The location is incredibly convenient—there’s a bus stop just a minute’s walk away with direct service to Gatwick, plus a hotel shuttle option if you prefer. The room itself was spotless, with effective air conditioning, clean bathrooms, and comfortable beds. The lobby has a stylish, hipster travel vibe that adds a cool touch to the overall experience. I’d happily stay here again next time I’m flying out of Gatwick"

"Terrible attitude from the front desk staff. The clerk managed to mix up the rooms allocated to our party and then, rather arrogantly, blamed us for swapping rooms, when in reality I had to change rooms because the heater in the original room was not working. I even apologised in case there had been any misunderstanding after a long journey, but instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally, she replied that she was also tired. To make matters worse, it later became clear that the confusion stemmed from the room allocation system itself, with room numbers being noted on a piece of paper with handwritten markings. If it had not been for the other member of staff, who remained calm, understanding, and helpful throughout, I would have packed my belongings and left immediately. This is simply not the right way to treat paying guests. Customer service should focus on resolving problems, not shifting blame. Unfortunately, this experience left a very negative impression of what could otherwise have been a pleasant stay"

"Front office staff all great. Nice gym. Rooms refurbished, neat and clean though a bit small. Only complaint is the housekeeping. A little spotty. One of the day no housekeeping despite hanging the housekeeping required card outside the door the whole day. And then 2 of the days they just removed the rubber mat for the bath tub. I asked reception to for it to be replaced and they gave me fabric floor mats instead of rubber mats. So in all, will recommend for the location if you wanna stay around the airport but not at the airport. There is a small town Crawley for food, malls and supermarket within walking distance."

It immediately gives guests a sense of comfort after the stress and fatigue of travelling. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional service provided at reception, especially by Patrick. He was a genuinely kind, professional, and extremely helpful member of staff who made a noticeable difference to my experience. Patrick was supportive, approachable, and always willing to assist with any questions or requests. His friendly attitude and professionalism created a welcoming atmosphere from the start and made me feel valued as a guest. In today’s hospitality industry, it is not always easy to find staff members who go above and beyond, but Patrick certainly did. His positive attitude and willingness to help deserve special recognition, and I truly appreciated the effort he made to ensure everything went smoothly during my stay. The check-in process itself was smooth and efficient, and the reception team overall were friendly and professional. Good customer service can transform a hotel experience, and this hotel clearly understands the importance of making guests feel comfortable and welcomed. The room was modern, exceptionally clean, and thoughtfully designed. The bed was extremely comfortable, which is one of the most important aspects of any hotel stay for me. After a long travel day, having a peaceful and comfortable room made a significant difference. The blackout curtains helped ensure a good night’s sleep, which is especially valuable before an early morning flight. The room also included practical amenities such as tea and coffee facilities, a smart television, excellent lighting, and a comfortable setup that felt modern without losing functionality. The bathroom was spotless and featured a spacious shower along with quality toiletries, making the stay even more enjoyable."

"This is a very frugal hotel. Parking costs $10 per night, coffee and tea next to the elevator are $1 a cup, and early check-in costs $40, meaning there are rooms available, but you have to pay $40 to check in early. The hotel restaurant is neither expensive nor cheap; a fast food meal for three people cost a little over 100 pounds. Breakfast was authentic white food."

"The hotel is rather out of the way but no issues if travelling by car. Check-in was quick, simple and easy. Breakfast was cooked to order and excellent with plenty of choice including fresh fruit, ham, cheese, pastries, cereals and a great cup of coffee from a proper machine. Negatives Sadly there is no option for evening meals meaning having to drive into Crawley to get dinner. The bar is supposedly open until 11pm however when I went to it around 9.30pm the reception which doubles up as bar and breakfast area was dark with the only light on being the reception desk light, so very unwelcoming and not conducive to wanting a drink. The main part of the hotel is solidly built however I was in the annex at the back which has a number of rooms backing onto each other. The stud walls are incredibly thin and it felt like the people in the adjoining room were in mine, so note to oneself, if ever staying there again, make sure that the room is in the main part of the hotel."
