"Excellent! The location is superb! Couldn't find a hotel for New Year's Eve 2026, and stumbled upon this one near the Arc de Triomphe – the price wasn't outrageous! Considering many hotels hike up their prices several times over during New Year's, this was a pleasant surprise. The breakfast here is incredibly rich and the dining area is spacious. The hotel itself is quite large, but the management and housekeeping are top-notch. The room was also very big. This was by far the best value-for-money hotel I stayed at during my time in France. It easily competes with five-star hotels. I booked a hotel over Christmas that cost over 15,000 for one night, and honestly, apart from a slightly better view, it really couldn't compare to this one. Highly recommend."

"Wonderful stay with exceptional staff and facilities We had a truly lovely stay and felt welcomed from the very beginning. Islam was incredibly friendly and helpful during check-in, and he went above and beyond by guiding us to amazing places and restaurants around Paris ! every recommendation was absolutely fantastic ! A special thank you as well to Mr. Patrick (BH). He was such a wonderful person with a genuinely kind personality. Our conversations were truly pleasant, and I only wish they didn’t have to end a very memorable presence. The facilities were excellent, clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Thank you so much for the beautiful experience. I would definitely come back again 🤍"

Located in the heart of the 15th arrondissement of Paris, just steps from the Porte de Versailles Exhibition Centre, our hotel is ideal for business events and remote work. All our spaces benefit from natural light, making them equally appreciated by business travelers and families exploring Paris. Here, it’s like playing Monopoly: Rue de Vaugirard on one side, Rue Lecourbe on the other. The hotel provides easy access to central Paris via metro lines 8 and 12, and taxis can quickly take you to Orly or Roissy-Charles-de-Gaulle airports. Whether for leisure or business, enjoy a neighborhood that combines authenticity, tranquility, and shopping life: Rue du Commerce, Parc des Expositions, Eiffel Tower, and the banks of the Seine.

"The room was clean, the location was good, and it felt safe. However, while I was still in the room and hadn't checked out yet, two strangers (a man and a woman) used their cards to open my door, one after the other! I was in the middle of changing clothes! Luckily, I had just finished. When I reported this to the front desk, the staff member simply said she would talk to the people who opened my door, without even offering an apology! As a woman, I felt completely violated..."

Great helpful stuff . Breakfast is wonderful. For those who cant use the shuttle tram T7 is very close to the hotel less than 2 min. So I recommend on both. "Nice hotel, good service, the location is perfect, near a metro station, not far away from every main attraction, even by foot (we went to Notre-Dame and it took us 45 minutes). The area it self has many restaurants and bakerys, and it isnvery friendly and welcoming for tourists. I liked also the hotel staff which was polite and useful. The only thing about the hotel that I disliked eas the size of the room whuce was pretty small."

Located in front of the Gare du Nord station, the Hotel Flanelles is an address for travelers. Right in the heart of Paris, in a beautiful 1900 building, Flanelles is not just a good address. It's a state of mind: an invitation to take your time. To come, to go, to stroll, to travel. "Lose yourself as you stroll, and you'll find yourself again"... Le Flanelles, opposite the Gare du Nord station, is like a parenthesis in the heart of the city. After exploring the streets of Paris, all you want to do is sit back and relax. That's what the rooms are for. Comfortable and elegant, they welcome you with arms wide openThe warmth of the parquet flooring, the softness of the sheets, the wood of the furniture... everything is designed to make you feel at home. The bathroom, with its bottle-green tiles and elegant stained-glass window, is an invitation to relax. And of course, the cozy beds are so comfortable that you'll never want to get out.

"The room was clean and the floor spotless. There were plenty of charging outlets, and the air conditioning maintained a stable temperature. The shower had excellent water pressure, making for a comfortable wash. It's about an hour's walk to the city center, but only a 5-minute walk to Gare du Nord, so the transportation is quite good. There are also many restaurant options nearby. The staff even let me check in at 7 AM because I had a lot of luggage. For that level of service, I'd definitely give it a five-star recommendation!"

