"entrance to the hotel is not clear, the parking space is not paved (it was raining and due that our suitcases and shoes have been totally dirty) room was good and big. shower was not cleaned neatly. the pool is okay the breakfast is like the other comments say. it’s in the cellar, you don’t feel welcome there and it’s not comfy, coffee was good"

"I stayed here for 3 nights. 👍Bus stop is right in front of the hotel. You can go to the city center conveniently. 👍Breakfast is typical American style with a touch of Italian. A few kinds of Italian cakes and pies are offered. 👍there's a pizzeria and a bar nearby this hotel. (7 minutes by walk) 👎Netflix isn't set on the TV. 👎the shower booth in the bathroom was too small. It was a 'double bed' room and I can say that it would be so small for 'single bed' room and even for '5 years old kid'."

Mastodontic structure and with a great potential perhaps not expressed at the maximum. Thermal pools are very valuable, bad for the open-air bath with a slightly thin and therefore unusable water. We enjoyed relaxing massage, very valuable! We had dinner at the restaurant, good and exhaustive. Breakfast is very pleasant. All the feet and young boys. One bad check-in at 15, so if you arrive in the morning there will be a supplement to enjoy the SPA. Maybe it would have been right to be transparent and to state it on the site, a great discovery in general."

"Great location near the Duomo. It was very easy to find the entrance. Conveniently, you can check in at any time (although the reception staff is only available at certain hours). The day before check-in, the hotel gave us the code for check-in. We were very pleased with the coffee machine, electric kettle and refrigerator in the room"
