Guest UserI chose this hotel for a short stay by chance, and my actual experience after checking in was quite good. As soon as I entered, the front desk lady greeted me warmly. When I asked about nearby dining and travel routes, she patiently and thoroughly explained and guided me. The smart system in the room was very responsive, and switching living scenarios by voice was super convenient and easy to use. The room space was well-organized, and all daily necessities were provided. The environment was quiet and pleasant, making for a particularly comfortable and relaxing stay.

Guest UserFor this trip to Changsha, I chose two hotels with completely different styles. One was a high-rise with a storm SPA experience and hot stone sauna, and the other was this 6500·Chaozong Street B&B, located in Chaozong Ancient Street. The experience here was simply unbeatable, truly the highlight of my Changsha trip.
The excellent experience started even before we arrived. The hotel is about 20 meters inside Chaozong Ancient Street, so cars can't drive in. Our little butler was already waiting at the entrance of the ancient street, helped us with our luggage after we got out of the car, poured iced water, checked us in, and escorted us to our room. There's a special little Rubik's Cube by the bed; my child solved it and exchanged it for a cup of Tea Yan Yue Se. My favorable impression instantly soared.
Then my child happily went to do handicrafts, and I joyfully went to take photos. The travel photography service was also superb; the guide was patient throughout, with no extra charges. After the shoot, I received over 200 raw photos and 9 retouched ones. I recall having to spend an extra thousand yuan for travel photography at the Anmo Hotel in Yinchuan. My child made a Song brocade wind chimes and quietly told me they wanted to make something else. The little butler overheard and readily allowed them to make another herbal painting. My child was absolutely thrilled. After they finished, the little butler took care of drying and framing it. An artwork, complete! ✅
After all the activities, we started enjoying afternoon tea. The desserts weren't too sweet, and the coffee was delicious. Afterwards, we could head out to explore. Upon returning, I found that the little butler had thoughtfully arranged a tatami mat and even provided a late-night snack. I ordered congee and soup, which were very comforting, and then had a wonderful night's sleep.
Breakfast could be delivered to the room or eaten in the lobby. Everything was freshly made, nutritionally balanced, a blend of Chinese and Western styles, and delicious.
There was a minor hiccup when checking out and taking a taxi to the South Station. I muttered that I had originally planned to have lunch at the South Station. The little butler heard me and quickly went to the kitchen to pack some food for me. I was stunned, such thoughtful service! I was so touched.
So, who is this beautiful, kind, universally adored, and charming little butler? I must mention her name: it's Miss Meiling! A hundred thumbs up!

My husband and I came to Changsha for a vacation. The first two days we stayed near Wuyi Square, which was incredibly noisy. The following two days at Xiangjiang Hotel were a completely different and wonderful experience, let me tell you all about it.
First, the room layout. At a spacious 40 square meters, it was incredibly comfortable. There was lush greenery outside the window, and the room even had a bathtub. The little details were what really charmed me. The slippers had a delicate floral pattern, very elegant. The fridge had snacks and drinks, and the bathroom provided disposable toilet seat covers, mouthwash, and makeup remover wipes – so thoughtful!
I didn't have high expectations for breakfast at first, but it ended up being a pleasant surprise. They offer four set meals, along with a self-service selection of fruits. There was even stinky tofu and perilla peach, local specialties that allowed us to try new flavors without feeling overwhelmed. We tried the beef brisket noodles, steak, and chicken burger, all of which were delicious. Oh, and the small dishes were very refined, which reminded me of what I learned at the Hunan Provincial Museum: ancient Changsha people had a custom of sharing food, and the breakfast experience here felt similar.
The main reason for this excellent experience was the staff. Even before check-in, our butler Duoduo contacted us in advance to help reserve afternoon tea. Every front desk staff member, both ladies and gentlemen, was polite and friendly. They helped us with food deliveries and confirming Didi (ride-hailing) locations. There was one particular lady whose name I don't know; when we went out to watch a movie at night, she reminded us that it had just rained and gave us black umbrellas, which indeed saved us from getting wet when we returned late. Oh, and I must also praise the young man at the breakfast buffet. Although he looked very young, he was incredibly reliable. He remembered all the breakfast preferences I mentioned to him, and in the morning, he even asked how our stay was, which gave us a very warm feeling.
We also booked a travel photoshoot, and the photographer, Shuye, was excellent. I usually feel a bit awkward when taking photos, but he guided me to pose and smile naturally, resulting in beautiful pictures!
Overall, our stay at Xiangjiang Hotel provided a wonderful conclusion to our Changsha trip. I was initially worried about potential inconvenience with transportation, but there was none at all. Dining was also very convenient, with many Hunan cuisine options, so everyone can rest assured.

