"The location is fantastic, right on Rustaveli Avenue, yet it's surprisingly quiet. It's super convenient to get everywhere; Freedom Square is just a 20-minute walk away, and there's a metro and bus stop right outside. For Chinese travelers, food is also easy to find, with a Chinese restaurant right at the entrance (though a bit pricey, e.g., rice is usually 4 GEL a bowl elsewhere, but 10.9 GEL there). There are many other Chinese restaurants on Rustaveli Avenue, like Xin Ya and Ding Sheng, which are quite good. The hotel rooms are about 13 square meters, relatively small, perfect if you're out exploring during the day and just need a place to sleep at night. The main draw is the low price, starting with a '2'! Breakfast is decent, and overall, it's a great place."

"The reception on the day of check-in was very mixed. The person was unprofessional. Despite the fact that I requested a check-in around noon and despite the hotel being almost empty, I didn't receive the room key until around 2 p.m.
The room cleaning was approximate, and during the 4 days of my stay, it was never cleaned.
The hotel does not serve breakfast."

"The hotel is a 40-minute walk from the sights. At first they gave us a room on the third floor, with an entrance from the balcony. The room is standard, a price-comfort ratio. The entrance door is plastic, and when you lock it with a key, there is a gap through which air blows. The furniture is a bit worn. We asked the administrator to change the room.
We moved to a room on the first floor next to the reception. The room is better, more space, there is an entrance area. It is tidier. The bathroom does not have a shower wall, and there is no curtain either. If you swim, it splashes in all directions. Be prepared to swim. The pressure in the shower feels like it cuts your skin. The stream of water does not flow straight, but in different directions.
Don't expect cleaning in the room, but we were there for 2 days
The breakfasts are tolerable, from the category of homemade cold. Every day sausage, cucumber/tomato, boiled eggs, buns, and a couple of dishes that change. It is better to come for breakfast first if you are counting on choice and hot food
On average, you can stay in a hotel if you do not want to overpay for accommodation."

When guests have some time on their hands they can make use of the onsite facilities. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. If you are looking for a convenient place to stay, our guests have told us that this location is excellent.
"Good location, 3 minutes walk from Ablavari station where metro and bus stops gather. There was also a mini supermarket Carrefour, a bank, and a currency exchange office nearby. It is close to the old town, so it is convenient for walking.
The staff can hardly speak English. There are many people at the reception, so it may be a little inconvenient when there is something.
The room also had a refrigerator and hot water pot, the bed was clean and comfortable, but there was no amenities, and we recommend bringing it as needed.
The hot shower took a little time to get hot, but it went out comfortably.
It is convenient to charge because there are many outlets (C type).
However, the heating effect of the air conditioner was subtly bad, and it was a little cold while it was cold in the morning and evening (and I couldn't operate it without a remote control in the first place, so I asked the staff to bring it from another room ...)"

"The room was spacious, the bed was comfy and the hotel location was good. Very close to a metro station or walking distance to some of the main touristic attractions.
The breakfast was a homemade buffet style and everything tasted nice and fresh.
Coming from a warm place I struggled with the cold temperature the first night so I requested an extra blanket during the second day on my stay and they promptly gave it to me.
Surprisingly enough, when I came back to the room on the third day, I noticed that the staff not only left the bed prepared with the extra duvet from the previous night, but also brought a heater to make the room warmer for the rest of my stay. I was really touched with the gesture."

GGregArshinovThis place is a must if you want to save money while still enjoying good service and clean suite. I and my friend stayed there for a week. We enjoyed Tamara and Georgi’s hospitality: they greeted us with homemade wine and offered assistance in finding our way around Tbilisi. Overall experience was pleasant. We also liked the location: it’s only 5 min walk to metro station and 7 min walk to the Holy Trinity Cathedral, an amazing piece of traditional Georgian architecture.

日日本人だよThis is the best hostel I've ever stayed in. The furnishings are incredibly well-thought-out, and the common areas are even more stylish than a trendy cafe. Since you take off your shoes before entering the bedroom, it's kept clean, and the air conditioning works well. There's a kitchen and all the necessary amenities. There's a washing machine (15 GEL). The owner is also very friendly and helpful, offering advice. The only downside is that it's a little far from the tourist spots, but I took a Bolt taxi. It's about 15 minutes one way, and it's very cheap at 5-6 GEL. If you're looking for a place to stay in Tbilisi, I highly recommend staying here. I was very satisfied.

The food is simple but delicious, and the kitchen team made every meal feel like home. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable, though the amenities are basic—don’t expect 5-star luxury, but it's very fair for the price. Location is a bit outside the center but well-connected via nearby bus stop. Great value and even better people.

GGuest UserWe stayed at this hotel in the summer and were generally pleased. It was obvious that the renovation was done a few years ago, and although the hotel is a little worn out in places, the overall impression is still positive, especially compared to other hotels in Georgia. The room was clean, comfortable, the location is excellent, and the price is quite justified, considering the local market and the level of service.
If we come to Tbilisi again, we will most likely choose this hotel again.
A few comments: the air conditioner in our room clearly needs maintenance - there was mold inside, which is especially unpleasant in the summer heat, when you have to use it regularly. We ask the administration to pay attention to this and monitor the cleanliness of the air conditioners.
And another thing: the young security guard at the entrance sometimes allows himself to be rude. If you ignore this, it does not interfere with your rest, but it is still worth noting.
Otherwise, everything is fine. The price matches the quality, and from the point of view of economic feasibility, this hotel is a good choice

Negative points are:
1. We hanged sign ”Clean up room”, but nothing happened. The carpet is dirty. The shower missed some part.
2. Service by the reception. We arrived at 4.30 in the morning.
The receptionist was not aware what should he do, he was incompetent and unfriendly.
He made us feel as we disturbed him, so it was not a good customer service.
To summarize: Good hotel , good location but needs improvement.

GGuest UserХороший отель за свои деньги. Даже придираться не хотелось. Брали на несколько суток. Отдохнуть после дороги - самое то! Рядом станция метро, недалеко Карфур. На ресепшене был русскоговорящий парень, подсказал нам по метро и в целом был доброжелательным.
Номер чистый, душевая тоже. Панорамные окна, с 6-ого этажа был отличный вид на горы. Рядом оживленная дорога, но дискомфорта не было.

JJessa MartyRoom was very clean, spacious, and safe. The room itself is very chic and if your an aesthetic person, you would love it. Location is very accessible to everything. Around 10-15 mins of walking to a metro station and, likewise, to the nearest mall. The only downside of this is the amenities. No elevator and no bidet but its not a thing for european countries so expect it in all hotels and apartments but they have washing machine and a flat iron

GGuest UserThe hotel is located along the road from Tbilisi city center to Tbilisi International Airport. Taxi/Bolt access is very easy and cost me 17Lari from the airport. At 3:30 in the morning, I had to wait about 15min for someone from the hotel to open the door for me and allow me to check in. The hotel is simple, dated with hot water, shampoo, toothbrush, toothpaste and soap available. Upon arrival, I asked to buy a bottle of water and was told that it was not possible and that I could drink the tap water. Ideal for one night but not more.
