"Super little hotel, tucked away down a quiet alley. Large, clean room, beautiful design of the hotel lobby and building. Walking distance to Lotte Mall.
Breakfast was a simple buffet, with main dish ordered. Sometimes that was slow to arrive. The coffee at breakfast wasn't the best.
Only real negative is evening noise from the adjacent badminton (?) court.
Would stay again."

"This hotel is really close to Thamrin City. Great location. There's a hand bidet, oh, heaven! I will definitely repeat my stay here. The air conditioning is cold, the room is comfortable, and the bed is soft. Just in terms of cleanliness, it's a little lacking. There's a cash deposit of IDR 100k. Even though there's traffic around the area, it didn't bother me at all. Highly recommended!"

"I was here during the weekend, overall cleanliness is good, hotel located close to train station. However, i was not expect to have breakfast meal in a meal box. The staff said that the buffet breakfast only serve if i book more than 10 rooms. That was so bias to me. I suggest that next time better to inform to the guest very clearly what tipe of breakfast they will get, so it is not create false expectation."

"This hotel is incredibly convenient for trips to Grand Indonesia, Thamrin City, and Plaza Indonesia. It's a mini-hotel with a strategic location. My only minor criticisms are that the bedsheets had quite a few stains and the towels weren't fresh-smelling, in fact, they had a slightly damp odor. The bed was large, but the middle part wasn't very comfortable because it felt like two twin beds pushed together to form a double. The security staff were friendly and efficient, and the reception and room service were also welcoming. The room was cool with a perfectly functioning air conditioner. Please keep serving Excelso coffee; you don't find that in many other budget hotels. Overall, it's a decent budget hotel near Grand Indonesia."

JjohantajuddinI had a great stay at Yello Hotel Harmoni Jakarta. The hotel is in a very strategic location, making it easy to access many attractions and business areas around Central Jakarta. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a modern and vibrant design that gave the hotel a unique atmosphere. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to assist whenever needed. Breakfast offered a good variety of food, and the overall service exceeded my expectations. The direct access to the mall and nearby dining options was also very convenient. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and affordable stay in Jakarta, and I would gladly stay here again in the future.

However they checked me in early, offer a free ice cream/ ice lolly on arrival and the rooms were lovely. Not sure about the transparent pool though! I felt very self conscious being directly above the lobby!

AArum Octaviani Hadi MulyonoThe hotel is located right in front of the Blok M market area, a busy location with many vehicles often parked directly in front. To access the market, you’ll likely need to maneuver your way through tightly packed cars and motorbikes.
Cleanliness is fairly acceptable.
However, the toilet in the lobby was out of service during my stay. When I asked, the staff directed me to use the toilets at either the Gramedia Bookstore or Kopi Oey restaurant next door — which was quite inconvenient.
The restaurant itself is not part of the main hotel building. Guests have to walk to Kopi Oey for breakfast or other meals. While the semi-open design of the restaurant was initially fine, I had an unpleasant experience when two guests were smoking during breakfast. It really affected my dining experience and left a negative impression.
I stayed on the second floor, and unfortunately, both the Wi-Fi and cellular connection were poor. This was especially frustrating as I was traveling for work and needed stable internet for online meetings.
The elevator is noticeably slower compared to other Fave hotels I’ve stayed in.
There were also some minor disappointments:
No tissue was provided in the room.
My request for an extra bathmat was denied — something I’ve never experienced at other Fave properties.
Lastly, my friend accidentally broke a glass, and we were charged IDR 20,000 for it. While I understand the charge, a little more flexibility or understanding would have been appreciated.
Overall, I found the location too hectic, the amenities lacking, and the service not quite up to par. Sadly, I don’t see myself booking this hotel again.

GGuest UserI really liked this quaint little boutique hotel and its location. I would’ve given it 5 out of 5 had it not been for my extremely poor experience in their restaurant/ bar.
The staff are lazy and inattentive. Constantly on their phones with heads down, more interested in the content on their phones than what they are there for… to work.
The point that really tipped me, was when I ordered a coffee one morning, it was 35k, the next morning I hand the older male there 50k expecting to receive 15k change. After 30 minutes I asked a girl about my change as he had disappeared. She smiled and laughed as I believe her English wasn’t the best and she did not understand. She said she would follow up. After 20 mins I went back to her and made her understand I was not happy at all. A few minutes later she came back to me with 10k. I asked about the other 5k and she chuckled and smiled , still not understanding what I meant.
Upon check out I pointed out my disappointment with reception and asked for management follow up and I am still waiting.
It’s not the 15k or 5k, I could not care less. But when a staff member assumes they can keep the change is dishonest, given how lazy the staff actually were, I was going to give it to him anyway, but do not assume the change is yours to keep.
Whilst I really liked the hotel and the shower was awesome, I am extremely disappointed that management have not taken the time to reach out to me. Don’t get me wrong, this is not about 5k but about the honesty of staff and the integrity of management to follow up on a point of feedback based upon this I would probably not stay here again, nor make recommendation of the restaurant/bar.

LlxgnetThe 101 Hotel is in a great location, not far from the National Monument of Indonesia. We walked there three times, and it only took about ten minutes each way. The hotel restaurant food was very good. Their manager even asked if the food was tasty and if the service was satisfactory. We gave them two suggestions: first, the mung bean porridge was too sweet and needed less sugar; second, the air conditioning was too strong, making it chilly if you were wearing shorts and a t-shirt. Both suggestions were taken on board, and they improved things by breakfast the next day. The hotel staff are all very enthusiastic. It's a really good hotel.

AAfi TakkiStayed recently at Holiday Inn Express Jakarta Wahid Hasyim and honestly, it’s a very solid stay if you want convenience and a lively Jakarta experience.
Location is definitely the biggest win. It’s right near Sarinah and you can easily walk to malls like Grand Indonesia, Plaza Indonesia and Thamrin City. Super convenient for food, shopping and just exploring the city.
As a smoker, I was really glad they still have smoking rooms/floors available. That’s honestly getting harder to find nowadays.
Breakfast buffet was just okay, not a huge spread, but the food tasted good and was satisfying enough before heading out for the day.
Big shoutout as well to the concierge, front desk and restaurant staff. Everyone was accommodating and helpful throughout the stay.
Best memory though? Right across the hotel is one of the oldest pubs in Jakarta. Went there at night and had an absolute blast watching live performances of oldies and 90s songs. The atmosphere was amazing and honestly became one of the most memorable parts of the trip.
Definitely recommended.

Cleanliness needs work, I found stains on my bed sheet and the towels looked a bit old and ragged.
The shower room has no drainage, the water flows to a drainage located in the bathroom directly adjacent to it. Needless to say, it flooded 2/3 of the bathroom.
Staff was nice and friendly, especially helpful with the parking provided in the basement.
Facilities are good for the price, very basic but I think it's enough.

However, one thing that really needs attention is the inflexibility of the check-in time. It was quite annoying that I had to wait until exactly 2:00 pm to check in. I tried to check in at 1:57 pm, but it was rejected.
The check-in queue was very long and moved extremely slowly. The hotel should be a bit more flexible with check-in time, especially considering how slow the system is. It feels strange to have all guests start checking in at the same time when the process is not efficient.
Also, the check-out time is 11:30 am instead of the usual 12:00 pm, which is uncommon in Indonesia.
