"The hotel is clean and tidy as a whole, the room facilities are complete, and the stay is more comfortable, but the front desk staff is relatively cold and the communication is not smooth when checking in. "The apartment is suitable for driving in Tuscany. There is free parking. It takes less than 10 minutes to drive from the old town of Xienna to the apartment. "The hotel room was tiny and quite expensive. They actually told us that because our room category was lower, it didn't come with a kettle or coffee packets. The balcony was huge, but completely useless – no table or chairs, and no umbrella. We paid extra for a balcony room, but it was absolutely pointless!
There was only one chair in the room, so when two of us were in there, one person always had to sit on the bed. There was no coffee table, so making tea or having a drink meant everything had to be on the same surface. Extremely inconvenient.
The location is excellent, right next to a bus stop, making transportation very convenient. There are also many restaurants nearby, so dining options are plentiful."

"The location is very good, just opposite the Siena Cathedral, the citywalk town is very convenient to go anywhere, the homestay is located in the ZTL restricted area, it is a historical building remodeled, we drive, we need to contact the hotel staff to park in the paid parking lot outside the city, 35 euros, Then sent someone to pick us up the next day, it was fair, the 2 rooms were spacious and bright, the decoration was retro and simple, very Tuscan idyllic, the bed was large and comfortable, the heating was sufficient, the winter travel was very warm, the breakfast was relatively simple compared to the hotel, but it could also eat comfortably. The girl at the front desk explained very clearly. She also recommended our route and local restaurants with good value for money. The bathroom is very large and comfortable. In addition to 4 people traveling, it is troublesome to queue up to go to the toilet. Everything else is good. It is recommended to travelers who want to stay in Siena for one night."

"The room was quite spacious, even though it's in Siena, it was slightly better than hotel rooms in Rome. The staff were very welcoming and introduced the sights of Siena, although I couldn't understand a lot of their explanations. Parking at the hotel was convenient; no need to go into the ZTL (Zone for the City) parking lot. The young men in the restaurant were also very friendly. We had some Tuscan wine at the restaurant, which was excellent, but they were a bit difficult to carry around.
We used Siena as a base to explore several towns around Tuscany, which was very convenient."

"Very, very good! I looked at the pictures on Ctrip before and felt it was very ordinary. I was very surprised after checking in. Because I stayed for three consecutive nights, the triple room I booked was upgraded to a suite with two bedrooms, two living rooms and two bathrooms, which was huge. The view outside the room window is very beautiful. See Figures 1 to 4 outside the living room window, Figure 5 is the view of the public area, and Figure 6 is the living room. This suite cannot be booked online, but can be booked by email or phone. It is really worth it and highly recommended!
The hotel is located just outside the gate of Siena. If you drive by yourself, the ZTL in the city cannot be driven in, so it is very convenient to stay in this hotel. It takes 2 minutes to walk to the city gate and more than ten minutes to walk to Piazza del Campo. The hotel has parking spaces, which need to be paid separately."

MMaytheeWe truly appreciate how helpful the hotel staff is, always patient and eager to answer our questions about our trips and entering the ZTL zone. Their quick responses on WhatsApp make everything so much easier.
We also really enjoyed the lovely breakfast they offered.
Although the room is a bit small, we sleep very comfortably. The neighborhood is charming and feels safe, making our stay even more pleasant.

The air conditioner is not hot, and it is solved after communication. Very good hotel, just ordering breakfast is a bit troublesome. KKa Ho OscarExcellent location within the ZLT of the Siena city, the hotel can make sure your license plate is registered on arrival if you need to drive to the hotel so you can avoid the ZLT fines. Hotel also provide onsite parking for €35 per night, otherwise there’s a public car park outside of the ZLT which is about 10mins walk away.
Only within 5-10mins walk of the Piazza del Campo. Only downside for the room was the shower head was a little faulty but was still usable.

GGuest UserFirst of all, the service is very good. The front desk is super welcoming. It is the most enthusiastic hotel I have stayed at in Italy in two years. Seeing that I am a foreigner and I always communicate very slowly in English, I said that I can speak Italian with me, and then the waiter hurriedly I am sorry, and then answered my question patiently. The public environment is very artistic and retro. There is a garden outside. It is comfortable to sit on the sofa in the garden at night. The room is comfortable and the facilities are complete. The only shortcoming is that the breakfast is not. It’s made now, it feels like it was bought in the supermarket and eaten directly, and there are fewer varieties, overall it’s not bad, after all, the house price is relatively low, it’s good value for money 😁

And the toiletries are quite general 😅😅😅 It is easy to be photographed by ztl if you drive... Even if you follow the route of Google map, you will still be photographed. The hotel can help eliminate it. But need to park the car into their garage, the price is more than 60 euros a night............

SsatsumatableConveniently located hotel that is 15 minute walking distance from old Siena. There is paid private parking. The free breakfast is great, with a decent assortment. Rooms are very simple, but this is a small town and should be expected. Our room had a beautiful view overlooking the old town.
