"I came to Paris for my birthday trip. The room I booked gave me a superb view of the Eiffel Tower, especially every night. I would say this apartment is value for money, given the price paid for the view. However, 3 large items have disappointed me badly. 1) I was overcharged for the tourist tax. I only found out on the last day during check out that the tourist tax was counted via number of pax, instead of per room. I only had 3 pax staying in the room but was charged the tourism tax for 4 pax, which is the maximum capacity of the room I booked. I did not have the time to pick this up on my last day as my driver was already here and I was rushing to my flight. I am very disappointed with the dishonesty I have faced here. 2) Security is a big issue. I have placed “Do Not Disturb” tag outside my room, but someone still entered my room to pick up the portable heater which one of your staff delivered on the first night. I had many valuables in the room and hence I indicated “Do Not Disturb” as I don’t wish for anyone to enter. This is a big security breach and it happened on my second day of stay. I went down to the reception in the evening instantly when I realised someone has entered. The reception just told me that they are deeply sorry and they can’t do anything, and asked me to see the manager the next day instead. The next day, in the morning at 10:00am 31 Oct 2025, when I asked to see the manager, the reception kept telling me the manager wasn’t available. Even when I came back at 6:00pm the same day, the reception still told me the same thing - manager wasn’t available. It seems like the reception is just hiding and preventing me from talking to the manager. This is utter rubbish. 3) Facilities in my room were not working - the heating rack in the toilet was not working, the lamps in the living room were not working. My entire room was so poorly lit. For a hotel chain under the Accor group, I expect something better."

"We booked the Classic Family Room with two double beds, and it was spacious and very comfortable. The room was well-equipped, including a smart TV which was great for relaxing after a day out. The location is excellent — right next to the train and metro station, making it easy to get around. The area feels safe and has plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!"

"This so-called five-star hotel may enjoy a prime location next to the Eiffel Tower, but the reality is deeply disappointing for the price they charge. The central issue, and one that ruins the entire stay, is the ancient air-conditioning system. It can only produce either heating or cooling—not both—and the creaky controls offer no real control at all. We stayed in late September when the afternoons were still hot and sunny, and the room became unbearable. Opening the window wasn’t an option either, since it just brought in street noise and light, making rest impossible. When I complained, the staff first tried to mislead me by saying they would send a technician to “fix” it, as if this were a problem isolated to my room. Of course, they knew full well this is a general, long-standing issue built into the system. Instead of any actual solution, they then attempted to placate me with complimentary coffee and champagne—which I pointedly returned. Reading other reviews confirmed I was not alone. Many guests describe the exact same problem, and management appears content to ignore it. For a hotel that charges luxury rates and claims five-star status, the lack of a modern climate system is unacceptable and feels like outright negligence. My advice: avoid this hotel entirely in spring or autumn when temperatures fluctuate. If comfort matters at all to you, spend your money elsewhere—this place is only trading on its view of the Eiffel Tower, nothing more."

"During my stay, the booking software is “upgraded “. However, such system is not ready for use actually. It made my room key cannot open the toilet in lobby. Also, I cannot open my room. As such , I need to got to reception and queue up again waiting for handling room key issue. I stay here for 7 nights. The restaurant can’t handle my breakfast issue well. When I go out to take foods, the card turned to black side, that means “occupied”. But they still clear my table, also take away my card for telling them if I am still here. That means they treat me as already left. When I come back, I asked them to change me to another table for two to avoid misunderstandings, one staff told me that he will clean the table for me but he forget it. After take away the card for telling them if I still occupied the table, no one give me back. I asked one of the staff give me back but he simply requested me to ask other staff to do it. Later, they cleared my table again because there is no card. A lot of mistakes. If charge this price, service is fail. The food is generally good. Good position and can appreciate Efital tower every night."

"The room was quite spacious – more than enough for one person – and featured a simple, modern design. Although it's located in the 93rd district, the surrounding area felt quite safe. Metro Line 13 is conveniently located right outside the hotel, and Line 14 is just a short walk away, allowing you to reach the city center within 30 minutes. Overall, the facilities and service were perfectly adequate. The scrambled eggs at breakfast were particularly delicious."

"We had a wonderful 9-day stay at Drawing House, conveniently located near the Gaîté stop. The staff were among the loveliest we’ve met - warm, welcoming, and kind enough to offer us a complimentary early check-in after our long journey from Australia. The room itself was spacious; we suspect it may have been designed for accessibility, but regardless, the extra space was such a treat. A special shout-out to our cleaner, who was incredibly meticulous in tidying and cleaning our room. Even on the day we forgot to request housekeeping, she seemed to anticipate our needs and took care of everything. Her attention to detail did not go unnoticed - merci beaucoup! There was nothing better than returning to a freshly made room after walking 20,000 steps through the Paris summer. We also appreciated the thoughtful touches, from the music in the common areas to the clever soap “grinder” in the restroom and the lovely tea selection, all of which made the experience even more relaxing. Highly recommended - both the hotel itself and the wonderful people who make it feel like home."

"The location is excellent, with a subway station nearby. Being directly across from the police station made us feel very safe, and it was relatively quiet at night. The room felt a bit cramped because of the extra sofa bed, but it was just about functional. All the essential facilities were there. I appreciated the water dispenser located by the elevators on our floor! Every staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful in resolving any issues. I highly recommend checking out the bar on the top floor! Although we didn't end up buying anything because we had our child with us and it was late, the staff were still incredibly enthusiastic and let us go out onto the balcony to see the Eiffel Tower at night. A huge thumbs up!"

"The accommodation is in a nice quiet area. No one loitering around the Mairie de Montrouge Station. It takes less than ten minutes to walk to the Metro line 4. Upon arrival I was met by the reception staff whom were very friendly and welcoming. We arrived early and there was thankfully a room available for early check in without charge. They responded to my questions via email regarding the free luggage storage. The customer service communication was excellent. The accommodation was clean well equipped with plates, cutlery, pots and pans, wine glasses, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, cooker with extractor and a dishwasher. What impressed me was that they even included washing up liquid clean cleaning cloths and a sponge. They made it very functional as soon as I walked in and I did not need to buy anything else but the food. Change of Towels and room cleaning is only for people staying longer than seven days. But that was fine. Walking to the hotel felt safe late in the evening and early morning. There is a large Supermarket Monoprix with ready made meals that you easily warm up or buy all the ingredients to make a cheap meal for two or three days. The store was less than five minutes from the accommodation and a lovely bakery next door. The place was comfortable and although it was a bit further out from central Paris. You can walk to the Catacombs which takes roughly thirty minutes. It felt safe. The pace was just right and I would recommend for those wanting to stay with more space, cooking facilities and respite away from the hustle and bustle of central Paris."

"The hotel was surprisingly nice, and the breakfast was incredibly generous and delicious. I stayed there for six consecutive nights! The lobby offered free lemonade and sparkling water, as well as Starbucks coffee. The room was spacious, and the Nuxe bath products were incredibly fragrant. Bus number 275 stops right outside, connecting to the M1 metro station, where you can take the M1 or A lines to various Parisian attractions. I bought a one-week travel pass, which includes daily bus and metro rides. It was incredibly convenient! (The weekly pass can be purchased at the M1 metro station.) I'll definitely stay at this hotel again next time I'm in Paris; it's so worth it!"