Located just a stone’s throw from line 13 of the Paris metro, the Best Western M-13 Paris-Asnières Hotel welcomes you with a laid-back, lifestyle feel and a central bar with an indoor terrace look. This brand new hotel boasts 117 spacious, comfortable rooms as well as a cosy lobby that doubles as a bar and coffee shop where travellers, tourists and locals looking for an urban bolthole can meet for anything from a quick coffee to a longer stay

"Not a bad thing to say! Room was clean and had all the required amnesties. I thought toothpaste would be provided but wasn’t but that is more likely a fault on my side for not reading what is provided. The staff were nice and friendly. Hotel itself is situated about a 2 minute work from the metro station, which you can take to get within the centre of paris in 30-40 mins. A Mcdonald’s and also a restaurant nearby which serves good food and pastries (FoodArt) so would recommend going there if staying at the hotel. Overall a very good experience at the Best-Western and would recommend staying there and would again if i was visiting paris."

MMarble202I’m someone that loves to explore luxury boutique hotels and to indulge in every character and detail the property wishes to present to its guests. Hotel Florida has done an impeccable job from very attentive and helpful pre travel communications, check-in, to check-out. Everyone I met at the property made me want to smile and praise such a good day. Big applaud to keep such consistency on the concept and design quality. The bedding / fabric is so so comfy. I would certainly love to come back for the same room or experience a different suite!

GGuest UserThis hotel is part of the Palais des Congrès de Paris complex, and it's one of the few high-rise buildings in the city. From my 8th-floor room facing south, I could see both the Eiffel Tower and the Arc de Triomphe. Getting to the metro is super convenient; you can walk directly through the convention center, which is a huge plus in often rainy Paris. The breakfast was incredibly rich, offering rice, omelets, stir-fried vegetables, and over five kinds of fruit, plus hazelnut chocolate. The room was quite spacious by Parisian standards. Just a heads-up, Montmartre Hill, as shown in some photos, isn't actually visible – I had to stick my phone out the window to capture it. Now, a special warning about the taxis right outside the hotel. They are dishonest, so be careful. Taxis from Charles de Gaulle Airport to central Paris have a fixed zone-based fare: 65 euros for the Left Bank and 56 euros for the Right Bank. If you order a taxi via an app or phone, there's an additional 4-euro booking fee. We took a taxi from the hotel, which is on the Right Bank. The concierge confirmed the fixed fare would be 56 euros. However, after hailing a taxi right outside, the driver tried to charge us 65 euros (the Left Bank rate) plus a 4-euro booking fee upon arrival at the airport. After a lengthy argument, and even calling the hotel, the driver finally charged 56 euros plus the 4-euro booking fee. So, even after arguing, we still ended up paying the extra booking fee. GGuest UserWe had a lovely stay at the hotel. It was clean, the staff were very friendly, and we absolutely loved the pool. The beds were also very comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The only downside to be aware of is the soundproofing. If you’re a light sleeper, you might notice noise from neighbouring rooms and outside, likely because it’s an older building with some echo. That said, we were so tired from our days out that we slept really well and it didn’t affect us at all. The location is perfect, with the metro, restaurants, and coffee shops just around the corner. And being so close to the Arc de Triomphe was amazing! Overall, we had a lovely time and would happily stay again. ✨

AAlb33It was a lovely staying after Christmas and wonderful location for tourists. The room is relatively big and very comfortable, you’d have a tiny modern kitchen with cutlery, water boiler and hob as well as a fridge. Not to mention the blackout curtains did the job! We had a very good sleep for 2 nights :) The receptionist was very kind and helping! He recommended a restaurant called ‘Au Relais’ for lunch nearby and it turned out absolutely amazing!! At last, we really enjoyed the coffee machine in the lobby so cheap and convenient!

AAvelineI thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Artus Hotel and I was lucky to chance upon this hotel during my search. There are so many options and recommendations out there. I'm glad I chose this hotel for my maiden trip to Paris. First, the location. I can walk to the major landmarks like River Seine, Louvre, 'Dorsay museum, Notre Dame, etc. It is located close to St Germaine, so there are many charming streets to roam about and many options for food and supplies. I feel safe wandering around on my own as a solo female traveller. Second, the place is tastefully decorated. I like my room which has windows that overlook the streets as well as the decor. The bed is so comfortable that I slept very well during the three nights I was there. The housekeeping staff also kept the room clean and I like that the hotel embraces environmental practices. The only thing is that the yellow lights in the room can be a bit dim, but the white light used in the bathroom is bright. Third, the staff. I was greeted by a lady when I checked in and she is so understanding, patient and nice with me. I would like to commend her for her great personality and attitude, but I missed getting her name. The other staff I met are equally friendly and nice (two young ladies, one named Li/Yang; and another gentleman). Even if they don't know something, they will look up the information for me. They will also provide me with recommendations. I also must compliment the driver who picked me up from the airport and drove me to the airport (hotel transfers). He is very polite and considerate and he makes me feel at ease when i was travelling in his car. Even the gentleman who helped me with my luggage wore a big smile on his face. Thank you to everyone I've met during my stay and which made my experience a pleasant one. I learned only on my last day that they have another sister hotel a few steps away. One of the staff recognized me and invited me to take a look inside. Again, the place is tastefully done. If I have a chance to be back in Paris, I will check out both Artus Hotel as well as this hotel. I would also like to take this opportunity to make a request to the guests who are going to stay in the hotel - let's make an effort to treat the room as if it is our own. That way, the hotel will stay in a good condition for a longer time and future guests will get to enjoy the stay as much as I did. Thank you :)

