"Free shuttle even at midnight! Very good communication and quick to arrive. All staff were extremely friendly and polite. The hotel room was lovely, very clean (and I am very picky!) with freshly-washed linens. Large bathroom with great hot shower. Very quiet place despite being so close to the airport. Nothing negative to say; it was a 100% positive stay and I would highly recommend. Shuttle back to the airport was right on time and despite having a lot of people, it went quickly and we were at the airport in only five minutes. "

"We stayed for a short transit from Penang to our hometown. The rooms were little bit small but still enjoyable. The location was strategic. Near hotel there were some restos in walking distance. The hotel has a swimming pool above the receptionist floor. The staffs were nice and helpful for our GoFood orders."

The hotel is very close to Soekarno–Hatta Airport, making it ideal for a short stay — especially if you value comfort, good facilities, and a calm atmosphere. "Stayed here 4 nights and paid about 767 AED total, which is actually very good value for Jakarta. The main reason I chose this hotel was its direct connection to Mal Ciputra Jakarta, which turned out to be extremely convenient. 👍 What Was Good Staff effort The staff were genuinely helpful and polite. When problems happened with the room, they assisted with luggage and helped move me twice without much resistance. They also later tried to make up for the experience by offering an executive dinner at the lounge on the 17th floor, which I appreciated. Gym Surprisingly good for a hotel gym. It’s well equipped and spacious, easily one of the better hotel gyms I’ve seen. Breakfast buffet Breakfast was solid with good variety. No complaints there. Location & mall access This is honestly 75% of the reason to book this hotel. Being directly connected to the mall is extremely convenient for food, shopping and avoiding Jakarta traffic. ⚠️ Where Things Went Wrong Room issues and multiple changes I had to change rooms twice. • First time was around 2 AM after arrival because the shower wasn’t working and the bathroom felt quite dilapidated. • The next morning I had to move again because the AC wouldn’t go below 23°C, which made the room uncomfortable. The third room they gave me was more modern and functional, although slightly smaller. At least the bathroom and AC worked properly. Food quality: This was probably the biggest disappointment. One evening in the lobby I ordered chicken spring rolls and whiskey, and unfortunately bit into a bone inside the spring roll, which was not a pleasant experience at all. The staff removed the dish from the bill and offered a fruit plate, but it still left a bad impression. The à la carte food was also underwhelming. I ordered a pepperoni pizza and fries for around 354,530 IDR, and the pizza honestly tasted like a frozen pizza that had been microwaved rather than freshly cooked. Room service was similarly average. 🚧 Facilities The swimming pool was under construction, so I didn’t get to try it. Final Thoughts Overall I’d say 3 to 3.5 stars. The location, gym, and staff effort were good, but the room issues and disappointing food quality brought the experience down. Would I stay again? Possibly for the location and mall access, but I would definitely skip ordering food at the hotel next time."

"The room is old but we are okay with that. The old vibes does mean anything spooky. I've encountered old hotel with spooky vibes. This Lumire hotel are old but warm and nice to it. Here are main problem that we encountered in this hotel. 1. the room is not clean enough. We could feel dust on the floor and on the table. 2. We could see the AC ventilation is very dirty and might not be cleaned for a long time. I am not sure whether the dust coming from this dirty AC. The sofa is also felt dusty and rough feel on the skin. 3. The pillow sheet, bed sheet is have bad smoke odor, not strong enough but very noticeable. As parents who love to stay in hotel with my kids, this is a BIG NO NO for me. I am not sure where this smell came from. I ensure I ordered non-smoking room, yet I encountered this. 4. The sink is clogged. When we washes our teeth, the water on the sink not fast enough to be drained, indicating clogged problem. 5. The hallway carpet is very dirty and felt humid. Lots of dirty plates, towel etc being put there for long time but not cleaned directly by staffs. 6. My kids and me felt itchy on our body parts after spending a night on this hotel. Ok points: - Bathtub. We encountered the problem in the afur (drainage) that can't be open. It was solved after calling the service person. - Foods. They are just ok. They provide I think around more than 20 menus for breakfast but only like 3-4 of the menus are outstanding in term of flavor for me. - The breakfast for dining is too small for non-smoking area. - No pool for toddler. This was ok since I can swim together with my toddler, but a pool with toddler heights will be very nice. Plus points: 1. The room has old vibes but warm feeling to it. Nothing spooky. 2. The pool is not wide, yet quite deep and felt clean enough for me. The water inside is also feel very refreshing. 3. The pool is located near the kitchen, so we can order food while swimming. 4. TV already using Smart TV."

"Basically the whole experience was a plus. Some downsides of this hotel is, it seems that there is no door insulation which make the door bang loudly every time the hotel guest entering-exiting the room. Even people talk loudly on fifth floor can be heard on third floor. The hotel really need quality sound-proofing material urgently. The noise of people closing the door, chair scraping the floor is just a nightmare at night. The hot water system was inadequate for 2 people. If you have first person showering, the second needs to wait at least 10 minutes to get the benefit of the hot water. Other than that, everything was really good and comfortable.l would like to say thank you and would name the person that really look after while we stayed there. "The hotel is very clean and the service is very good. The front office was very friendly and full of smiles at check in . The hotel location is very strategic and very close to the shopping complex such as Thamrin City, Grand Indonesia anda Plaza Indonesia. Definitely we will come again."

"The location of the hotel is good if you want to shop. It is near to the Thamrin City Mall, Plaza Indonesia & Grand Indonesia. However the cleanliness of the rooms were average. They always forget to wash the tea cups & we need to keep asking for new towels when we come back to the room in the evening. Good breakfast buffet spread. We stayed there for 5 nights."
