"Good location, 3 minutes walk from Ablavari station where metro and bus stops gather. There was also a mini supermarket Carrefour, a bank, and a currency exchange office nearby. It is close to the old town, so it is convenient for walking. The staff can hardly speak English. There are many people at the reception, so it may be a little inconvenient when there is something. The room also had a refrigerator and hot water pot, the bed was clean and comfortable, but there was no amenities, and we recommend bringing it as needed. The hot shower took a little time to get hot, but it went out comfortably. It is convenient to charge because there are many outlets (C type). However, the heating effect of the air conditioner was subtly bad, and it was a little cold while it was cold in the morning and evening (and I couldn't operate it without a remote control in the first place, so I asked the staff to bring it from another room ...)"

"The room was spacious, the bed was comfy and the hotel location was good. Very close to a metro station or walking distance to some of the main touristic attractions. The breakfast was a homemade buffet style and everything tasted nice and fresh. Coming from a warm place I struggled with the cold temperature the first night so I requested an extra blanket during the second day on my stay and they promptly gave it to me. Surprisingly enough, when I came back to the room on the third day, I noticed that the staff not only left the bed prepared with the extra duvet from the previous night, but also brought a heater to make the room warmer for the rest of my stay. I was really touched with the gesture."

"My daughter, my friend, and I stayed at this hotel for 3 days (2 nights), and we absolutely loved everything! The room was clean and cozy, and everything was neatly prepared. Upon our request, they immediately provided us with extra towels. The housekeeping was excellent, making it a pleasure to stay in such a room.