GGuest UserIn Depth Experience Report of LYF Gambetta Hotel Paris - A Genuine Guest's Pleasant Surprise Introduction: As a frequent traveler who has stayed in numerous hotels across France, choosing the LYF brand this time upon a friend’s recommendation was a completely new experience. As a first time guest of this brand and someone unfamiliar with this particular area of Paris, I documented my stay with an entirely objective perspective, and it turned out to exceed expectations. Facilities: The hotel is brand new, and while there was a faint hint of paint smell in the room (likely due to recent renovations), the overall facilities are thoughtfully designed with a youthful, practical, and distinctive style. My base room was around 20 square meters—already significantly larger than other Parisian accommodations in the same price range. According to the website, the hotel also offers family friendly options with kitchens, loft style rooms, and more. The complimentary bedtime tea was excellent a well known French brand also sold at Lafayette ,perfect for unwinding at night. The coffee provided wasn’t quite to my taste, but it was still decent. The basement level (B1) features a laundry room, entertainment area, gym, co-working space, and meeting rooms, all uniquely designed. Notably, there’s a shared kitchen fully equipped for guests to cook their own meals ,a fantastic amenity! Service: It’s clear that the hotel’s opening team is still in training, and while some staff members appeared slightly inexperienced, their dedication was evident. Every request I made was promptly addressed. One employee, Helana, stood out-when she noticed I seemed unsure in the laundry room one evening, she proactively approached me, asked if everything was alright, and offered a solution. The next day, I observed her energetically assisting other colleagues. When I complimented her, she humbly replied that she genuinely enjoys helping others and even shared useful insights about the hotel’s facilities. Another front desk lady (whose name I regrettably forgot) was consistently warm and smiling, resolving my queries with kindness and even granting me a late checkout. Outstanding service like this truly minimizes travel hassles and adds delightful surprises to the journey. Impressed by LYF’s service, I decided to extend my stay by five more nights for a deeper experience. Safety & Transportation: Some had warned that this district might not be the safest, but my stay proved otherwise. The area is well connected, just a five-minute walk to the metro and feels like a residential neighborhood with an artistic vibe. One night, I returned to the hotel at 3 AM via night bus and walked back without issue, as the streets were still lively with people chatting or on dates. The area is both tranquil and culturally vibrant. Dining: Plenty of supermarkets and restaurants are within easy walking distance, making dining options convenient. Booking Recommendation: Ideal for travelers seeking an ”authentic local living” experience, young families, or digital nomads. The base room offers great value, while longer stays may warrant upgrading to a kitchen equipped unit. Final Thoughts: Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Considering its location, price, safety, facilities, and service, it stands out as the best I’ve experienced in Paris. While not the most luxurious, it’s undoubtedly a unique space that lets you feel the pulse of the city. My stay was so enjoyable that I’ve decided to book another five nights after returning from Nice. I’ll share an update after my second stay!

