When the city had a power outage, the hotel generated its own power, which allowed us to charge our phones, power the refrigerator, and light the room, but not the air conditioner."

"Location: Many restaurants and cafes nearby, convenient for public transportation; bus 337 from the airport goes directly to the bus stop 650 meters from the hotel.
Staff: Aside from the front desk staff being polite, the breakfast restaurant staff and cleaning staff were extremely indifferent and had very cold expressions. I stayed three nights, and the staff treated me coldly and never greeted guests.
Room Interior: Beautifully decorated and new, the bed was comfortable. However, the bathroom drain had a very strong odor.
WiFi: Very slow internet speed.
Breakfast Buffet: Very plentiful and delicious."

"Great hotel and service! There are several large supermarkets and a beautiful park nearby. The room was clean and fresh, but there was a minus. There is not much lighting in the room. There is none at all, just a bedside lamp and a floor lamp. This light was not enough for me."

"We spent 3 nights at the hotel. We were happy with our stay. We got the Harry Potter room, under the stairs. It just so happened that we had to stay in different rooms of the same category, the rooms are a matter of luck: either very small or without a view from the window. The mattress is comfortable. The plumbing is new. Cleaning is daily. Breakfasts are not very varied, but you can eat your fill. The location is great, most of the attractions are within easy reach. Indeed, music plays in restaurants across the river until late outside the window, but it did not bother us. But there were restaurants with live music and national dances nearby. Sulfur baths, so to speak, are in the neighboring building. The price is adequate."

"Greet Tbilisi is a stylish and welcoming hotel with a modern design and a warm, friendly vibe. Rooms are clean and comfortable but a bit too small.
The location is not the greatest, as it is located in one side of a highway, so if you take bolt, driver usually want to drop you off at the other side of the highway (although there is an elevator and a bridge connecting it to the hotel)"

"Exiting the airport, head left for about 100 meters. It was quite windy at night, but it wasn't too far. The room was small, but each elevator lobby had a water dispenser for drinking. The room was clean."

"My experience at the Sole Hotel was very pleasant. The room was large and spacious, clean, provided with a hot water kettle for making coffee and tea in the room. The bathroom was also large and made safe for disabled people (there was a seat for the shower). The hot water flowed quickly, perfect for a massage. Breakfast was quite comprehensive, and the restaurant was located on the top floor with beautiful views. The only inconvenience was the hotel's location, which is quite far from the main road and the hilly location, so it would be difficult to bring large suitcases. It is recommended to take a Bolt taxi to this hotel. Hotel location also excellent nearby many tourist places at old Tbilisi town. I will stay at this hotel again another day."

