each time you go out, which is a nuisance.
That said, the entrance area felt welcoming, hotel staff was friendly and the location is excellent, with cafés and restaurants nearby. The Eiffel Tower is just a short walk away.

SsknoseyOn quiet street so taxi pickup and drop off easy and near to small supermarket, bank and restaurants of various types. It is half an hour from central paris but i chose to stay here because I was near to who I was visiting.
My main bug bare is that the lift is painfully slow to come, to close doors, to go down. I am patient but this tested it. First time taxi drivers arrived before I could get downstairs!
Breakfast for an extra €12 is continental.
My room, the sink was a bit blocked so water took ages to drain. You would have to leave it and go but that is what I was usually doing so I didnt complain.
Only one door on the shower so first day floor completely flooded until I asked for more towel mats.
Its like a small local very old Travelodge but OK. Dingey and dark but if you are out most of the time then it doesnt matter. I would stay here again at a push. The lift just really got on my last nerve.

Very small room but good for solo traveller. No lift, so people with big luggage be mentally prepared to manually lift up heavy luggage using the crazily steep staircase.

AAnonymous UserBreakfast: Standard continental, with a spacious dining area. However, the French chain burger joint right outside is absolutely delicious, with a Caribbean flair.
Room: The double room felt cramped, which is understandable given it's only 13 square meters, similar to some student accommodations in the UK. I wouldn't recommend it.
Cleanliness: The lobby is large and quite good. However, there were small bloodstains on the sheets, which looked like they had been washed many times. The bathroom is tiny, as the bathtub takes up a lot of space. It feels like an old building that's been converted, similar to the 'laopoxiao' (old, dilapidated, and small) apartments you find in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou. You could probably find a better option for the same price. But then again, it is a chain hotel.
Location: It's fairly convenient, within 30 minutes of major attractions. However, the entrance isn't very conspicuous, and you have to climb a steep hill to get there. There's a nice park near a subway station behind the hotel.

Last minute accommodation for three ladies needing somewhere to sleep and shower when “not”! Exploring the city. 3 single beds, Great bathroom (although a shower curtain could be added for protection of water slashing on walls and floor) Window allows fresh air and light opening out to the view of the street feel of being in Paris.
Only 3min walk to Arc de Triomphe, large brand shopping area 2 major stations and transport. Many cafes and restaurants however shops open later in the day.
All staff were pleasant and helpful.
A small bar fridge would be a nice touch to the rooms and maybe a microwave would be a bonus!
