"Good location, 3 minutes walk from Ablavari station where metro and bus stops gather. There was also a mini supermarket Carrefour, a bank, and a currency exchange office nearby. It is close to the old town, so it is convenient for walking.
The staff can hardly speak English. There are many people at the reception, so it may be a little inconvenient when there is something.
The room also had a refrigerator and hot water pot, the bed was clean and comfortable, but there was no amenities, and we recommend bringing it as needed.
The hot shower took a little time to get hot, but it went out comfortably.
It is convenient to charge because there are many outlets (C type).
However, the heating effect of the air conditioner was subtly bad, and it was a little cold while it was cold in the morning and evening (and I couldn't operate it without a remote control in the first place, so I asked the staff to bring it from another room ...)"

"The big sister and little brother at the front desk are very enthusiastic in their service. The room is also very beautiful. The location is very good and the price/performance ratio is very high. I am very happy to live here and I am very satisfied with everything."

CClairemfalveyThe hotel was on a quiet street, but just around the corner from shops and restaurants. Room was a huge size with a kitchen (full fridge, stove top, table chairs and sofa). Bed was comfortable. There was no lift/elevator but there was help from staff getting things up and down.
Issues was the shower, that despite being enclosed, there was a huge puddle outside it everytime, no matter how much I tried to stop it. But the towels were changed everyday.
I would like to have had time with no staff coming to clean, as I was told to go out for a bit while they cleaned.
Breakfast was tailored to people, so you had to give a time to go down. On holidays you wake at odd times so I woke up hours before I said I was gping down but became too hungry to wait, not knowing what to expect. After that I didn't bother with breakfast and sorted my own food.
I would say, overall, very good value for money.

AAnonymous UserWe were looking for a hotel for one night before our flight. It was in a great location and affordable. But the overall condition of the hotel left much to be desired – our room door barely closed, there was a huge crack in the doorframe, and a torn sheet. 😁
Breakfast was good, fairly ordinary, without much choice.
Cheap and cheerful.
My husband and I had a good laugh about it all, got some sleep, and then drove on. But maybe my review will help someone else.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel might seem unassuming at first glance, but it's genuinely a great choice if you're traveling alone for business or leisure.
First off, it's very quiet at night, which is perfect for sleeping. The hotel also has a fantastic terrace where you can even order food late at night.
It's also really close to the city center of Tbilisi.
The only downsides are that communication in English can be difficult, so you'll need to have a translation app ready. Also, toiletries are only provided for the first day; if you need more, you'll have to ask at the front desk daily.

OOne Country at a TimeThis was my second week. I had more problems this week and I wasn't met with helpful or responsible attitudes. There is specifically one guy (blind hair) on reception whose attitude was so defensive and passive-aggressive that I don't feel he fits working in hospitality. Sadly I was constantly blocked from accessing the manager who had previously been helpful. It was very noisy because the walls are thin, the housekeeping are noisy and the doors are slamming. Maybe over a few days you don't notice this but two weeks was too much.

Pro: I found collaboration at the reception.
Cons: I saw other images different than the reality when I booked the hotel. There was a lot of dust (the telephone in the photo was already cleaned) so due to my allergy - but also for a medium standard of cleanings - , I had to clean when I entered in the room with some specific products fortunately I had with me. In addition to this, there were a lot of rusty taps and they should be changed/ clean with a specific cleaning product. The carpet was dirty as well as the bed decorations as in the photo. In this case, I suggest to remove ruined things to make the room cleaner. The last thing I didn’t appreciate was the fact that at the reception I had some language barrier problems speaking in English. Some people known English well, but not everybody and this is a sort of problem if you have to give info at the reception. I’m not happy to give this review but I hope this will be inspiring to have a better cleaning’s standard and happier guests.

Take metro to liberty square, just walk 10 15 mins. Or just bolt to the hotel.
Opposite the hotel a small cafe selling sandwiches and red wine. The owner is kind and friendly. But he only speak local or Russian.
The receptionists at the hotel are nice too.
Do not take any unlicensed driver, it’s so expensive.
Take bus or metro from the airport

We stayed at Hotel Shine Palace for 2 nights and overall had a comfortable experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The twin beds were comfortable, and basic amenities were in place.
The hotel being alcohol-free and offering private parking was a big plus for us. It's ideal for families or travelers who prefer a quiet and respectful environment. The on-site restaurant was convenient, though the menu could use a bit more variety.
The check-in and check-out process was smooth. Staff were polite and responsive, though some improvement in English communication would enhance the guest experience for international travelers.
Great value for the price (AED 198.86 for 2 nights), especially considering the location and overall cleanliness. Would recommend it for short stays or business travelers looking for a quiet, budget-friendly option.
Suggestions: Adding more lighting in the room and offering complimentary water bottles would be a nice touch.
