"I stayed here for 3 nights. 👍Bus stop is right in front of the hotel. You can go to the city center conveniently. 👍Breakfast is typical American style with a touch of Italian. A few kinds of Italian cakes and pies are offered. 👍there's a pizzeria and a bar nearby this hotel. (7 minutes by walk) 👎Netflix isn't set on the TV. 👎the shower booth in the bathroom was too small. It was a 'double bed' room and I can say that it would be so small for 'single bed' room and even for '5 years old kid'."

"Fantastic stay in Hotel Athena in Siena! They are one of the few hotels that offer free parking within the city walls and outside of the ZTL zone. About 10 mins walk into main town. Definitely took away the headache of the need to look for parking. Also a great base to explore the beautiful Tuscan countryside. Their included buffet breakfast offers a comprehensive spread, tho we wishes that they would change the spread daily! But that's a small issue. They also have a terrace on the 7th floor that looks out to the Tuscan countryside. Wonderful views - check out the attached photo! Overall we definitely recommend this hotel and will be happy to stay here again if we visit again!"

"Excellent location within the ZLT of the Siena city, the hotel can make sure your license plate is registered on arrival if you need to drive to the hotel so you can avoid the ZLT fines. Hotel also provide onsite parking for €35 per night, otherwise there’s a public car park outside of the ZLT which is about 10mins walk away. Only within 5-10mins walk of the Piazza del Campo. Only downside for the room was the shower head was a little faulty but was still usable."

"We stayed here for one night with breakfast included. The room was very spacious, truly beautiful, and quiet despite the nearby road. The structure is massive and has so much potential, though perhaps not fully realized. The thermal pools are excellent; it's a shame the outdoor pool was a little warm and therefore unusable. We enjoyed the relaxing massage, which was excellent! We had dinner at the restaurant, which was delicious and comprehensive. Breakfast was very pleasant. The staff were all young and talented. The only downside is that check-in is at 3 PM, so if you arrive in the morning, you'll have to pay a supplement to use the spa. Perhaps it would have been better to be transparent and disclose this on the website. Overall, a great find."

"我的兩個房間是連通的，非常好，適合一家三口。幾百年的老房子裝修的像宮殿一樣，住在裏面別有一番風味。早餐是點餐的，比較豐富，在宮殿的大客廳裏面吃，太有感覺了。距離錫耶納大教堂衹有二三百米，實在是太方便了。我們在開放的最後一天，看到了錫耶納大教堂的地板畫，非常驚艷。住宿客人留言簿裏面都一致好評。唯一遺憾是，被子不是被套裝着被芯的，而是一張床單上面放着一張毯子，毯子似乎很長時間沒洗了，蓋起來有點不舒服。"

I must give 5 stars to this very nice hotel,in terms of the location,deco,ambiance,room cleanses,superior view, food，especially the great services. The front desk girl,Sara, gave me a warm welcome,asked my preference on the breakfast and led me to the room,.When heard my planning trip to Bienza next day, She quickly made a search and confirmed me that there were no public bus service on Sunday.Later on, Sara helped me called restaurant to reserve dinner and hotel in Bienza to book a room with discount.Put every things together,I felt lucky to choose this hotel and extended one more night with no hesitation."

"The hotel room was tiny and quite expensive. They actually told us that because our room category was lower, it didn't come with a kettle or coffee packets. The balcony was huge, but completely useless – no table or chairs, and no umbrella. We paid extra for a balcony room, but it was absolutely pointless! There was only one chair in the room, so when two of us were in there, one person always had to sit on the bed. There was no coffee table, so making tea or having a drink meant everything had to be on the same surface. Extremely inconvenient. The location is excellent, right next to a bus stop, making transportation very convenient. There are also many restaurants nearby, so dining options are plentiful."

"entrance to the hotel is not clear, the parking space is not paved (it was raining and due that our suitcases and shoes have been totally dirty) room was good and big. shower was not cleaned neatly. the pool is okay the breakfast is like the other comments say. it’s in the cellar, you don’t feel welcome there and it’s not comfy, coffee was good"

"This hotel is very bad. I booked breakfast with breakfast, but I didn’t give me a breakfast coupon. I went to the designated place to eat breakfast. The restaurant staff said that I needed a breakfast coupon, but the hotel staff did not take the initiative to give it to me. This is very bad. You can't treat guests like this!"