GGuest UserA Stunning Aesthetic Marred by Disappointing Service My recent stay at Hôtel Dame des Arts allowed me to immerse myself in the splendor of the awe-inspiring interior design crafted by Raphel Navot and indulge in the allure of the popular rooftop bar, which undoubtedly left a positive and lasting impression. The interior design of the hotel was a masterpiece in itself, with Raphel Navot's talent evident in every detail. The ambiance exuded elegance and sophistication, creating an atmosphere that truly enhanced the overall guest experience. Additionally, the rooftop bar provided breathtaking views of Paris, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and enjoyment. Regrettably, the overall experience was overshadowed by a combination of disappointments, notably the service at the ground floor cafe. The male employee with a beard exhibited a dismissive and inattentive demeanor during my interactions with him. His lack of attentiveness made me feel overlooked, leaving me hesitant to further explore the cafe's offerings. While I typically do not demand exceptional service, this level of inattentiveness fell short even of my usual expectations. This attitude displayed by this specific employee overshadowed the positive hospitality offered by all other employees at the hotel, leaving a bittersweet impression of the overall service. Furthermore, my stay was marred by a billing issue, resulting in double charging for my fully prepaid reservation. Such an oversight was embarrassing. On a positive note, I must commend the other hotel staff, particularly those at the reception and rooftop bar areas, for their accommodating nature, contributing to a more pleasant overall experience. In conclusion, Hôtel Dame des Arts undoubtedly showcased a dedication to exceptional design and ambiance. However, the combination of one inattentive employee and the billing concerns left me with a mixed impression. I firmly believe that fostering a culture of attentive and respectful service, along with diligent billing practices, is essential to delivering an exceptional guest experience. By addressing these issues, Hôtel Dame des Arts can elevate its reputation and ensure that every guest is treated with the care and professionalism they rightfully deserve. A seamless harmony of remarkable aesthetics and attentive service will undoubtedly make for an even more remarkable stay at this captivating hotel.

GGuest UserCheck in was straightforward and the room was very nice and modern. Comfortable beds and all expected amenities available inclusive of kettle and coffee machine. The one thing which tarred the experience was one evening their was no hot water. The staff was unable to fix on the night which resulted in us having to take a lukewarm shower which wasn't very pleasant. Staff did try hard to compensate at end of the stay but we had pre paid and didn't want to stay for a drink as needed to get off to next destination. The staff in fairness were very friendly and our little one did enjoy the table football.the breakfast could have had a bit more variety of more hot food choices and fresh fruit. However we did enjoy the egg station.

Very Good
GGuest UserThe neighborhood is very quiet and safe (no strange people), and it is very convenient to go to all the famous attractions and shopping places on the Left Bank. The hotel is not old-fashioned and super clean. The bed is also very comfortable. The toilet and shower are separated, which is excellent. It comes with a kettle and coffee machine, which is great! I will stay here again next time I go on a business trip and the price is right.

Good
AAMAKA SPARKLEVery horrible hotel for black female travellers. I stayed at the Originals with my friend for 3 nights, then another 2 nights. We pre-booked and paid for the 3 nights in FULL before arrival. Upon arrival, we were charged a deposit of €150 Euros which was explained to be a security deposit to be returned after checkout.I had no issues with that and focused on exploring Paris. There was a day my room wasn’t cleaned and I complained to a mixed lady at the hotel reception politely to inform the cleaner and she condescendingly looked at me and blurted “I’m not the cleaner”. I never asked her to be one, I only informed her so she can tell the cleaners to make a stop at my room and refill the shower gel, replace soap and toilet paper. The day I checked out, I missed my flight due to the Paris traffic and had to reschedule my flight to the next available date which was in 48 hours which meant I needs to stay in Paris for another 2 nights. I headed back to the hotel. I don’t know why but our cards refused to work despite being funded. We had some Euros cash left in cash and paid for one extra night. The next day, we asked to extend but our cards wouldn’t work. We informed them that we needed to get some sleep but would try an ATM or go to a BDC to change some Dollars. In between, the cleaner came to the room and yanked off our key card cutting off the light supply, we were barraged with calls from the reception threatening that security was going to escort us out of the room. It’s wild because most of their staff is black and yet they treated us like ****. We saw how white guests were treated and black guests and the difference was clear. Maybe they had an assumption and became discriminatory towards us. Note that 4 nights out of 5 was already paid in FULL and they had a security deposit of over 200 Euros with them. We had to abandon everything and rush to an ATM to withdraw more cash💰 to pay for the final day. Let’s not get into the fact that one of their staff ******* almost tried to be ****** with me. I got into the elevator to go and get water at the restaurant on the 8th floor, he kept looking at my boobs and made suggestive comments about wanting to spend the night with me. He also insisted on a hug. I cried from the experience of that hotel and very horrified. As a travel content creator, I will document my experience with videos when I’m back home and share YouTube videos. If you’re a Nigerian or black woman, please avoid THE ORIGINALS. I was excited to be here but it turned into a nightmare. As a business owner myself and CEO of 3 thriving companies, I saw some many lapses in their customer service. The entire place needs a staff overhaul.
