"There we had was massive, we have been upgraded to their biggest room. The Jacuzzi outside the room is heated and lukewarm but the swimming pool is not a heated pool . The location is close to the main centre and bus stop station.

"The location seems very central, but we had some difficulty finding it.
If you don’t have a car and plan to go out in the evening, it might not be the best choice.
However, we only stayed for one night, so it wasn’t a big issue for us.
The rooms were clean, and it’s a family-run place."

"The room was very nice and clean, with a large terrace outside, not far from the coast. There is an outdoor swimming pool, which is very clean. There is a car to pick up guests to the city center regularly. I will choose this hotel again next time I travel."

"Really like the place. I only stayed 1 night in Santorini, wish I stayed longer. I stayed in February so it was the off season. It was so quiet in the hotel.
It's located a short walk to the main area in Fira. Also not far from the Fira bus station which connects you to the rest of the island.
The room was perfect. Nicely decorated, soft blanket, great bed, good shower, a lot of outlets next to the bed, it had a hairdryer and shampoo, no toothbrush. There was a nice private balcony with chairs to look out to the sea.
Check in was fast. Office is right down stairs and open most of the day. I left my luggage there on my final day and went back to pick it up before my flight.

"I stayed at Ambience Suites during the off-season in Santorini when there was a small earthquake, but I had a wonderful 3-day stay and left with only good memories.
Unfortunately, I dropped my AirPods under the bed and realized it too late. I hope I can come back someday to retrieve them. Thank you for the great hospitality!"

"The location is on the other side of the most beautiful cliff in the town of Fira. It takes about half an hour by bus to get to the town of Fira. The bus fare to and from the town is 3.6 euros. It is only in the town that you can transfer to other attractions. In the winter, this area is basically All restaurant hotels are not open, find the only restaurant that is open and it takes about 25 minutes to walk. The hotel's room is very small, the bed is old and smudged. In the winter, there is only a thin blanket of wool (and old and smudged). The air conditioner does not heat up and the voice is too loud. After the complaint, the store insists on air conditioning. Can heat, not to change rooms (the three days all hotels are only us, there are several rooms available), only added two blankets to us. One night of staying for one night, there was a power outage for about 30 minutes. The last night might be that the water heater was turned off. The bathing water was getting colder and colder (winter is really bad). The next morning, the store complained that the store had to heat up the water heater for 30 minutes. Water supply. On the fourth day, I moved to the most beautiful cliff wines and lived for more than 100 yuan. The rooms are new and large, and the facilities are too good. This store is definitely not recommended in the off-season."

"Very nice hotel. There are several swimming pools, a bar-restaurant and a restaurant for breakfast.
It is close to the city, but you have to walk to it along the road for a few minutes. In general, this is not a problem, but if you want to rent in the center, you should look for another option.
Instead of a double bed, there were two single beds, which is very inconvenient. They constantly moved apart, and the pillows are so thin that after the second night our necks really hurt.
The breakfasts are monotonous, but acceptable, we did not go hungry."

YYunitingfengThe service is in place, and there is a dedicated person to take the luggage. The service of this hotel is very thoughtful. As soon as we arrived at the door, there was a dedicated person to open the door for us and help with the luggage, which made people feel at home. The staff was friendly and quick, and the whole check-in process was very smooth. Whether it is reception or luggage service, it reflects a high level of professionalism. People feel respected and cared for, and live very safely and comfortably.

