"The best hotel in Tbilisi for value for money. The staff speaks excellent English and Russian. The rooms are small, suitable for those who spend minimal time at the hotel. There's a large lobby. It's conveniently located, 7-10 minutes to the metro. The Old Town is a 25-minute walk away."

"Good location, 3 minutes walk from Ablavari station where metro and bus stops gather. There was also a mini supermarket Carrefour, a bank, and a currency exchange office nearby. It is close to the old town, so it is convenient for walking.
The staff can hardly speak English. There are many people at the reception, so it may be a little inconvenient when there is something.
The room also had a refrigerator and hot water pot, the bed was clean and comfortable, but there was no amenities, and we recommend bringing it as needed.
The hot shower took a little time to get hot, but it went out comfortably.
It is convenient to charge because there are many outlets (C type).
However, the heating effect of the air conditioner was subtly bad, and it was a little cold while it was cold in the morning and evening (and I couldn't operate it without a remote control in the first place, so I asked the staff to bring it from another room ...)"

"Good hostel. Clean, comfortable. There is a kitchen with a basic set of equipment, except for a stove (a microwave oven helps out). It was difficult to figure out how to check in on your own (late check-in), since not all the information came to the email, only with checking the access codes to the doors on the hostel website. In the end, the code for the front door was still incorrect. Fortunately, a WhatsApp account is linked to the hostel's phone number. I managed to contact the manager, he gave all the instructions on access and accommodation."

"Excellent hotel, small and clean. It's recently renovated, and they've done a great job preserving the original features of the old building, like the brickwork, windows, and fireplace.
We booked an hour before arriving, and there was a bit of a mix-up at check-in. Several guests were checking in at the same time, and our room was occupied. The owner greeted us, sorted everything out, got us checked in, and even helped us park our car (which can be tricky in Old Tbilisi). The front desk staff were also very welcoming.
Breakfast in the morning was simple but high-quality. You can also sit in the lounge quietly without any noise and enjoy a glass of wine.
We really enjoyed our stay!"

GGuest UserWe had an excellent stay. The location was fantastic, the hotel was exceptionally clean, and it was worth every penny spent. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always willing to help whenever needed.
We arrived very late at night, but the self-check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Communication with the staff was easy at all times, and they were quick to respond to any questions or requests.
The room was well-equipped, and all the facilities provided were excellent and worked perfectly. We genuinely have no complaints about this hotel. It exceeded our expectations, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

ППолина КулWonderful hotel! I was impressed by the elevator with a window overlooking the city. The room design is excellent; everything you need is there. The windows overlooked buildings, unfortunately, but you could also see a beautiful church nearby in the woods, illuminated at night. It was beautiful, so I loved it. The main thing is to close the curtains at night, otherwise the windows look right into the windows.
The buffet is a bit limited, but they made me a personal sausage omelet, which I'm very grateful for. A special ”like” for the pancakes.
Upon check-in, they prepared a gift of a bottle of wine and dried fruit! And for March 8th, they made a cake... It was very nice. Excellent service.

ВВусалаOverall, I liked the hotel; the location is convenient. We were checked into a room on the 3rd floor with mountain views, which was very beautiful. I loved spending time on the balcony on rainy days or after long walks. The room is spacious, with large windows. Towels were changed daily, and water was provided. Regarding cleanliness, there are definitely issues: dirty windows, dust, a rusty soap holder, and the floors weren't mopped, only once out of the six days we stayed there, and the sheets were changed on that same day. But overall, it wasn't critical for me. It's comfortable and cozy. As someone who enjoys a cozy sit-down on a balcony, I would have liked a kettle in the room, but they don't provide one. However, you can get free tea and coffee in the dining area anytime. Avlabari metro station is 10 minutes away, and the Cathedral is literally visible from the window.

HHIYOKO345The room was renovated, clean, beautiful, and comfortable. It even had a terrace, making it a very lovely room. Mineral water and amenities were also provided. However, there's no elevator, so I had to carry my own luggage. I couldn't manage my suitcase, which meant I had to take my bags to and from the front desk floor every time. The front desk staff varied, some diligent and some not, so I couldn't get help with my luggage. Luggage storage after check-out is free, which is a nice touch. The last front desk woman I met even came down the stairs to see me off. While other staff members were absent or sleeping at that hour, she was well-groomed and working early in the morning. If her salary is the same as the other staff, that's surprising. Well, the price was reasonable, so if you think of it as an unmanned hotel, it's not a problem.

- breakfast is simple but had everything we need (just missed the Georgian Bread though)
I have no cons, just some observations:
- the hotel is in an steep area (I think is not easy for elderly people), but you can always use Bolt
- 15 minutes walk from the begining of the central area
- Wifi was very unstable on cellphones, but worked perfectly on my laptop.
It is a very good place to stay in Tbilisi.

We stayed at Hotel Shine Palace for 2 nights and overall had a comfortable experience. The room was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The twin beds were comfortable, and basic amenities were in place.
The hotel being alcohol-free and offering private parking was a big plus for us. It's ideal for families or travelers who prefer a quiet and respectful environment. The on-site restaurant was convenient, though the menu could use a bit more variety.
The check-in and check-out process was smooth. Staff were polite and responsive, though some improvement in English communication would enhance the guest experience for international travelers.
Great value for the price (AED 198.86 for 2 nights), especially considering the location and overall cleanliness. Would recommend it for short stays or business travelers looking for a quiet, budget-friendly option.
Suggestions: Adding more lighting in the room and offering complimentary water bottles would be a nice touch.

There is no service. Nobody told me anything about the hotel ie. when and where breakfast are. Housekeeping is useless. Someone came into my room everyday but did nothing useful...never made the bed, never took away the garbage, never replaced the tea.The only thing she did everyday was take the towels out of the bathroom which I found annoying. Everyday after coming back and washing my hands, I had to go searching for a new towel with hands dripping. I would have much rather nobody come in but there wasn’t a do not disturb sign.
