"This hotel is lovely and modern. We only stayed for one night but the experience was very pleasant. The room was clean and modern. The pool was great, it was warm and they also had a well equipped gym. The breakfast buffet was also very good! They had a variety of dishes and staff were attentive!"

"The owner’s own house was changed, Sri Lanka’s local tyrant, two Land Rover. At the top of the mountain, the top floor bar is really view360. The only problem is that the curtains of the roller blinds are almost shaded. Chef is super good! ! ! Chef is super good! ! ! To be honest, the room is just like that. There is not much room for it. Kandy has a good choice for one to two nights. The chef is super, Md can't help but mention it! The pool is good, but it is too cold to get into the water."

"Hotel was prepared and ready for my arrival. Had issues with connection to wifi so had to contact the reception. No hairdryer in room and had to request this even though it should’ve been there already. Ordered room service, it came cold and items forgotten from order even though order was repeated back to me on the phone. Breakfast was average for a Radisson. Seating options strange with big long tables reserved for groups rather than small families, couples and singles. Tuktuk touts waiting outside hotel to pester you for your destination. It was clean for the most part and well needed after a long day of travel but I wouldn’t return. Not sure how this hotel is #1 in Kandy but I was left feeling disappointed."

"1. I showed you a voucher that has been completed normally for booking and card payment. Why is the voucher not paid for Sri Lanka LKR? Is it a Korean KRW payment? I'm asking about the absurd hotel staff in 40 countries abroad I've never seen it in my life while staying at more than 500 hotels. It's ridiculous, but I showed you the amount of money in the exchange rate app. I was twisted and I said something to the other staff. Make me wait and check in three late people first. 2. How did you check in after a while? The staff who copied my passport told me where r u from? It was annoying to ask for discomfort, so I sent the staff to go out just because I knew it, but when I looked still, I was assigned to a lower room at a lower price than the room I booked. Room photo comparison. (Similar but definitely different price rooms) I had to go out at 05 a.m. the next day, so I didn't even ask about it, so I just tried to wash and sleep. 4. The inside of the coffee pot is rusty. It's not stain, it's rusty. It's not a guesthouse, it's a hotel. I'm going to take a shower with a lot of absurdity behind me. Water temperature cannot be finely adjusted, It's hot even if you turn it a little bit, and it's hot enough to burn. Also, if you turn it a little, it's too cold water ... What ....ㅠ 5. I'm going to wake up at 05 the next day and check out. No staff at the lobby reception .... It's not a Korean unmanned motel. Put the room key next to the hotel front desk phone. Checked out without saying anything. 6. Nothing can be recommended except the location."

"The room looked clean and big, but it smelled very bad, and the air conditioner was very powerful! The buffet at our own expense was really great, and the price was not expensive. The food was better than in China!"

"had pleasure of staying at this hotel, and I couldn't be more impressed with the level of service and hospitality we received. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and memorable. The team was incredibly helpful in arranging transportation and suggesting places to visit. They recommended we attend the Tooth Relic Procession and suggested us to visit a waterfall, which turned out to be the most breathtaking waterfall I've ever seen. Their local knowledge truly enhanced our experience. When our cab dropped us off in the mid , the hotel staff immediately came to pick us up in tuk-tuk. The staff was consistently polite and accommodating, making us feel welcome and valued throughout our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place where the staff genuinely cares about making your stay special. Thank you for the experience!"

"Lovely view and soft, comfortable beds to sleep in for the night. The single, only problem I had was the waiter at the restaurant kept asking me, “are you okay, is everything good?” literally every 2 minutes. After saying “yes, thank you” multiple times, he stands there and starts a conversation, and once, just stands there and looks at me. The only thing I want to do is eat my food in peace. Lastly, after the only thing he brought me was a cappuccino (as it was a buffet so I fetch my own food), I gave a 1000 lkr tip. He was visibly upset with this and his over-friendliness completely disappeared. I didn’t dare to go back to the restaurant after this. Food was good, however!"

"The passion fruit, lemon and mint ice cream that came instead of a welcome drink was absolutely delicious! It was a homemade ice cream on a stick, and it was probably the best thing I ate in Sri Lanka! The interior of the hotel was very tasteful and had a great atmosphere."

"It is a beautiful hotel with a beautiful view. However, walls are thin and you can heard a lot of noise. It is not easy to get there because it is located almost in the top of the mountain. Another good thing is that the restaurant closes at 10pm and food is good and cheap. We didn’t find the swimming pool since we stayed just one night. It was a nice stay by the way and breakfast was good. PD: We booked double room that it is supposed to have a king/queen bed but it was two individual beds put together."
