"We stayed here for 2 nights whilst on a holiday break. We had a warm welcome from Margarite and Liam. The hotel is beautiful and so luxurious. Rooms so comfy as were the beds. The shower was amazing. We had breakfast on our last day. Private dining with a well cooked breakfast with lots of choice. Cannot praise this boutique hotel enough. Wonderful service all the way. A top class experience. Thanks both for a lovely"

"Front office staff all great. Nice gym. Rooms refurbished, neat and clean though a bit small. Only complaint is the housekeeping. A little spotty. One of the day no housekeeping despite hanging the housekeeping required card outside the door the whole day. And then 2 of the days they just removed the rubber mat for the bath tub. I asked reception to for it to be replaced and they gave me fabric floor mats instead of rubber mats. So in all, will recommend for the location if you wanna stay around the airport but not at the airport. There is a small town Crawley for food, malls and supermarket within walking distance."

"Would rate it a 5, however lack of AC and my trip coinciding with a heatwave made it very uncomfortable even with fans in the rooms. Does not help windows do not fully open. Add to that small amount of mold in bathroom, peeling paint, chipped finishing etc tell a story of use but low cost maintenance"