As we arrived, we were proactively greeted by a member of the staff. He attended to our baggage and walked us down to the Aqua Villa Dream room. The room wasn’t on the highest part of Oia, but it was near a great terrace which had lawn chairs and which we used for photos.
Our room has a personal terrace as well with a comfortable chair, but the view from there wasn’t the best.
As we entered the room, we saw that we’d been given a complimentary bottle of wine as well as a bottle of water. The staff member gave us a quick tour of the room, which was interestingly shaped and carved into the cliff. It felt very unique and cozy. We had a smart television that we used for Netflix, as well as a refrigerator. The room also had a jacuzzi, though we didn’t use it as we were visiting in August and it was already quite warm outside. The plunge pool had a cool window that opened to the ocean, though.
The bathroom was a bit small, but the shower was good quality with strong water pressure and consistent temperature.
The staff added me on WhatsApp for easy communication which was GREAT.
The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets as well as a hollow headboard which was good for putting our phones and other things over night. Everything in the room was cleaned when we arrived. There was also a cleaning service when we were away during the day.
The air conditioner was strong and there was a dehumidifier as well. There were plenty of towels and outlets, though we of course needed a converter for our American electronic devices.
There was a coffee maker with easy to use pods, as well as 2 pairs of soft white slippers.
We did not try the breakfast or the massage service.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay. My only wish is that the view directly from our room was a bit better, as the room is tucked into the mountainside. However, there were nice photo spots all around us, so we only had to take 20 steps to get a nice view of the sunrise or sunset in comfy chairs. If I return to Santorini, I will absolutely stay here again!

__WeChat288937****Service: I want to give a huge shout-out to the handsome Greek gentleman at the front desk. His service was meticulous and attentive; he helped us book a rental car, recommended boat tours, and suggested sightseeing routes. He also pre-ordered breakfast based on our preferences and even helped us load our luggage into the car when we left, as there was a rocky path that was difficult to navigate. Extremely professional! On the island, you have to drink bottled water, and the hotel provided a bottle daily, which was a great touch for guests.
Environment: It's very close to the Mediterranean Sea, so you can lie back and gaze at the blue sky. Right outside, you can access the Fira cliffside walkway, perfect for seeing the blue-domed churches.
Facilities: Quite new, and comes with toiletries and disposable slippers.
Cleanliness: Generally good, cleaned daily, very spotless.

The staff, particularly Thanos is friendly and helpful.
The room itself is clean and spacious and the bed comfortable.
However, will require to climb about 5 mins of stairs from the hotel lobby to the main square in Oia. The friendly staff will help with the luggage.
To note, the stairs to the hotel can be slippery, walk carefully.

The room was spacious for a triple room, but would have been better to have the sink located within the toilet itself instead of it being separated from the toilet (which had the shower and toilet bowl).

DDenne GohTook the senior suite. Room was oddly shaped with the toilet a few steps down. But it was quite cool. Toilet seems to encourage couple showering with 2 shower heads and plenty of space in the shower.
Room wasn’t too far from the top of the walking street so that made going in and out easy.
The outdoor jacuzzi faces the setting sun and the view was just memorizing. We had our breakfast on the balcony and it was just great.
Staffs once again were helpful and courteous.

GGuest UserWe arrived earlier in the day & asked if we could do early check in. We were told that the room we have booked isn’t available early, so we could upgrade to another room & get early check in option. We agreed. When we checked in the room didn’t look like any upgrade, as it was pretty basic. Also, if these are how most of the rooms are, they aren’t great. The room had a stair to go ‘up’ where a tiny bed was places, and the ceiling was so low that even a 5-foot height tiny person like me would bump her head. The stairs aren’t too safe, so if you have to walk down in the middle of the night to use the bathroom below the bed area, you better be fully awake & cautious if your steps.
Shower didn’t work properly with hot/cold water. I couldn’t wash my hair, had to quickly get out of the shower.
I would have preferred, if they just told us there was an extra charge for early check in.
In case I’m wrong, and this room was indeed an ‘upgrade’ then I don’t know what the basic room will be. Can’t imagine what would be even lesser. Maybe no window / balcony.
The swimming pool was closed, probably because it was still cold when we went.
The property looks nice though, it’s just 10 mins taxi ride from the city square. The rooms have a balcony & peaceful view as there aren’t too many buildings around.
It’s quite & clean. Just that the rooms are too basic & the tiny bed in tiny space was uncomfortable for two people to sleep in. It was claustrophobic for me. Couldn’t sleep well, couldn’t bathe well. But I did enjoy sitting in the balcony & sipping my tea in peace.

breakfast is not buffet, but they serve you lots of food and various, average quality, terrible coffee 😅
swimming pool sometimes is closed, sometimes it is opened, they do not have a fixed schedule which is a bit annoying if you are really into using the pool. the pool is big and it has a nice view.
location is perfect, 10 minutes from the bus station, in the center, on the cliff with a great view of the volcano
