"I stayed here for 3 nights. 👍Bus stop is right in front of the hotel. You can go to the city center conveniently. 👍Breakfast is typical American style with a touch of Italian. A few kinds of Italian cakes and pies are offered. 👍there's a pizzeria and a bar nearby this hotel. (7 minutes by walk) 👎Netflix isn't set on the TV. 👎the shower booth in the bathroom was too small. It was a 'double bed' room and I can say that it would be so small for 'single bed' room and even for '5 years old kid'."

"There was a huge blunder by trip.com. Our reservation was not found. Nonetheless the gentleman at the front reception helped us out. It was stressful especially after driving up for so long into siena. Hotel location is abt 10-12 min walk into the main square. Parking within hotel is limited. There is a public parking just outside before entering the ZTL zone."

"I highly recommend this hotel if you're visiting Siena. Its location is absolutely superb, directly across from the bus station, which is incredibly convenient for independent travelers looking to explore other Tuscan attractions and ancient towns. Eddie at the front desk was exceptionally helpful and answered all my questions with great enthusiasm. The cleaning lady who serviced my room on March 23rd was incredibly thorough and dedicated; every corner of the room was spotless. Although we couldn't communicate in English, I could truly feel her passion for her work. On March 26th, it was this same diligent cleaning lady. I specifically went to the front desk to find her, but the female staff member at the counter misunderstood, thinking I was requesting a room cleaning. In reality, I wanted to thank her in person. Since it was around 4 PM, I asked the front desk to help me find her. Instead, a female manager came to my door and immediately said, ”The room has already been cleaned, what did we miss?” She mistakenly thought I was dissatisfied with the room's cleanliness, but she understood after I explained. Thanks to the excellent service from the front desk and the dedicated, empathetic cleaning staff, we fell in love with Siena during our five-day stay. "This hotel is very bad. I booked breakfast with breakfast, but I didn’t give me a breakfast coupon. I went to the designated place to eat breakfast. The restaurant staff said that I needed a breakfast coupon, but the hotel staff did not take the initiative to give it to me. This is very bad. You can't treat guests like this!"

"We stayed here for a night with breakfast included. Very spacious, really beautiful and quiet room despite the little road. Mastodontic structure and with a great potential perhaps not expressed at the maximum. Thermal pools are very valuable, bad for the open-air bath with a slightly thin and therefore unusable water.
