"AMAZING STAY!! Amazing hospitality and service! Location was near a restaurant which was open and about 15mins walk down to Fira. Room was spacious and located near a trekking route. Good for morning walks. Balcony had a great view of the caldera. Went in January, which is their coldest month. Most of the shops were close. But prices of the stay were cheaper than summer. Hotel could arrange car rental for us and it was reasonably priced. Very easy to rent. Enjoyed our stay a lot."

"This is a hotel that just opened. The facilities are very new. The bed is very big and it is very comfortable to sleep. The air conditioner and air purifier are very powerful. The bathroom is relatively large. The water is clean and has no odor. The hot water comes very quickly! ^ ^

"The service was great. They gave me a bottle of red wine and upgraded the room for free. The room was very clean and the breakfast should be good. Because we needed to leave at 6 o'clock to catch the ferry to Santorini, the hotel also thoughtfully prepared breakfast. It's really a great hotel with a good location. It's also close to the Acropolis on foot. It's probably a 10-minute walk from the subway."

AAha Alison!We had the gold suite for our stay and absolutely loved it. It came with two bedrooms and two bathrooms for my friend and I which was very convenient. The breakfast was served to us upon our request of time with a great variety of choice of food!! It was really amazing… the view, the rooms, the facilities and the food, everything was fantastic!! And the staff Nana was sooo friendly and helpful on giving us suggestions on restaurants and places to go!! We stayed 3 nights here and didn’t want to leave!!! Strongly recommended!!

YYONGA typical cliff hotel in the middle of the small town of Fira and the town of Imerovigli. There are a total of six cave-style suites with a wide view and beautiful scenery! There is a jacuzzi on the balcony, which can be soaked in the crater in the distance. It may be one of the best choices for viewing the crater. Sunset can also be seen from the hotel's balcony, but it is not the best angle. Watching the sunset is still going to Oia or at least 6 to 700 meters north of Imerovigli. Going to the blue-top church in the town of Fira, you can see that it is about twenty minutes walk. The hotel has a shared car park, which is very close to the hotel. On the side of the main road, the Dreams logo is clear. A little far from the gas station. The manager of the hotel is very enthusiastic, will take the initiative to help with the luggage, can also help to book the hotel to the airport or the terminal car, the price is slightly lower than the market price, the car is in good condition, it seems that you can also help rent a car. The room is quite big, there is a kitchen, but it can only be boiled, noodles, no cooking utensils, no fire. The breakfast is a single type, delivered directly to the guest room at the agreed time. There are more varieties, hot water and hot milk, and almost no hot dishes. The room is beautiful with air conditioning, the sound is not big, and the night is quiet. The quality of the bedding is average, not very smooth, slightly thick.

My stay at Rocabella has been wonderful. When I arrived, Lia told me they had a special surprise for me…that my room was upgraded. I couldn’t believe it!
The daily housekeeping was great, they cleaned and tidy the room like I had not been there the night before. The breakfast options were unbelievable and delicious. You order your breakfast over the phone and the kitchen will deliver to your room within minutes. I was there late February, so it is not as busy as the summertime. So, things might be different during busy season. I will definitely recommend Rocabella to any of my friends and families that are going to Santorini.

AAnonymous UserI was traveling alone, but the female staff from Egypt welcomed me very kindly, which I appreciated. On the way back, they also arranged a taxi so that I could make it in time for my flight, which was very helpful. I can only speak basic English, but I am very grateful for their patient assistance. The view was spectacular, and I was very impressed when I was shown to my room. However, the breakfast was quite simple, which was frankly disappointing. It was the off-season, and most of the shops were closed, so I was looking forward to the hotel's breakfast. It is located in a place that can only be reached by walking up a narrow and steep staircase, so it seems like it would be difficult to get around if you have a lot of luggage or are not confident in your physical strength.

In fact, I confirmed with the hotel management that their living room is the entire public area, and the massage pool is also in the public area. In short, it is a bit inconsistent. The small house on the right side of my photo is a one-bedroom, which is probably 20 square meters. The other two photos were taken in the public area lobby. The last sign is on the roadside, the location is not bad, at the entrance of Oia town
