Guest UserI I had another wonderful stay at art’otel Hoxton, and once again, it exceeded my expectations. The hotel was impeccably clean, beautifully designed, and the views were absolutely stunning. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore London.
What made this stay especially memorable was that I was travelling with my mum, who was visiting the UK for the first time. The team went above and beyond to ensure she was comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay, and that meant so much to us.
I would like to give a special thank you to Ishrat, the Guest Experience Manager. From the moment we arrived, she was incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive. She listened to our needs, checked in on us during our stay, and genuinely made us feel valued as guests. Her exceptional hospitality turned what was already a beautiful hotel into an unforgettable experience.
Every member of staff we interacted with was friendly, professional and eager to help. I truly appreciate the care and attention we received, and I’m so grateful for the wonderful memories my mum and I made during our stay.
I highly recommend art’otel Hoxton to anyone visiting London and will definitely be returning. Thank you again to Ishrat and the entire team for making our stay so special.

Overall, my stay was quite pleasant. The room was generally clean and well-equipped. The location and transport links were decent, and the check-in process was smooth. The staff were friendly and helpful when I needed assistance. There's room for improvement regarding some of the facilities and soundproofing, and a bit more attention to detail in cleaning would be great. Considering the price and overall quality, it's a reasonable option, especially for a short stay.

Guest UserThe room facilities are complete and comfortable, and the location is excellent, with commercial facilities and a subway station nearby. The restaurant and bar on the top floor are fantastic. The downsides are that the room size is not very large and the air conditioning system isn't always very powerful.

Guest UserGreat location for Piccadilly and the London sights. Breakfast was also fabulous. Staff at the hotel go above and beyond. Special thanks to Radi Dimiatrova and Kariny Cazuza for their careful preparation of our room for our arrival. This was a reunion for me and my daughter and it was a great surprise. Thanks to all the hotel staff who looked after us during our stay and for the bar staff for looking after us with Negronis one night in the piano bar!

Lily77dddOn my first night, everything in my room was fine except for a problem with the air conditioning. It kept making a very strange and incredibly loud noise, which prevented me from sleeping properly. The next morning, I had to go to the front desk to switch rooms, but then I had to wait until 2:00 PM to check in again. Honestly, the new room wasn't as good as the first one. It felt a bit old and the bathroom's exhaust fan constantly smelled of smoke. To top it off, the fire alarm went off at 11:00 PM that night – everything was just so bizarre. Plus, the third floor was very noisy, and I'm not sure why; it seemed like the staff were living there. The lighting in my room was also faulty, flickering between dim and bright. The pictures are of my first room, which looked much newer and brighter.

The location is perfect, close to many supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, and souvenir shops. Plus, if you're a Queen fan, you're just a 4-minute walk from Freddie Mercury's house. The only downsides I can mention are that they don't speak Spanish and there are no Spanish channels on the TV. Also, the buffet didn't have much variety, although the food was good, it was missing things like olive oil and other types of fruit. It's decent, but there's room for improvement.

Guest UserThe pods are suitable for a couple of days or if it's just a sleeping base.
Spotlessly clean totally practical.
A five minute walk from Euston station so completely central.
For me this does exactly what you set out to do.
Cooked breakfast with lots of continental choices.
What made it a ten for me was a bar on site and a beautiful spot to sit and enjoy the sunshine
Your staff were super helpful the breakfast hit the spot the pods thought of everything hairdryer seat table and beautifully appointed
bathroom.

I've lost count of how many times I've stayed here, always drawn back by its great value for money and excellent service.
First off, the location isn't central, but there's a subway station right across from the hotel, making public transport super convenient. The hotel also has its own parking lot, so it's a good option if you're driving. It's not far from Wembley, either, so it's a solid choice if you're here for a concert. Plus, there are lots of restaurants across the street, mostly fast food, but there's this one Turkish place that's really good. Honestly, a few times we've booked this hotel just for that restaurant! There's also a cinema nearby.
The room facilities show some wear and tear compared to a few years ago, but it's within a reasonable range. There's air conditioning in the room, and you can adjust the temperature yourself. Just note that the hotel doesn't provide toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers, so remember to bring your own.
We didn't eat at the hotel, so I can't comment on the dining. They do have their own restaurant, though.
The front desk service is excellent. Staff members who've seen us before even greet us specially – they're very friendly. If you need anything, you can just call the front desk directly, and they're pretty quick to respond.
Overall, it's a hotel with great value for money.

BoYanboThis is a 'decent' hotel. Yes, that's the word. The facilities aren't brand new, but the mattress in the room is still comfortable, the towels are still soft, the toilet paper is still thick, and the hygiene standards are consistently good. The breakfast is a classic English breakfast, meeting the expected standards for a four-star hotel. The location is excellent, situated in a wealthy area of London with very convenient transportation; the subway station is right next door. And the price, especially during the off-season, offers fantastic value for money. Backed by the Millennium Hotels Group and Singaporean capital, it's surprisingly good – the hotel's own restaurant serves authentic wonton noodles and Hainanese chicken rice! Plus, guests get discount coupons! If I had to summarize in one sentence, I'd say this is a well-managed, old-fashioned but not outdated hotel.
