"The hotel is quite close to the city center, yet the neighborhood is quiet. There's a metro station and bus stops nearby. You'll also find Khinkali House and a 24-hour store within walking distance. Plus, there's a small market nearby where you can buy fresh vegetables and berries. The hotel itself is new, and the staff are incredibly friendly. There's a rooftop terrace with excellent views. We didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on that. The room was cleaned daily, and fresh towels were provided every day. In the evening, you can even watch hot air balloons right from the terrace – it's quite impressive! Would we choose this hotel again? Yes!"

"I really liked the concept of this budget hotel. It's perfect if you're staying for a couple of nights to visit Tbilisi's main attractions. It has everything you need: comfortable, compact rooms, daily housekeeping, friendly staff, and breakfast (though we didn't opt for that). The hotel is located in a great area with excellent amenities, including many cafes, trendy spots, a two-story McDonald's, and close proximity to the metro and funicular."

"Overall, I liked the hotel; the location is convenient. We were checked into a room on the 3rd floor with mountain views, which was very beautiful. I loved spending time on the balcony on rainy days or after long walks. The room is spacious, with large windows. Towels were changed daily, and water was provided. Regarding cleanliness, there are definitely issues: dirty windows, dust, a rusty soap holder, and the floors weren't mopped, only once out of the six days we stayed there, and the sheets were changed on that same day. But overall, it wasn't critical for me. It's comfortable and cozy. As someone who enjoys a cozy sit-down on a balcony, I would have liked a kettle in the room, but they don't provide one. However, you can get free tea and coffee in the dining area anytime. Avlabari metro station is 10 minutes away, and the Cathedral is literally visible from the window."

"This boutique hotel is housed in a meticulously restored historic residential building dating from the late 19th to early 20th century. It's located in the former German colony of Tiflis (now the Chugureti district), just 500 meters from Marjanishvili Metro Station and the bustling pedestrian David Agmashenebeli Avenue. The hotel boasts high ceilings, fireplaces and stoves, an impressive original wooden staircase in the main entrance, vintage stained-glass windows, exposed brickwork in the corridors, and traditional wooden balconies overlooking a quiet inner street. There is no elevator. I stayed in an attic room. Breakfasts are a simple buffet style. There's also an inner courtyard. The other half of the building is currently undergoing renovation (finishing work), but this did not disturb my stay at all. It's a perfect balance of antique Tbilisi charm and modern comfort."

"The room was renovated, clean, beautiful, and comfortable. It even had a terrace, making it a very lovely room. Mineral water and amenities were also provided. However, there's no elevator, so I had to carry my own luggage. I couldn't manage my suitcase, which meant I had to take my bags to and from the front desk floor every time. The front desk staff varied, some diligent and some not, so I couldn't get help with my luggage. Luggage storage after check-out is free, which is a nice touch. The last front desk woman I met even came down the stairs to see me off. While other staff members were absent or sleeping at that hour, she was well-groomed and working early in the morning. If her salary is the same as the other staff, that's surprising. Well, the price was reasonable, so if you think of it as an unmanned hotel, it's not a problem."

"This small hotel is located right across the street from Freedom Square, making its location incredibly convenient. As soon as we arrived, we booked a walking tour, and the starting point was just a three-minute walk from Freedom Square. The hotel itself is clean and straightforward, without any frills, but it has everything you need. We stayed for several days as a family: two adults and one child. The linens were clean, though a bit worn, and all necessary amenities were provided. Our room had a small refrigerator, a balcony, a kettle, standard toiletries, and a hairdryer. In the hallway, there was an ironing board with an iron. The balcony faced the courtyard, which we actually preferred, as it kept the street noise out – it can get quite loud in the evenings. We didn't spend much time at the hotel; we mostly just slept, had breakfast, and then headed out for tours. Breakfasts are prepared in-house and were quite good – tasty, varied, and without excessive extravagance, but neat and tidy. You definitely won't go hungry. There's also a separate summer terrace where you can have breakfast. The staff were friendly and communicative. Our flight was in the evening, and we were able to leave our luggage at the hotel until then, as pre-arranged."

"Very good location, only 5 mins walk to Freedom square. The room is nice and quite spacious. The communication with hotel staff is also good, we arrived very late at night and leave very early in the morning. But check in check out process all went very smoothly."