"This is a great hotel. It's close to the metro station and the mini-bus stop for Yerevan. The front desk lady was very nice and spoke fluent English. The room wasn't big, but it was clean, tidy, and quiet. The breakfast was plentiful and delicious. It was very comfortable to stay here. Right across the street is the airport shuttle bus. KKimwillruleShota Rustavalli Boutique Hotel, Tbilisi, Georgia: The most luxe of our stay in our whirlwind, super-tiring travels through Azerbaijan, Armenia and Georgia, we were looking forward to well-deserved pampering here and daily warm bath tub soaks. I’m one for authentic reviews so here goes. The start of our stay was terrible. Water was cut off in this part of town - mind you, we were next to the Parliament of Georgia, how dare they. So there was no water for the day. If you have just arrived, smelling far from English Gardens and sweaty, this is the end of your world. We were given mammoth water bottles for wipe downs. Water was up the next day. It isn’t the hotel’s fault, really. However, there were more shortcomings. We had full-day trips out of city and were too exhausted to complain. Our door didn’t open or close easily, like there was a misalignment. Room smells like sewage in the evening. Shower gel ran out and housekeeping didn’t top up. This was mortifying as we had an early day trip out and housekeeping didn’t start till 7.30 am as I was informed via Whatsapp, but reception said 9 am. AC is always parked at room temperature, sometimes warm. Pool, gym and sauna are out too and unannounced on site. I’m listing the litany of crimes so management can sort this out as the poor staff get the lambasting. Gocha was very sweet and explained as much as he could with the water cut-off. Ana was our thumbs-up favorite with 360-service recovery. She arranged for a birthday cake for my son. Also a complimentary bubbly breakfast. Also so kindly extended our check out time (although there was a power cut for a good hour, we were nonetheless grateful). The great merits here are the location – this is smack right in the city, we even stood next to the protestors at Parliament of Georgia. Restaurants, bars, cafes, shopping, museums are all around, within a short walk. There’s 10% discount on dining and free Georgian wine (you’ll be drinking it like water in Georgia). It did all end on a very sweet note – thank you Ana. #eatstylishtravelstylish
GGuest UserI have only good things to say about this hotel, my only caveat being that (like most tourists) I used it mostly as a place to sleep.
The location is absolutely perfect, right in the middle of everything in Tbilisi. I didn't try the breakfast but it looked good, and is served till 11am which is handy if you've been out till late the night before. The vibe is fresh, with some bold design touches. Everyone at Reception was friendly and spoke good English. The room was clean, with ample lighting. The bed was fine, and not too soft. There were two complimentary bottles of water, and they got replenished every day. I did have a problem with the quilt being too hot at night, but I have this problem with quilts in hotels generally (and I'm sure they'd have changed it if I had asked).
I stayed 4 nights and one of those happened to be my birthday. I obviously didn't mention it to anyone, but when I came back to the room that evening I found a complimentary slice of cake from the hotel, with 'Happy birthday' written in chocolate! I thought that was a lovely gesture.
TTheWorldwideScoopGreat hotel, well set up. They even let us check out later. They charge 50% of the room rate to check in esrly as our flight landed at 9am.
The only downside was that dueing our first day at breakfast, we were there for an hour and most of the tables were left uncleaned up so there was no place to sit for new people. On our second day, it was so busy with a tour group of 50+ but when they left the staff turned the tables around quickly.
NNoppasornLast night I landed late and checked in at 1.00am. When I arrived at the hotel, a tall European male staff asked me “who are you” and was very unfriendly. I didn’t want to cause any trouble so I talked to him nicely. I came with my boyfriend and my bag. Anyone who saw me would know that I was a tourist. After entering the hotel, he checked me in for more than 40 minutes and couldn’t find my booking. He behaved very badly throughout the check-in process and even charged me even though I had already paid on the Tip.com app. in the morning , at 8.55am in the morning, he opened my bedroom. It was a terrible day in Georgia. He made me feel suspicious and unsafe here. Please let the hotel handle this matter with this person. Because this man’s behavior is very unsafe for tourists. Or is it because he sees me as Asian, so he bullies me?
Your hotel is a very good hotel. I don't think your hotel should be ruined by people behaving in such an unsafe way towards customers.
The first night I was hoping to relax and start my Christmas break, but the first time I encountered something bad like this. I am very disappointed and sad.
GGuest UserThe hotel's ambiance is very quaint and quite interesting, but the rooms are really small and lackluster. The elevator is often out of order. On our first day, the elevator suddenly went dark. I thought I should call for help, but it suddenly cleared up. When I checked out, the entire second floor was without power. The restaurant is indeed beautiful, and the breakfast was the best I've ever had at a Georgian hotel.
GGuest UserThis place deserves a lot of credit for doing things a bit differently. The design features and floor plan are quite special. We loved some of the details like the record player and projector with streaming access. But once you look closer it is a little rough around the edges for the price that we paid.
Service was also very hit and miss. When we arrived, no one greeted us, instead staff was talking to each other and looked confused when we said we wanted to check-in. In Tbilisi, we had no problem with communicating in English, but the staff here had trouble communicating with us several times. In general, they were friendly though and took time to show us the room.
When we ordered a drink through the room service from the bar downstairs, it came in a flimsy plastic cup that was only have full.
Also be aware, that the window is towards the courtyard where there is a restaurant and bar that closes late and draws some pretty noisy crowds.
The location is great, though, and we did enjoy our stay here. With a little more attention to detail, this would be a great place!
YYobaobaoThis is a very unique hotel. The staircase public area has a bit of a nightclub vibe, which is very unique. The room was a little small, and the suitcases couldn't be fully opened, but the service was very good.
AAbdelali abidThe reception on the day of check-in was very mixed. The person was unprofessional. Despite the fact that I requested a check-in around noon and despite the hotel being almost empty, I didn't receive the room key until around 2 p.m.
The room cleaning was approximate, and during the 4 days of my stay, it was never cleaned.
The hotel does not serve breakfast.
