"Staying at this hotel was part of our trip to Greece, my gift to my wife on our wedding anniversary - 3 days in Athens, then 3 days in Santorini. Next time I would cancel any stay at Athens and spend more time here, at this wonderful island of peace and beauty. The hotel is located in the village of Imerovigli, sitting in between of Oia and the island capital, Fira, both within walking distance (hiking routes) or via shuttle bus (Eur 2 per person). The hotel is only 20-30 min from airport, the hotel admins were very helpful in obtaining visas for us, contacting us before our trip and offering a private airport shuttle at the same price as you could contract from airport (euro 70 round). Views from hotel are just spectacular, you see the same beauty of white houses camped vertically, on top of each other on black rocks, famous Santorini caldera. From hotel you get perfect sunset views, sitting at the restaurant. We stayed at room delta, a nice cave room with private heating pool with whirlpool (jacoozi). No complaints on amenities, everything was just wonderful and perfect. Breakfast is served with what would you select a day before from a nice menu. We also had over dinner at the restaurant, which was great. Nearby you can find also great restaurants, for steak or fish or anything else. We booked on the last week before the closure of the hotel at the end of season, October. Evenings and morning were a bit chilly, but days were just great, exact temperature, not hot , not cold. Only once briefly there was a rain for about 30 min or so while we were walking at Oia. So October is great, less crowdy, you can take sunset photos without elbowing other people. Definitely will book it for our next trip to this fabulous island of Santorini (perhaps together with some other island, Mykonos for instance)."

"Firstly: The Hotel itself is really good Shame about the management and reservation department. I booked a Jacuzzi Premium Suite – Outdoor Jacuzzi (Sea View) month and a half ahead because we have 2 adult and 2 kids so i email a month ahead to let them know. They reply confirmed me everything is fine I just have to pay 30 Euro extra for each night which im fine about it. i got to the hotel at 9:30 at night and they told me they dont have record about adding an extra person. It took me a good 20 minutes showing them emails and confirmation to work out. than they took us to a different room for the night. they told us the room I booked will be ready the next day between noon to 2. I have plan to go out but end up waiting for the room changing. Secondly: We only got given 4 bottle of water out of the 4 days we stayed there. I mean being a five star hotel you can't even spare 4 bottles of water each day? When i ask for bottle of water they try to charge me 5 Euro per bottle."

"When we arrived at the hotel, the hotel upgraded us to two rooms, each with a welcome drink, and then a bottle of champagne and fruit in each room, it feels really good. Breakfast We went to the restaurant to eat, gave a menu, order form, each dish is very large, it is recommended that only one per person is enough. In particular, the hotel's bed is super soft and super comfortable! The only downside is that there is a little distance from the town of Oia, and there is no sunset at the hotel."

"Beautiful hotel with a great breakfast and clean rooms. The reception staff gave complete and detailed information. It takes about 7 minutes to get to Fira."

"The moment we got there, we were blown away by the view! The hotel was literally at the edge of a cliff! Windy with occasional fog but the view was 100%! The hotel added me on WhatsApp in case I needed help or questions of anything! That’s extremely useful and efficient I feel. Free parking available on site right outside of the hotel with NO STAIRS at all! For most accommodations on Santorini, especially those on cliff edges, stairs are common and dreaded. Will recommend this hotel to couples who wants to get away from the crowd of Fira and Oia."

"First off, the entrance to the property is a bit confusing, and it's not clear where you're supposed to go in. Once inside, we had to wait 20 minutes to get our key and access our room. The guy working there was very nice, though; he's the only one doing everything, so I understand he can't always be available. He recommended several things and gave us some tips for the island. We also booked an excursion through the hotel, which was cheaper, so that was great. The location is a 10-minute walk from Fira town, and parking around the hotel is very easy. The room is small but very comfortable and extremely clean. The mattress is large and quite comfortable. Regarding breakfast, I have mixed feelings. The concept is that you choose two items from a list the day before, and they deliver it to your room within a specified time slot. Personally, I find eating in the room uncomfortable; it restricts you to a schedule and doesn't allow for flexibility. It's plentiful, yes, but often I don't like it that much because I feel bad throwing food away. I prefer to choose what I'm actually going to eat. So, if I had to choose next time, I wouldn't opt for the breakfast option. It so happened that the pool wasn't operational during our stay, so we couldn't use it."

"The hotel is built along the mountain wall, very special! View is great! But it is quite hard to go in and out by climbing up (out) and down (back), and it will be very difficult for people with bad knees or weak legs. The service staff has a great attitude! When the weather is good, breakfast can be enjoyed in the outdoor garden. The meal is delicious, coupled with the unbeatable sea view, it is a very good experience!"

"As a landmark tourist destination in Greece, Santorini boasts a plethora of hotels of all kinds, enough to make any choice difficult! The hotel we stayed at wasn't the most luxurious or the most beautiful, but it was definitely the most unique! Located on a hillside overlooking the Fira town, it offered stunning sea views of the volcanic island. Every morning, we could see two or three large cruise ships quietly anchored in the azure Aegean Sea, and at night, they twinkled silently with their lights, creating breathtaking seascapes at every turn! The hotel's white walls, red doors, green plants, and blue pool were also scenes we couldn't get enough of photographing. Both room types we stayed in were quite spacious and well-equipped, with bathrooms reminiscent of Turkish baths. The hotel service was also meticulous and attentive. A handsome young man at the front desk waited until late at night to check us in, and room service staff waited outside our doors until we left before starting to clean. The room was always impeccably tidy. The only downside was the limited fresh water supply on the island; each room only received one large bottle of water free of charge, and any additional water would incur a charge. Breakfast wasn't booked the night before, so there were bound to be translation and comprehension issues. The breakfast portions were a bit small on the first two days, and too much on the last day, which was a little awkward. Fortunately, it was all included in the room rate."

"Service: I want to give a huge shout-out to the handsome Greek gentleman at the front desk. His service was meticulous and attentive; he helped us book a rental car, recommended boat tours, and suggested sightseeing routes. He also pre-ordered breakfast based on our preferences and even helped us load our luggage into the car when we left, as there was a rocky path that was difficult to navigate. Extremely professional! On the island, you have to drink bottled water, and the hotel provided a bottle daily, which was a great touch for guests. Environment: It's very close to the Mediterranean Sea, so you can lie back and gaze at the blue sky. Right outside, you can access the Fira cliffside walkway, perfect for seeing the blue-domed churches. Facilities: Quite new, and comes with toiletries and disposable slippers. Cleanliness: Generally good, cleaned daily, very spotless."

"Great! Beautiful rooms, everything you need is available. A short distance from the center of Fira (~2 km), there are minimarkets and restaurants nearby. Very tasty and varied breakfast. The communal pool is large, I would like it to be open more - now from 11 to 19"
