The hotel is located right in front of the Blok M market area, a busy location with many vehicles often parked directly in front. To access the market, you’ll likely need to maneuver your way through tightly packed cars and motorbikes. Cleanliness is fairly acceptable. However, the toilet in the lobby was out of service during my stay. When I asked, the staff directed me to use the toilets at either the Gramedia Bookstore or Kopi Oey restaurant next door — which was quite inconvenient. The restaurant itself is not part of the main hotel building. Guests have to walk to Kopi Oey for breakfast or other meals. While the semi-open design of the restaurant was initially fine, I had an unpleasant experience when two guests were smoking during breakfast. It really affected my dining experience and left a negative impression. I stayed on the second floor, and unfortunately, both the Wi-Fi and cellular connection were poor. This was especially frustrating as I was traveling for work and needed stable internet for online meetings. The elevator is noticeably slower compared to other Fave hotels I’ve stayed in. There were also some minor disappointments: No tissue was provided in the room. My request for an extra bathmat was denied — something I’ve never experienced at other Fave properties. Lastly, my friend accidentally broke a glass, and we were charged IDR 20,000 for it. While I understand the charge, a little more flexibility or understanding would have been appreciated. Overall, I found the location too hectic, the amenities lacking, and the service not quite up to par. Sadly, I don’t see myself booking this hotel again.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and truly enjoyed every moment. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, polite, and always ready to help with any questions. Check-in was fast and smooth, which made a great first impression. The room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The bed was soft, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the room had everything needed for a relaxing stay. I especially liked the modern design and the beautiful atmosphere throughout the hotel. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and everything always smelled fresh and clean. The hotel location was also very convenient, close to restaurants, shops, and popular places to visit. It was easy to get around and explore the area. The breakfast had many delicious options, and the food quality was much better than expected. I also appreciated how quiet and peaceful the hotel felt, even during busy hours. One of the best parts of my experience was the service. Every staff member was friendly, professional, and attentive. They always greeted guests with a smile and made me feel comfortable and valued throughout my stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and enjoyable place to stay. Thank you for the amazing hospitality and great memories!

Went here for staycation. The room double bed room was clean cozy but a bit dim. Bathroom, water pressure good. The hotel itself is very charming with gym, pool, rooftop bar, cafe and parking. Hotel staff are professional and kind. Location of the hotel is near CP mall for your shopping and various cafes, restaurants, and indomaret/alfamart for 24 hour convenience store options. 9/10

I really liked this quaint little boutique hotel and its location. I would’ve given it 5 out of 5 had it not been for my extremely poor experience in their restaurant/ bar.  The staff are lazy and inattentive. Constantly on their phones with heads down, more interested in the content on their phones than what they are there for… to work.  The point that really tipped me, was when I ordered a coffee one morning, it was 35k, the next morning I hand the older male there 50k expecting to receive 15k change. After 30 minutes I asked a girl about my change as he had disappeared. She smiled and laughed as I believe her English wasn’t the best and she did not understand. She said she would follow up. After 20 mins I went back to her and made her understand I was not happy at all. A few minutes later she came back to me with 10k. I asked about the other 5k and she chuckled and smiled , still not understanding what I meant.  Upon check out I pointed out my disappointment with reception and asked for management follow up and I am still waiting.  It’s not the 15k or 5k, I could not care less. But when a staff member assumes they can keep the change is dishonest, given how lazy the staff actually were, I was going to give it to him anyway, but do not assume the change is yours to keep.  Whilst I really liked the hotel and the shower was awesome, I am extremely disappointed that management have not taken the time to reach out to me. Don’t get me wrong, this is not about 5k but about the honesty of staff and the integrity of management to follow up on a point of feedback  based upon this I would probably not stay here again, nor make recommendation of the restaurant/bar.

The 101 Hotel is in a great location, not far from the National Monument of Indonesia. We walked there three times, and it only took about ten minutes each way. The hotel restaurant food was very good. Their manager even asked if the food was tasty and if the service was satisfactory. We gave them two suggestions: first, the mung bean porridge was too sweet and needed less sugar; second, the air conditioning was too strong, making it chilly if you were wearing shorts and a t-shirt. Both suggestions were taken on board, and they improved things by breakfast the next day. The hotel staff are all very enthusiastic. It's a really good hotel.

Stayed recently at Holiday Inn Express Jakarta Wahid Hasyim and honestly, it’s a very solid stay if you want convenience and a lively Jakarta experience. Location is definitely the biggest win. It’s right near Sarinah and you can easily walk to malls like Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia and Thamrin City. Super convenient for food, shopping and just exploring the city. As a smoker, I was really glad they still have smoking rooms/floors available. That’s honestly getting harder to find nowadays. Breakfast buffet was just okay, not a huge spread, but the food tasted good and was satisfying enough before heading out for the day. Big shoutout as well to the concierge, front desk and restaurant staff. Everyone was accommodating and helpful throughout the stay. Best memory though? Right across the hotel is one of the oldest pubs in Jakarta. Went there at night and had an absolute blast watching live performances of oldies and 90s songs. The atmosphere was amazing and honestly became one of the most memorable parts of the trip. Definitely recommended.

Location is considerably strategic and close to MRT stations, with plenty of food options nearby. Cleanliness needs work, I found stains on my bed sheet and the towels looked a bit old and ragged. The shower room has no drainage, the water flows to a drainage located in the bathroom directly adjacent to it. Needless to say, it flooded 2/3 of the bathroom. Staff was nice and friendly, especially helpful with the parking provided in the basement. Facilities are good for the price, very basic but I think it's enough.

The hotel front desk requested 100,000rp as deposit upon check-in. A receipt was given and we have to keep it to get back our deposit upon check out. However, in Trip.com this clause was not mentioned. The road that leading to the hotel entrance was very dirty and have lots of holes with dirty smelly water. It made the whole environment surrounding the external of the hotel very unpleasant. The was staircase leading to the lobby hence it made it not so convenient for elderly people. The location is very close to Glodok Chinatown. There's also City Walk Mall and Grand Paragon Mall within walking distance. There are quite a varieties of local eateries outside of hotel. The local eatery just at the right corner of the hotel main road served the best Fried Kuey Teow and Fried Rice after 5pm. The lobby filled with cigarette smell. It considers quite old hotel with very aging yellowish aircond but it can work. The bathroom design was superb as the water flow directly into the drain hole. However, there wasn't any air ventilation in the bathroom. The sink inside bathroom was a bit dirty. The toilet bowl seemed hard to flush water because the water pressure was very low. Have to press the flush button few times everytime we passed motion. The hotel room door has a very huge gap on top and side portion after we closed our room door. When other hotel guest smoking and walking outside our room corridor, we can smell the 2nd hand smoke and heard noises when people talking outside of the corridor. The hotel served decent breakfast although the room rate consider at lower range pricing. Only the coffee served was not hot and very light.

Near to most area, easy access, friendly staffs. But the room got some faulty lights and the aircond was leaking. Overall, all is great.
