"The hotel is clean and tidy as a whole, the room facilities are complete, and the stay is more comfortable, but the front desk staff is relatively cold and the communication is not smooth when checking in. There is a certain distance from the downtown area of Siena, and travel needs to plan transportation in advance."

"Fantastic stay in Hotel Athena in Siena! They are one of the few hotels that offer free parking within the city walls and outside of the ZTL zone. About 10 mins walk into main town. Definitely took away the headache of the need to look for parking. Also a great base to explore the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Their included buffet breakfast offers a comprehensive spread, tho we wishes that they would change the spread daily! But that's a small issue. They also have a terrace on the 7th floor that looks out to the Tuscan countryside. Wonderful views - check out the attached photo! Overall we definitely recommend this hotel and will be happy to stay here again if we visit again!"

"We truly appreciate how helpful the hotel staff is, always patient and eager to answer our questions about our trips and entering the ZTL zone. Their quick responses on WhatsApp make everything so much easier. We also really enjoyed the lovely breakfast they offered. Although the room is a bit small, we sleep very comfortably. The neighborhood is charming and feels safe, making our stay even more pleasant."

"I stayed here for 3 nights. 👍Bus stop is right in front of the hotel. You can go to the city center conveniently. 👍Breakfast is typical American style with a touch of Italian. A few kinds of Italian cakes and pies are offered. 👍there's a pizzeria and a bar nearby this hotel. (7 minutes by walk) 👎Netflix isn't set on the TV. 👎the shower booth in the bathroom was too small. It was a 'double bed' room and I can say that it would be so small for 'single bed' room and even for '5 years old kid'."

"정원부터 방까지 뭐하나 빠짐없이 너무 좋았습니다. 무엇보다도 시에나가 처음이아서 택시 잡기 어려웠는데, 제가 어디에 있든 시에나를 편하게 지낼 수 있도록 도와주신 지배인 분들 너무 감사합니다. 조식에 나온 커피, 빵 그리고 과일 너무 다 맛있어요. 덕분에 첫 이탈리아 출장에서 너무 편하게 있었습니다. 다음에 기회가 된다면 꼭 다시 방문하고 싶네요."

"Excellent location within the ZLT of the Siena city, the hotel can make sure your license plate is registered on arrival if you need to drive to the hotel so you can avoid the ZLT fines. Hotel also provide onsite parking for €35 per night, otherwise there’s a public car park outside of the ZLT which is about 10mins walk away. Only within 5-10mins walk of the Piazza del Campo. Only downside for the room was the shower head was a little faulty but was still usable."

"Pulizia della camera ottimale. Posizione molto comoda, in prossimità dell'Ateneo della Danza, dove mia figlia stava seguendo uno stage. Ottima colazione con ampia scelta sia di prodotti salati che dolci. Attenzione massima a tutti i tipi di esigenze (gluten free, senza lattosio, ecc.). Cordialità e disponibilità dello staff e del personale della reception. Unica pecca: l'aria condizionata in camera non si riusciva a modificarla. Ho sentito freddo durante la notte."

"The apartment is suitable for driving in Tuscany. There is free parking. It takes less than 10 minutes to drive from the old town of Xienna to the apartment. The apartment has a kitchenette and there is Carrefour across the street. It is very convenient, the price is reasonable, and it is recommended!"
