"Avia Saphir Montparnasse Hotel is in an excellent location, with easy access to both bus and metro connections. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. There was some occasional noise from other guests passing through the corridor or near the elevator that could be heard in the room, but overall, the stay was pleasant and satisfactory."

"Perfect location. New, clean and surprisingly spacious room by Parisian standard. Located on a side street but only a few steps away from the trendy Haut Marais area surrounded by endless cafe and restaurant options.
Staff are super friendly. Amenities on the other hand are rather basic. Bring your own slippers, sanitary set and earplugs if you’re a light sleeper. Staying on the first floor, I was woken up every morning by the sound of the kitchen downstairs preparing breakfast. Note that there is no mini fridge in the room and the door cannot be locked from inside if that concerns you. Prices fluctuate a lot so compare before booking. Will definitely stay again."

"The location from Gare Du Norde train station was a quick 300m walk and such a quick easy walk to navigate. If you are leaving via the train again I suggest this hotel for the ease of how easy it is and central location. The staff were friendly and helpful. There is luggage storage. The room service didn't give us new cups on the second day, the shower pressure was literally a trickle and the bathroom light kept flicking on and off... they were my only complaint. But it didn't effect my overall experience of this hotel as I was too busy taking in the sights. If you are wanting a stunning Parisian view of the effiel tower I suggest booking the 7th floor which is the highest floor for this hotel. The view was magical and such a pinch me moment. The little balcony is nice to also have some fresh air."

Reception staff alllowed us to early check in and late check out after joining free membership program.

"The hotel is very difficult to find, its hidden inside commercial buildings. Uber drivers, people live in the area didn't acknowledge there is a hotel.

"Accommodation in Paris is high even during non-peak travelling season. So if you are a budget traveler, but still hope to stay in a decent hotel, this hotel is very suitable to you!
They have a cozy lounge space, nice breakfast area and most importantly an elevator! Even it is rated 3 stars only by the Offical French Hotel Star Rating System, it has everything you need for your stay and their staff are friendly and helpful.
The room comes with both air conditioning and heater. Hand wash gel, body wash and shampoo are provided. A small safe inside room and luggage storage at reception are provided as well. It also welcomes you with a bottle of water.

"It was a small and decent room, but it’s Paris…the shower box is quite small. I elbowed the glass a couple of times while i showered so I’d imagine that bigger built people might not like how compact it is. I felt like the soundproofing is close to non-existent, I could hear people walking around, watching tv, and even their alarms so I couldn’t sleep very well. I also hated having to carry and drag my heavy suitcase up the stairs. Nonetheless, the location of the hotel is absolutely brilliant. It’s only a couple of minutes from the station and around 20min walk to see Eiffel Tower. I think I’ll still stay at Splendid Hotel next time I visit Paris, but will definitely try to book earlier so I get a room with the Eiffel Tower view."

CCiwei OliviaThe room was quite spacious and comfortable, especially for Paris. However, the bathroom was, as usual, tiny. It's super convenient, only a three-minute walk from Lyon station. The hotel breakfast offered very limited options. The elevator is on the 0.5 floor, so if you have a lot of luggage, you'll need to carry it up half a flight of stairs to get to the elevator, and then another half flight to your floor. The front desk staff are very helpful and friendly though, and will assist with luggage. Overall, the service was very warm and nice.

GGuest UserI set the balcony room double room clean location is good but no sound, the room is very close between the rooms, when cleaning the room, the equipment in the room is not prepared, the feeling is very bad, when using this for a while, there is no shower gel in the bathroom. The double room has a towel, a bottle of water, and 2 paper towels are gone. The hotel does not provide toothbrushes and does not buy them (at least provide customers with choices)

SSi ccThe perfect place to end my Paris trip! My three-night stay at the Best Western Imperial Hotel on the Elysee exceeded all my expectations. The room was spotless, with stunning views of the Parisian skyline. Opening a bottle of rosé sparkling wine and watching the sunset from the balcony – who wouldn't say it's romantic?
The service was impeccable. The receptionist spoke English, was always smiling, and check-in and check-out were incredibly efficient. The location is superb, just a few minutes' walk from the Arc de Triomphe, and surrounded by countless restaurants and bars.
If you're still staying at other hotels in Paris, you're seriously missing out! This is the only hotel I trust in Paris – try it and see!

The quality of the bathroom fixtures, furniture, and refrigerator was fine, but there was barely enough room to get in and out of the shower in the bathroom. The desk staff were friendly and helpful. To get to the city center, you'll need to take a 10-minute walk to a metro station. You can, however, choose a metro line closer to your destination.

GGuest UserThe hotel is near a lot of cafes and has some grocery stores near. However it can get pretty noisy especially at night, but they provide noise cancelling earbuds which helped and let me sleep thru the night.
The breakfast was very good and tasted good the staff was very friendly and made you feel welcome. Also if the AC/Heater doesn’t work don’t hesitate to ask the staff. We didn’t ask for the first 2 nights but on the 3rd we did and they helped us, so that’s on us. Sadly you can hear pretty much everything your room neighbors say and we got woken up a lot by ppl checking out at 4am. The stairs are wooden and are pretty loud. The elevator is pretty small but works. However ppl that are claustrophobic may have a problem with this.
The bathroom is pretty small and it is smelly but clean it’s probably the pipes. This is a good place to stay for a few nights.

MMuratI stayed at this hotel with my wife and two children, and we were very satisfied. The hotel is clean, affordable, and family-friendly. The staff was helpful and friendly.
The location is excellent: Gare du Nord station is only about a 7-10-minute walk away, and Gare de l'Est is also nearby. This allowed us to easily reach many attractions by metro—for example, the Eiffel Tower or the Champs-Élysées in about 30 minutes.
There are many inexpensive supermarkets and bakeries in the area, which is especially convenient with children.
Very good value for money. If we travel to Paris again, we'll be happy to come back!

Vvlad.mncOverall, a good hotel. The location is very good, as it’s close to the metro station and very close to Montmartre. There are supermarkets, cafes, restaurants and other amenities around, which is great, all within walking distance. The only downside was the size of the room, which was tiny. Not a huge issue for a short person like me, but with two people in the room, it was difficult to move around at times. The towels could also do with an upgrade, as they are very thin and small.
The staff was friendly and helpful, no faults there. However, it would be great if they could take more of a proactive approach to deter antisocial behaviour (a guest was playing loud music on a portable speaker outside the hotel, right at the entrance, at 3 am, and nobody did anything about it).

Excellent location, cheap price, and extremely bad environment.
It is extremely cold in winter. Only the pipes of my room heater are hot, and the radiator is cold... Several sockets and wires are exposed outside, and there are moldy unknown black objects on the wall. The white sheets have the effect that a black sweater has no hair after lying on it...
But the bathroom is very clean. Really clean. The room is a little worse, and it is very small.
But at this price, 400+ is okay to live in such a central location. The location is really good, only about 200 meters away from the subway station, and many other places can be walked to. This area is also very lively at night, with many restaurants and pubs to choose from.