Guest UserThe hotel boasts a great location, convenient parking, and clean, tidy rooms with beautiful night views! The breakfast selection was plentiful, and the rice noodles were delicious 🤤 The receptionists were warm and attentive, always ready to answer any questions 👍👍👍 The hotel is right next to the subway station (Yingwan Town Station), making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing. It's only one stop away from Orange Isle and also very close to Yuelu Mountain Park. This time, I stopped by on my way back, so the itinerary was a bit rushed. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time. 😊😊😊 The two night views are actually from my room window. I didn't take pictures of all the breakfast options, just my own 🤭🤭🤭

Guest UserThe room was exceptionally clean, with soft and dry bedding. The bathroom came equipped with disposable towels and toiletries, and the smart toilet was very convenient to use. The guesthouse itself was quiet and peaceful, with excellent natural light and ventilation. It was fully furnished with all the necessary appliances, making daily life very easy. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, providing clear check-in instructions and prompt replies to any questions. The location is excellent, close to dining and shopping, with complete amenities nearby. The value for money far exceeded my expectations; it felt as comfortable as home. This will be my first choice for accommodation whenever I'm in the area again. I sincerely recommend it to anyone traveling.

1. I've lived for so long and stayed in hotels for so many years, but this is the first time I've ever been charged a deposit. They charged 300, and I didn't pay attention at the time, so I just paid it directly.
2. The hotel environment and location are decent, and the quality of the slippers provided is also good, BUT!!! It was my oversight; I didn't notice the words 'not a complimentary item' written on them, and my finger actually covered the 'not' part, so I didn't pay attention at all. Then I wore a pair out. After I had already checked out (and my deposit hadn't been refunded yet) and left Changsha, the hotel called me, asking me to pay for the lost slippers. They said the slippers in the picture were worth 50 yuan. Although I was surprised at the time, I accepted my bad luck and offered to transfer the money. However, the hotel said they could deduct it from my deposit. I have to ask, are these slippers really worth 50?? These slippers, 50?? No wonder you charge a deposit, you were just waiting for this, weren't you??? Seriously, you didn't say anything when I checked out, and you didn't refund the deposit. You waited until I left, figuring I couldn't do anything, and now you're deducting from the deposit? These slippers? 50? I'd like to ask, if these slippers aren't complimentary, that means they're not brand new. How can you charge 50 for them? What if they get worn out? Do I have to pay for that too? Are you guys fishing for money here? You didn't say anything when I left; I could have easily taken them out of my suitcase and returned them to you on the spot. Who would pay 50 for a used pair of slippers???

Guest UserThis was my first time staying at the Huanzhi Hotel in Changsha, and the front desk service was absolutely excellent. They even gave me a free breakfast coupon. The breakfast spread was extensive and really delicious, and the auntie working in the breakfast area was incredibly kind and helpful. My room was very clean, and the hotel's location is super convenient – close to Wuyi Square and other attractions. It's also just a few minutes' walk to the metro station, making it easy to get anywhere. I highly recommend staying here! I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Changsha. It offers fantastic value for money with attentive and thoughtful service, and its convenient location makes it a top choice. I strongly recommend it!

Nanduan. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and thoughtful. They contacted me in advance, knowing I was traveling with an elderly person, and arranged a suitable room, which was a very nice touch. The room environment was good, with smart-controlled curtains, a separate wet/dry bathroom, a large bathtub, and a refrigerator – the facilities were quite complete. Any issues I raised were also promptly resolved. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance.

Guest UserThe decor and views are excellent. I booked a river-view room, and the location is incredibly convenient. The subway station is just 100 meters away, and there's a convenience store and McDonald's downstairs – super handy! It's only one stop to Wuyi Square, which is a lifesaver in Changsha's hot weather, as you want to minimize walking. Taxis are also readily available. All in all, it was perfect. For every trip, comfort and convenient transportation are my top priorities.
